I have been party of the G20 family tribe for a little over a year. Gabe has been welcoming and professional from day one. I do my workouts outside but I started on zoom. He has been very motivating and given me a lot of support along the way. He plans challenging and well thought out workouts . The equipment is always clean, safe and everything is done with a friendly smile. Iโm glad to work out with such great people and a fantastic trainer who pushes us to be healthier, stronger and more successful in our fitness journeys.

I have been working out with Gabe and his team for almost two years now. His tailored workouts have strengthened me through two frozen shoulders that are now 100% recovered and Iโve watched him coach others out of their injuries as well. We transitioned from in-person workouts to Zoom and somehow he still manages to catch the slightest issue with my form which is awesome. In addition to being a great trainer, heโs a wonderful person as are the rest of the G20 members. We all encourage and celebrate each other which makes me work harder. I love the G20 crew and would recommend them over those cheaper canned video workouts because those are how I got injured! Gabriel has helped my body heal and get stronger than before.

I would recommend you to try G20. You have options of Zoom or in person classes. In person classes are outdoors. Gabriel makes sure you do all your workouts correctly and every week he encourages you to go harder, and keep adding weights (if you can). If you have an injury he will always give you an option that would be good for you and not make your injury worse. I normally do lots of cardio so I wasn't sure if this would be for me but IT TOTALLY IS. The classes are small so you feel like you are getting a private class. Try it and you won't regret it.

G20 fitness is not just a regular boot camp, this place is THE BOOT CAMP!!! for you. I always been a big slacker when it came to showing up for GYM classes they usually get pretty boring after a few weeks, but not at G20 with Gabe and his amazing team, they work with you at a personal level to archive your goal while making it fun and enjoyable. I did a regular gym for a while and it was fine, but never felt like I got a good work out. G20 fitness changes my life!!! Iโm in the beat shape Iโve ever been and having so much fun doing it too! Gabriel and his team are amazing! They are supportive, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. At my age (50+) I wanted an outdoor workout experience coupled with instructors that weren't trying to push me to intensity levels beyond what I could do given certain past injuries. I knew I needed a team that would slowly help me build strength while teaching me how to workout without re-injuring myself. They were so awesome at doing just that and keeping me motivated and excited about my progress. The workouts are so fun and it doesn't feel like work because they are always changing them up and keeping the pace fun and energetic. I would highly recommend this team for their professionalism, kindness, and the clientele they have assembled - all really nice and friendly people.

I started obstacle racing in 2015 and joined G20 fitness in 2015 as well as a way to start conditioning for OCR. It has worked out great! I get all the benefits of a high energy class environment with the attention and tailored workouts of a personal trainer. Gabe truly cares about your health and well-being. I get great strength and cardio workouts in an outdoor venue with friendly, supportive classmates and instructors. Plus I never get bored because the workouts and equipment are always changing as G20 continues to grow and evolve. It's an awesome value with great results!

I have been coming to G20 Fitness of Plantation for 2 years now. I have tried gyms on and off for over 30 years and I have never suck to a place for more than 60 days.
Befoe coming I had injuries as many of us do from getting older and I was also in the process of getting knee surgery. Gabe and his coaches have been unbelievable and have always made sure to change up my worout and always make me still feel like I am still working with everyone else.
We workout as a group but you still feel like you have your own personal trainer. There are all shapes and sizes of people as well as personalities; I am so glad my friend recommended I come. I feel stronger and healthier. I have not only weight but also lost inches. I have dropped many sizes in clothes which has definitely made me feel great and made me come back for more. and should make you want to come!!!! Thanks Gabe and the G20 Team!

I have been with G20 since December 2015 and love the trainers and the environment. From day one everyone makes you feel welcome, no one judges you and everyone motivates each other. Hello everyone! I highly recommend G20 Fitness! I have been going for about 1 year and not only have I increased muscle mass and definition but Iโve also experienced a tremendous increase in energy. I started with twice a week but soon began going 5 times a week because I have so much energy and it becomes addicting. Iโve also gained so much strength and power. I love the staff! Gabe is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about each and every member! He spends a great deal of time with members and holds everyone accountable for showing up and working at their best potential while making sure theyโre working out in a safe and effective manner.
I love this fitness and nutrition experience! The members and coaches are like family! Itโs a truly fun environment to workout and get fit!
I love that itโs outdoors under the pavilion so youโre protected from the sun and rain, however, youโre still outdoors close to nature.

