Been going to Ghost Gym for the past two years. Nothing but positive things. Iv'e always enjoyed getting in my early workouts here. The gym is always super clean and the environment is motivating and the crowd is very supportive. Ive talked to the owner, Alex, a few times and he really does care about taking care of the place and making sure everybody has a good experience. He also buys/trades gym equipment. Some pieces are very unique and I have never used better equipment before. Creating a workout if you go to this gym may be hard, because there are so many great machines, power racks, and barbells, that the workout plans and splits are endless! 10/10 Gym, and for sure the best gym in Miami at the moment.

Top tier powerlifting gym. I train here every time I’m in Miami for business and every time I come back through there’s a new piece of equipment.

Gym has plenty of comp racks, deadlift platforms and calibrated kilos. Super clean very organized and very well run. Never too busy and never have to wait for equipment.

Day pass is priced great at $25. Perfect price point for what you get. And the team managing social media is super responsive and will help get you in if you need to train at off-hours.

Purchased a week pass while on a work retreat in the area. I thought the gym was very clean and had great equipment options. As a powerlifter their set up is great and hard to find in bigger commercial gyms. I think it would have been great to see a front desk person to help guide me. I had a hard time finding the back door to get in. I also think the equipment is REALLY close together. I was squatting while the person next to me was benching and I was scared we were going to collide. I had to wait for him to finish his sets to add plates on that side. Considering there's no staff there I just felt like it was an accident waiting to happen especially if you don't have experienced lifters in there. Overall though it's a great gym and has everything you need.

This is the best gym I’ve ever joined. Period. End of story. It is hard to communicate the level of care, craft, and creativity that must have gone into developing a location of this caliber. The equipment is both comprehensive and meticulously maintained, the facilities are spotless, and the community and culture built around this gym is special and worth experiencing. I sincerely hope that the Ghost brand grows quickly to more locations - my only complaint is that Ghost has ruined all other gym experiences for me by being such a far cut above the rest. If I could give 6 stars, I would not hesitate to do so.

I had a great experience visiting Ghost Gym Miami this month. Setting up an appointment to visit the gym and purchase a day pass was simple and easy. The space was very clean and the members were all very friendly.

If you're looking for a powerlifting-specific gym, this is the one to visit in Miami. They have several combo racks, specialty bars, and plenty of calibrated plates, so you will hardly ever have to wait to train. I will definitely come back when I visit Miami again!

The owner of this gym cares more about the equipment than the safety of the people inside. His reaction to my friend(a professional powerlifter prepping for a competition) when he almost unfortunately hurt himself during a lift was to yell that he doesn't care if he injured himself but rather that the equipment was okay. If this is the immediate(and only) response to failing the lifts/accidents in a gym, I do not recommend training here if you care for your safety.

Owner reached out and had a sincere conversation with my friend where he expressed that he was sorry about it. My friend was able to go back to the gym and had a positive experience second time around.

Some of the negative reviews from this week are my friends and athletes showing support on my behalf. Since the incident though, the owner has certainly redeemed himself in my eyes. I went back today with my girl after we talked it out and had a great session when we didn't have many other options on Thanksgiving night. If you're looking for a gym in Miami, Ghost has fantastic equipment. Definitely some of the best I've seen across dozens of PL gyms in the world.

Trash owner. Imagine almost getting crushed by 400 lbs due to an accident during a meet prep just to hear “I DON’T CARE IF YOU’RE OKAY IS MY EQUIPMENT OKAY?!” What’s up with all these powerlifting gym owners acting like a dictator with an overinflated ego? It’s as if they’ve never trained a day in their lives themselves. This gym is amazing! Gym etiquette is great as all the weights are always racked, and the place is always sparking clean. The members are freindly and a joy to be around. Regarding the equipment, rest assured that you will find everything and anything you would need if you are serious about strenght traning. Lastly, all the equipment works perfectly, and it’s open 24/7; you are assigned a code to enable access when you join. This place is small but it's personable. It has everything you need to get a regular hypertrophy workout, to your powerlifting setups. I was actually extremely impressed.
