About the Club

GluteHouse is a new type of training program, taking the guesswork out of training your lower-body and more specifically your glutes (AKA ass, booty, rump, tuchas). We combine the best aspects of group fitness classes and personal training to offer you a unique experience that makes #GluteGains easy!

Guided by our Training App and the assistance of our floor-coach, you'll participate in a circuit-style strength training program for 50 minutes. Every 10 minutes, one person will start their first circuit and start to move through five stations.

As a GluteHouse member, you will have access to the training app with your workout and instructional movement videos. Additionally, you will be able to record your weights and reps in the app.

Being a part of GluteHouse has brought me so much joy and created such a sense of belonging. That might sound corny, but it’s true. It’s the perfect mix of personal training and small group tailored workouts that motivate me. I was a member of LA fitness for awhile but I just couldn’t motivate myself to go and creating my own workouts just added to the daunting process. At GluteHouse I genuinely feel accountable, if I sign up for my time slot, I’m going. And the workouts are planned for me. There’s a coach on the floor who helps with form and gives pointers. I’ve been a member since they opened and have seen so much progress in my body and confidence through that time. Now they added an upper body/abs component and that’s something I just started integrating into my rotation. So I’m excited to see progress in my weak wet noodle arms. If you’re thinking about it, JUST DO IT.

I absolutely love this place. I've been coming for almost two years and it has been a game changer for my fitness. I never used to strength train because I was intimidated by all the machines and having to figure out a routine, but GluteHouse completely takes care of that for you!! I came here for a round booty and while it's definitely helped with that, I've gotten so much more out of it for my health. I've learned a lot about proper form and gotten stronger than I ever thought. So much so that last year I hiked to Everest Base Camp and while so many people were strugglebussing with the uphills, I was totally fine! This place also got me in shape for my wedding, helps me with my running, etc. etc. Now if only I could get all my friends to join : )

Hands down the BEST gym for anyone serious about glute training!

GluteHouse is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this facility is designed with expertise and intention. The equipment is top-notch and specifically tailored for effective glute and lower body workouts & upper body as well. Machines are thoughtfully placed, and everything is kept impeccably clean.

The programming is on another level—whether you're a beginner or advanced, the workouts are structured to help you grow stronger, lift heavier, and see real results. The floor coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable, always pushing you to do your best while keeping proper form a top priority. If you are a beginner with little or no knowledge of working out I highly suggest to do your 1st week with Ivy. She is an amazing floor coach that is extremely patient for beginners. Her availability to multitask is very impressive! Although GluteHouse does not offer personal training, she was able to make sure that I wasn't overwhelmed my first week & made sure that I understood the different type of workouts all while making sure the other ladies are OK doing their workouts as well.

What sets GluteHouse apart is the sense of community. Everyone is encouraging, and it’s empowering to train in an environment where people genuinely cheer each other on. It’s more than a gym; it’s a place where you feel supported in your fitness journey every step of the way.

If you’re serious about building strength, improving your physique, and having fun while doing it, GluteHouse is THE place to be. I can’t recommend it enough!

If you’re serious about building strength and shaping your lower body, Glutehouse is a game-changer. From the moment I joined, I could tell this wasn’t your average gym. The focus on glute-specific training is evident in everything they do, from the tailored workouts to the specialized equipment.
The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and always ensure proper form, which has helped me avoid injuries while maximizing results. The program structure is clear, with progressive exercises that really target your glutes, hamstrings, and core. Every session feels intentional, and I’ve seen significant strength gains and noticeable physical changes in just a few months.
That being said, be prepared for your wardrobe to change! My glute growth was so significant, I’ve had to retire some of my old jeans. It’s a small price to pay for the confidence and strength I’ve gained.

2024: still going strong! 💪🏻 the gym has changed drastically since I first joined, and everything is for the better. Run, dont walk, to join this premium gym where you'll feel comfortable working out amongst your girls!

2019: I've been attending GluteHouse for over a year now and have noticed a huge change, both physically and mentally! Prior to beginning this program, I had never weightlifted and did not know where to even begin to learn. Working with personal trainers seemed too intimidating, and I did not know enough to begin learning on my own and risk an injury. This program is the happy medium!

Twice a week, you receive incredibly detailed videos for each movement/exercise where your coach talks through the proper form, suggests a starting weight, explains what the movement should feel like, what muscle groups you should activate, tips on how to protect your back & neck, etc. He equips you with all the information you need to feel comfortable enough to complete the exercise. If that weren't enough, a floor coach is always available throughout your workout to help guide you in any aspect you need. A new wristband system allows you to further personalize the program, by indicating how much interaction you would like from your coach on that given day/exercise. Want a really involved floor coach that will give you all the expert tips? Wear green! Do you prefer to be on your own and reach out to the coach yourself with questions? Wear red! The beauty of this program is in the flexibility it provides, from how involved you would like your trainer to be, to setting your own schedule.

I highly recommend this program and do not have plans of quitting anytime soon. Your future buns of steel will thank you for signing up today!

MY FAVORITE GYM IN MIAMI, I was one of the OG members. The coaches are really amazing, best help and conversations! The Owner is always thinking about his customers and you can tell he really cares. The results speak for themselves, my boyfriend is very thankful lol and so am I!!! I am one that gets lost in a normal gym setting when I workout by myself, I lose motivation and want to leave within 20-30 minutes but glutehouse programs the workouts for you and times you so you don't take your sweet time and hence stop the gains. It helped me reach that muscle failure needed to grow and see results.

Mi gym preferido en Miami. El poder tener acceso previo a las rutinas hace que puedas revisarla cuantas veces quieras para poder entenderlas bien y hacerlas con la técnica correcta. I have had personal trainers in the past that I saw 5 days a week, I’ve had memberships at multiple gyms at a time and I can honestly say i've never seen my body change the way Glutehouse has made it. the coaches are amazing and helpful, they push you when they know you can do better. When I moved to Miami, it took me a LONG time to find a gym I liked that was also reasonably priced. I also needed a bit of a kick in the butt after doing mostly cardio workouts the past few years. I was so glad to find GluteHouse. The workouts are challenging (in a good way) the gym is always clean. I use to compete in fitness competitions and pretty much lost all of my muscle doing just cardio. Within a few months, I feel like I have my more in-shape body back! Adam, the owner, is always added new classes and workouts types so I always feel like I have a good variety. I'd highly recommend GluteHouse to anyone looking for a great workout. Instagram worthy and efficient...who could ask for more? I love the 4 week cycles!!!! Enough time to perfect the form and strengthen. You can work out how you feel but, if you like a little push, the coaches will make suggestions for weight increases. PLUS, the coaches will capture video and photos for you that you can use to get better or to show on your social media how that peach is growing. :-)

I have been a member over a year now and this place is incredible. The support from the coaches is amazing, the exercise routines never repetitive and with the new glow up coming in few weeks the force will be unstoppable. If you are looking for lower body results, this gym is the one. I signed up for one month trial but never looked back as constant results ad progress are the biggest motivation to continue.

found this place on Instagram at a time in my life I was feeling a lack of motivation and discipline in many parts of my life. I've been 'working out' for years but after my first few workouts here I started noticing changes in not only my body, but my overall confidence, mood and general outlook on my life and career. I have always been a fitness girl. I lifeguard so part of my job is to stay active, but I wanted to become also a routine girl and this is were GluteHouse came in. I honestly cannot believe it has been now 3 FULL months of me working out at least twice a week consistently! That is an incredible achievement for me.
