We absolutely love Genie’s Gymnastics! The front desk staff and coaches are incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. My girls look forward to every visit and they have so much fun and always leave with big smiles. It’s such a positive and encouraging environment. AND WE LOVE THE SUMMER CAMPS! Worst communication I’ve ever seen in my life. When I signed my daughter up I was told (verbally) the class was twice a week come to find out it was three times a week. I was bringing her every Monday and Wednesday and not Thursday. That went on two months with out anybody saying anything ! Then no class today and didn’t have one email or one notification from their band app! Pulling my daughter out today ! Horrible experience they truly only care about the money!

My daughter just had her 6 year birthday party here. The staff was so great helping to set up and clean but more importantly provided an excellent fun class for 20 kids. At first they had all the kids do structured activities where they could learn and rest of the time was free play. It was such an amazing experience that I now signed my daughter up for thei summer camp also..

The coaches here were great…. But the owners/people working at the deck are a disgrace, never have I seen “business” owners talk to customers the way they do. Truly sad to see this type of thing take place.

If this was the only gymnastics place in our area I still wouldn’t let me children walk through the door.

They only care about one thing at this place & that is MONEY!!!! Not your child’s safety, well-being, or your child’s love for the sport. Just MONEY.

Check yelp for further reviews. It’s sad people give this place the time of the day. Do your homework before allowing you child to attend this “so called gymnastics” facility.

Have been a part of this gym for over 15+ years and have nothing but positive things to say! It is such a great family ran business. Besides the gym equipment and space being great, the coaches are the best. Coaches and friends that turn into family make it an even better atmosphere to be in. Such a fun and uplifting environment. The coaches have always treated my daughters with respect and you can tell they truly enjoy and care for them so much. My daughters absolutely love Coach Gabi. Both of my girls have been going to Genie’s Gymnastics for many years now and it has been the best experience. My older daughter did cheerleading there and has since graduated high school and has been coaching. My youngest daughter has done gymnastics for the last six years and she has loved every minute of it. The coaches are very attentive and supportive of every child that comes in. They have helped my daughters learn new skills and accomplish goals. I would recommend Genie’s Gymnastics to anyone looking for a gym for their child.

As a daughter of a previous gymnasium owner, I know what to look for. Cleanliness, customer service, gym design, quality of mats, coaches ect. This gym is leaps and bounds better then other gyms we visited. My only complaint is no one ever checked in with us after any classes including the trial day. However, this is pretty normal at gyms and is just a personal pet-peeve. When I checked in at the desk before leaving, the young lady was super helpful and nice. I really appricate how there is a clear expectation on levels. I also love the online portal and I trust my payment is secure and I know exactly what I’m getting. I found the camp day for no school and it took 2 minutes to sign my daughter up.

A lot of the bad reviews on here I can clearly tell just don’t understand how gyms are run.

First off, I cannot speak to the camps, but my kids moved here from another established gymnastics group in the area and are so much happier, learning faster, and more focused at Genie's.

This is a solid gymnastics group, will girls all the way to level 9 and 10. They are the only real group in the area if your kids are serious about gymnastics.

While my daughter enjoyed the experience of the camp, as a parent, I did not. The staff in particular, Patricia, are very rude. The online portal system is a total pain in the butt. The staff are not well versed in their procedures or customer service. Guess I will be enrolling her at Golds gymnastics for the upcoming school year. Honestly, wouldn’t recommend.

Key here is professionalism. They are more like children when it comes to that. Wouldn’t recommend in any way. When it comes to their mask policy they do not follow it at all even though they created it. If you leave their gym they will call other gyms with LIES and prevent you from going anywhere else. Run far away!!! They are priced low for a reason. Well many reasons.

called to see if we could try out a class for my daughter who is 9. They told me I had to make an account online on their website and register for a trail class. At first I was confused on a few of the registrations steps. I sent an email asking for clarification and they never responded at all. I figured it out on my own, registered for the trial class and showed up with my nine year old. There was no communication at all. The front desk said they would come call her when the class started. Well when the class was called we didn’t think it was the class they would have had her in since they were all about 5 years old, turns out it was and we missed the first few minutes. When the class ended that was it! No one came to ask us what we thought, no one even made eye contact. We just left and I told
My daughter this wasn’t the right fit. No one ever even called to follow up. The entire process was just odd. We ended up at CATS gymnastics. The owner was welcoming…. We had an actual conversation with a real human being. My daughter is in classes with kids her own age and the difference in these gyms customer service is like night and day.

Today was Extraordinary! My 5 year old Gabby had the BEST experience with Genie! We were so thrilled with Genies personal attention to our daughter.My daughter had the time of her life. I am very Grateful to have found a clean, exciting and safe environment for my sweet girl. There is a Huge glass wall to view all the training . I took tons of pictures as I was in Awe.
I paid attention to the students , they were smiling and very respectful to each other which I was hoping.
The parents were all in masks and very friendly. I asked a lot of questions as I am a new Gymnast Mommy. Our next class is next week and I am so excited to watch my daughter grow in her skills and gain confidence in herself. Thank you for a Great Experience today !

