I knew about Moh and Generation Fit from a friend but didn't think I could afford one on one training. When I started experiencing loss of strength as I got older (am 66), I knew I had to do something. I watched Generation Fit social media posts, saw that many of their clients are older individuals and the routine is 15 minutes - full body! I was immediately impressed with my first session. I have been going for several months and am so thrilled with the progress I've made regaining strength. I leave sweating but feeling so empowered. More importantly, I am never in pain from my sessions. I might be slightly sore the next day, but I have not once felt any kind of pain like I had from other types of workouts. The trainer is there by my side while I use each machine making sure I use proper form and don't injure myself due to overextension or exertion. I highly, highly recommend the Generation Fit program!! Invest in yourself!

I've been working with Moh since last year, I went because I gained 90 lbs after CARRYING TWO CHILDREN IN A ROW. I couldn't even set up out of bed it was so bad. I had no stomach muscles AT ALL!!! My knee developed bursitis from the weight. I lost about 30 lb of it by myself but then I couldn't get past that. I wish I could show you before and after pictures but, I went from horrible pain in my knee not able to work to, dropping another whopping 30 lbs with Generation Fit! That was just with 15 minutes twice a week and NOTHING else. I couldn't believe it to be honest. It was strange to think 15 minutes could make that much of a difference in my life!! I have never met a trainer that could do what Moh does for me!!! The absolute BEST!!!!!!! I was looking for a Personal Trainer to provide one on one training in a private setting. A friend suggested I contact Moh at Generation Fit. When I entered his gym, I was impressed by how clean the gym was and all of the state of the art equipment. As I am currently in a wheelchair and handicapped, I shared my goals and limitations with him at the initial consultation. My disabilities are a challenge for me, but Moh consistently provides the guidance I need to not only reach, but exceed my goals. Moh motivates and pushes me to accomplish much more than I ever thought I could do. I would recommend him to anyone. I am hooked for life and you will be too.

I started my journey with Moh years ago when I decided to lose weight, get healthy and become more mobile. Moh provided a very supportive environment for me to improve, and push myself without turning me off exercise since I have anxiety he is very patient, professional and understanding, with his expertise and passion I found myself getting stronger, lost weight l, and got more energy. After a few years I paused training due to life circumstances, I got a hip replacement a few years later and took a few steps back. I knew I had do something to progress and get my mobility back so I started back with him, and I’ve gone from using a walker to using a cane now! I know I still have a long way to go but I’m making progress and I have more energy and less aches than before , I highly recommend Moh for anyone who wants to improve their health and strength in only 30 minutes a week that’s the amazing part! I originally started working out with Moh about 5 years ago but decided to branch out on my on own and started working out with different (wrong) "techniques" at the gym aggravating the injuries that brought me to him in the first place.
I deal with herniated (4) and bulging (3) discs as and after tearing my meniscus and having surgery I decided to go back to Moh because he was ONLY one I could trust to workout with! He specializes in working with people with injury related issues. Just as expected his approach includes fantastic one on one training and he coaches you every step of the way, through every repetition, to make sure you are doing each exercise the RIGHT way so you don’t further injure yourself nor aggravate prior injuries.
Since I have gone back to seeing Moh I have gotten stronger and have not re-injured myself whatsoever. In fact, my strength continues to improve week to week and Moh adjusts the weight based on my individual abilities. The Max Effort Training approach he uses is highly effective and best of all it’s only 15 minutes per workout! I literally feel better and stronger than I have in years! Trust me when I say to reach out and give Moh a call. You won't regret it! You will definitely get back to a healthy life again with no pain and feeling stronger than ever!

