I came here as a reformer first timer and had a great experience. Beatriz was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through class options and helping me choose and book one that matched my skill level. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with convenient parking available both on the street and in a nearby garage. I took the Glow Sculpt class with Sofia, and it was fantastic! Sofia was warm, personable, and funny, which made the class even more enjoyable. She took the time to help me get familiar with the reformer and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The class was both challenging and motivating, exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend this studio for all skill levels!

I have taken classes at Glow Pilates since earlier this year and have had a great experience each time.

Their facilities are easy to find, clean, and comfortable. The AC is strong enough so that I sweat but I'm never uncomfortable (I dont like classes in the heat).

I have only taken classes with two instructord: Sofia and just recently, Anastasia. I took my first class with Sofia in June and felt in love! Her classes are hard, will make you sweat, but will also feel very rewarding when you're done. She is always present and paying attention to everyone in class. I keep coming back to Glow for Sofia! I was very happy when I noticed she teaches classes on Sundays too.

This past Sunday Anastasia covered one of Sofia's classes and I was not disappointed. Her class also made me sweat and get out of my comfort zone! She was also present and paying attention to everyone's form. I have some issues with my hip and she gave me modifications to do. I would love to take other classes with her but her current class schedule doesn't work with my job.

Based on my experiences, I would recommend Glow to anyone!

I recently joined Glow Pilates and loved it so much that after 8 classes, I decided to sign up for the whole year. I’ve taken classes with Lucia, Sofia, Alma, and Lia, and each one has been amazing. Every class feels different, always challenging, and always special. I take most of my classes with Lucia and Sofia, and I really appreciate how kind, professional, and attentive they are- They are always checking posture and offering helpful modifications (as a beginner this is a necessity). The other instructors have been fantastic, and hopefully I get to meet the rest of them!

The front desk team is super friendly and welcoming, and Beatriz, the owner, has been kind and supportive from day one. The studio is spotless, and I love that after every class there’s a moment to clean and sanitize the reformers; a small detail that makes a huge difference. Glow Pilates has quickly become one of my favorite places to be!

I have tried many Pilates studios but none are as friendly, challenging, and supportive as GLOW. I currently have the Unlimited Membership after spending the summer trying different studios through Class Pass. When signing up, both Beatriz and David were amazing! They were so kind and helpful, walking me through all the fun options at GLOW. A HUGE perk is that every single pilates instructor that works there has a fantastic attitude and is always willing to help modify your workout to challenge you or help you grow. If you’re considering which studio in Miami is best to join - I really should gatekeep this one but it deserves all the shine.

I’m obsessed with Glow! It’s my happy place. The instructors are all the nicest and just so encouraging and I genuinely LOVE going. Callie is the BEST. Her energy, positivity, vibes. Glow Pilates is the absolute best! This beautiful studio offers challenging classes in a relaxing environment that feels like a luxury spa. They have wonderful teachers that each bring their unique styles to their classes. The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and work with all levels so anyone can learn. The owners are lovely, attentive and truly value their customers. I have been attending this studio since its launch with my daughters & several friends who all love their experiences here. My experience at Glow Pilates Reforme Studio in Coral Gables was absolutely terrible, primarily due to the owner, Beatriz. For the past two weeks, I've tried to book a private class to celebrate my best friend, and Beatriz has been nothing but unprofessional and rude.

She was dismissive and passive-aggressive in her communications, making it clear that customer service is not a priority for her. When she falsely claimed that my friend didn’t have a card on file, I provided proof, only for her to admit it was their issue all along. The delay in her responses and lack of accountability was incredibly frustrating.

As a fellow business owner, I find it hard to believe the level of incompetence and disrespect shown at this studio. This place is new, and it’s no surprise—customer service is clearly not their strong suit. Beatriz, you need to do much better if you want your business to succeed.

In just three months I have a new body. My arms have never been so toned. This place is my peace at the end of everyday and the energy in there is so light and fun. Super attentive and welcoming! I took the Glow Sculpt class with Garreth and it was amazing! He was very welcoming and helped anyone that needed help! Love this studio! I've been going to classes for 2 months now and have consistently had a great experience. The space is clean and beautiful and all of the instructors I've taken classes with have been welcoming, friendly and supportive. I brought my mom to a class and the instructor did a great job of helping her feel comfortable with her first reformer experience. Can't say enough good things about it! There is a parking garage in the building so if you can't find street parking you can always find a spot in there.

I’ve been to a few different Pilate studios around Miami trying to find the “one” and this one is by far the most beautiful studio I’ve gone to! And on top of that you’re literally in the heart of Coral Gables!

Parking isnt much of a problem: it’s either street parking, the now very limited lot across from them, or the garage. If you opt for the garage it’s $3/hour.

I took my first class with Callie and I absolutely loved it and will be back. Her energy is everything! She connects so well with her students.

There is absolutely no pretentious or condescending vibes at Glow. It is very welcoming. Majority of the class were first timers and Callie took the time before class to walk the class through some of the movements+the reformer and was always available during class to correct form or increase/decrease resistance.