I took my niece to her class..the place was full (observation/parent room), not respecting social distancing, more than one parent per child. The place was a bit colder than outside. The AC was not running like it should be considering we all need to wear masks. I was dying. If my niece wasn't a toddler I could waited outside. 2 guys with their masks in their chins. Administration should check if all guidelines are being followed. Very disappointed. Not going anymore

Honestly, very disappointed in this place. First off, you are “greeted” in the front desk by a young woman who is not welcoming whatsoever. She’s not helpful at all and if you don’t ask question after question, she doesn’t offer to help you. My daughter was in the Orange preschool class and she’s a bit shy. The first class she did fine, after a few minutes of watching the other kids participate. The instructor that teaches the class appears to be around 16-19 years old and doesn’t even try to have the child feel welcomed into the class, especially if you know they are new. Her demeanor is as if she doesn’t want to be there and with everyone I’ve had to interact with there, it’s just horrible customer service all around.

On top of that, they don’t refund you anything, even if you haven’t gone to all the classes. I understand if my child doesn’t enjoy gymnastics and doesn’t want to continue but the horrible customer service in this place will keep me from ever coming back or referring them to anyone else.

I’ll be honest, I looked at these reviews at first and wasn’t going to give it a shot. Then I had a change of heart and decided to take my daughter in for a free trial class and figured it wouldn’t do any harm in just checking it out. Well, I’m glad I did! We had a great first experience! Everything went smoothly; the class started promptly and ended on time. The coach was also very sweet and patient. I believe her name was Alexis and she was so enthusiastic and helpful towards my four year old daughter. She gave her a lot of attention and even provided feedback on her strengths and weaknesses to me after the class was over. She gave me advice on what we can practice at home, too. I was sad to hear she only works on the weekend, as a weekday fits my personal schedule better. After the trial class, we officially signed up for classes and I’m hoping the the future is also a positive experience for myself and most importantly, my little one. We’re hopeful that the weekday coach is just as good as Alexis was for our trial class. The only downfall throughout my experience is that the “lobby” or “parent” area was a bit chaotic (which is somewhat out of the business’ control) Parents were allowing their children to run around freely and scream in the small area where parents are watching their kids practice. Perhaps, a small section or children’s room for the other children who are not enrolled, to play or hang out in would be beneficial for all. Overall, looking forward to leaving another great review after attending our next classes! I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in the community as of my experience today!

The owner is nasty and all about the money. They don't care about their clients. I had both kids enrolled and always made payments on time. I had to schedule a make up class and he refused to schedule until the next payment wad made right then and there even though it was not due for another week. I left and 2 people were not far behind me (for different reasons)

Personally I enjoy this place the coaches are tough which made me work all the much harder to get my skills. As a former student and now a coach here and seeing comments saying coaches aren't happy and rude is an insult because these coaches work with all types of students and sometimes there are bad days. We try our best to make your visit worth it. I was a gymnast here for 10 years and now I'm a coach and I'm glad I am.

The level of communication is awful between the owner, parents, and coaches. The owner decided to End the boys competitive program yesterday and sent out emails to the parents only hours before classes were scheduled for the evening and did not even have the common courtesy or human compassion to call a parent meeting and tell parents/kids face to face. The coaching was good, but the management issues make the experience difficult. After a decade of paying this gym, showing loyalty, and doing everything asked of us we were repaid by someone who showed us that he truly did not care about our boys at all and had no regard for their well being as individuals.

We had a terrible experience here this week. First of all the waiting area is pure chaos. Stuff and people every where! No organization what so ever. The man at the front counter was nice enough and at first my 5 year old daughter was very excited. After about 5 mins of class they came out to grab a drink of water and she was still full of smiles and her happy bubbly self. Watching from the window I noticed that the teacher for her group (yellow/beginner) looked like she was being tortured to be there. (I did not see her smile one time the entire class) when my daughter was working on a front roll she kept forgetting to tuck her chin so she would get stuck on her head and be flailing around with her legs in the air and her neck in a very awkward position. I was worried she was going to hurt herself and still the teacher did nothing to assist her. During the hour class they came out 3 or 4 times for a quick water drink and each time my daughter came out a little less happy. By the end of class she was hardly talking and when I asked her how it was she said she was afraid to say anything because the teacher was mad. She said the teacher yelled at them and that they didn't do anything right. She said she wanted the blue teacher because she sounded so much nicer. When I explained that this would be her teacher every week she said maybe if she worked hard enough at home she wouldn't get yelled at and make the teacher mad next week. I asked her if she told anyone good job or anything and she said no just told them what they did wrong. I support the teacher correcting them and telling them to work on things at home but I do not support someone sending my 5 year old out of her very first class feeling so defeated and not good enough. Yes it's cheaper but I found a place for $10 more a month and so much better. I will never step foot in this place again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Both of my children attended Genie's Gymnastics. The owners are wonderful organized professional individuals. My kids went for preschool and enjoyed every minute of it. My daughter took classes and was eventually on their Pre-Team. It builded her confidence and helped her perform in front of others. The athletes worked very well as a team. We still keep in touch with coaches worked there. Best game in town!

A horrible place. The fact that they cant afford to turn on the AC is the least of the issues. The place is cluttered and the coaches couldn't look any less happy to be there. I can see why some people go, it is cheaper then other place but then again there is a reason it is cheaper. Don't put your purse down anywhere, you might be taking some friends home with you. This place is a get what you pay for type of place. I did the trial class which I am sure glad. It would have sucked if I signed up for a full session.