I’m a male in my early 60as and I worked with Moh twice a week over the last two years, focused on weight training and cardio. Moh is a true professional. He demonstrates his expertise in weight training and the results it’s intended to accomplish in every workout. Each session is challenging and difficult, yet achievable. Whenever I asked a question about why we were doing something a certain way, he always had an answer that made good sense and helped me accomplish the goal. What an amazing experience. I came to Moh to get in shape and he has turned my whole outlook on everything around. Food, muscles development, cardio, daily activity and so much more. Considering I am 77 yrs old , I am in good health but previously from working with Moh, I was definitely very weak and physically out of shape. “Exercise” was never a part of my life and was something I avoided at all costs. Facing the reality of declining years with limited mobility and potentially poor health If I didn’t do something about it, I turned to Moh at generation fit.
Without a doubt, working with Moh has been one of the best decisions of my life. This month marks four years of training with Moh at GenFit. It is by far the best fitness decision I’ve ever made. I’ve been working out since the age of 17 and have always been relatively fit but I couldn’t get past a certain level of fitness. I never considered a personal trainer as I felt very confident in my fitness knowledge and I didn’t want someone yelling at me to get it done. I just thought I needed to work harder. I was worried because I have some injuries that typical gym time would make worse. He assured me that he could work around them. He was correct. I do one-on-one personal training with Moh. I have a degenerative knee disorder, as well as issues with my neck and shoulder. I was doing Orange Theory for about a year, and found it to be too much of a "One Size Fits All" program. I stayed in constant pain, because their program is much too fast paced and intense to be able to modify exercises to fit my needs. The instructors are not able to give attention to any one person, because there are generally 20-25 people in each class. Moh works with me to address my needs and work with my limitations. I am actually in better shape with 2 personal training sessions a week, than I was going multiple times a week to OTF. Moh also works with my unpredictable work schedule, so I never miss my workouts. Besides the fitness aspect, Moh has created a family atmosphere and everyone at Gen Fit is included in outside activities, parties, friendship and fun. I am 77 years young, I am in the best shape of my entire life. Seven years ago, I decided I needed to get stronger. My physical therapist recommended starting a strength training program with Moh at Generation Fit. The physical therapist praised his expertise and strongly suggested that I go straight to him. For that I will be forever thankful. My results are unbelievable. I started with very little stability and occasional back pain despite completing physical therapy. Fast forward 7 years, I can lift a 40 pound bag of water softening salt with ease. I can do pushups and I can squat multiple sets with weights and I have never felt better. My energy level is through the roof. I love telling people my age to watch their reaction on their faces. My children are astounded at my vitality and my physical strength. I have become an inspiration to them. This is the coolest thing ever! Moh has helped me get tremendously stronger despite my physical limitations. His knowledge of fitness strength training is second to none. He is able to draw from several disciplines to create the appropriate program. There is no "cookie cutter" program at Generation Fit. I feel like the instructors at Generation Fit care about my well being, they treat me like family. Generation Fit is my home away from home. I used to go to bootcamp 5 times a week for an hour each day and I was in "decent" shape. Unfortunately at one point in my life, the pain in my back became so unbearable I had to have surgery and have a cage put in my spine. My surgeon told me that I could never run again , jump or lift anything beyond 20 pounds. I was upset, depressed and scared that I couldn't get into an exercise regimen without jeopardizing my back. My massage therapist recommended consulting with Moh at Generation Fit, I was skeptical at first but soon after meeting him, became confident that there was still hope for me to get back into shape and to begin a fitness regimen again. The beginning was slow. Moh created a very carefully designed program to ensure progress without repercussions. Now 6 years later, I am in the best shape of my life, better than before my surgery. I am able to train hard and smart. I have not had any setbacks. Moh's knowledge in training me around my limitations has played a major role in getting my body and overall health back into shape. Another bonus, I wasn't able to do pushups even with training 5 days a week in bootcamp, now I can do sets of 20 on my toes on a regular basis.

I have been attending core fitness classes for a year now and while I may have missed some classes due to an injury I was able to lose and maintain losing 21 pounds - the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The instructors have deep knowledge into training people with injuries/disabilities (they know your limits). I love the friendly, supportive atmosphere and look forward to going to class each time. I used to hate exercising it's a big step for me to actually want to go and to get up each day looking forward to class. I have so much more energy and feel like I have made friends instead of being a number or paying client like most gym atmospheres I previously tried and quit. I would highly recommend the core fitness classes whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete. It will change your life.