I moved to Florida from NY and wanted to find a place that was welcoming, challenging, and definitely inclusive of all fitness levels, G20 has truly been the best! I've always hated going to the gym, but G20 is a blast! The trainers are very friendly and motivating, and the workout is always different, so I never get bored. They're also great about finding alternative exercises if you have an injury. I'm definitely much more in shape than when I started there!
I also love being able to get outdoors after spending all day in the office. And the group aspect is great because not only are the teachers pushing us to be better, but we're all pushing each other as well!

As someone that had been doing kickboxing 5 days a week for 26 years, I can assure that my body told me that it was time for a change. I didn't want to go to a gym and be inside for an hour. I wanted to try something different. For me it was always cardio full blast, but I started to realized that cardio was just not enough, that I needed to incorporate weights into it. That's when I decided to try G20. I still get the cardio and some. I started in September only being able to lift 8LBS. I am now up to 25LBS. They will push you every month to do a little bit more. They write down and keep track of your progress which is great, since usually I can't remember what I just had for lunch. Gabe and Nicolas make sure that you are doing the exercise correctly so you don't get hurt. I can't say enough about G20. I highly recommend it.

I started going to G20 Fitness back in May 2016. Over the past 10+ months, the team at G20 have helped me get into the best shape of my life! Gabe and the other trainers are amazing! For years, I tried doing the gym routine with mixed results. I struggled sticking with a routine and many days just didn't know what to do at the gym. At G20, I don't have to worry about any of that. Each day we get a new workout that pushes us to our limits, gets the heart pumping, and leaves us sore and coming back for more. The schedule is incredibly flexible with 2 morning and 2 evening workouts during the week and a special Saturday morning class to mix things up.
The workouts take place at Volunteer Park on Sunrise Blvd in Plantation Acres. At first, I was skeptical working out outdoors. I'd always worked out in a gym so I wasn't sure about being outside for my workouts. But let me tell you, being outdoors is the best. I work in an office, so I am inside behind a desk most of the day. Going to an air-conditioned gym with no windows? No thanks! Get me outside, in the park...let me feel the fresh air, see the sunset.
The group aspect of G20 Fitness is what I like the most; it helps take the workouts to the next level. Again, at first, I was skeptical. I was the gym loner with my headphones on and my head down. Workouts were my alone time. Now....forget about it! G20 is all about working out together, pushing each other, and sharing in our successes. Need motivation? G20 has it in spades! The trainers will push you, the other members will push you, and heck, in no time you'll be pushing other people as well. The members are in it together to make sure everyone finishes and has a fun time doing it.
Let's talk about value real quick. Is it more expensive than a gym membership? Sure, but not by that much. And what you get for that little extra investment is well worth it. You get a trainer who will help you on your form and technique each and every class, you get help and insight on diet and supplements, and access to a full line of equipment to ensure you can keep progressing. To me, the value of what you get at G20 far exceeds anything you can get at one of the big-box gyms.
If you want results, want to get outdoors, want to meet new people, and have an absolute blast working out, then G20 Fitness is the place for you.

Great program and refreshing outdoor location, but most importantly G20 provides an absolutely phenomenal atmosphere. Gabe and his staff are A+++ coaches. Even though the title states "boot camp", you definitely don't get the military treatment. The staff delivers encouragement and motivation without the feeling of indifference and unworthiness as many of the other cross fit programs seem to use as methods of training. No matter which session you choose to attend, there always seems to be a sense of unity and cohesiveness in the group. The bond Gabe and his team have created are unequal to any group I have ever participated in. Highly recommended

I truly believe I have tried it all, and have never found my exercise "nitch"! G20 is a way of life, with Coaches and members that care about each other and help you to succeed. G20 has everything you need for your fitness success, including a great outdoor site. I was hesitant to workout outdoors but now I really enjoy it. Coach Gabe is very knowledgable, hands-on and helpful. The atmosphere is always positive, supportive and high energy. G20 is well-equipped (don't have to worry about having equipment) and the programming is superior (good balance!). Best of all, the workouts are catered to your fitness level. This is a great place for beginners as well as competitive athletes. Fun social environment too!
