I've been doing yoga for over 20yrs, and Rebecca's classes are the best out of any I've been to. Her energy is awesome and she acknowledges the science- not just the spirituality- behind the benefits of yoga. Years ago I suffered nerve damage that caused the partial loss of feeling in my leg, and nothing has seemed to help it heal. After a few months of classes here, I've FINALLY started gaining feeling back- something my own doctor wasn't sure could even happen. If you want a fun, constructive and healing yoga class, I highly recommend this studio!

I practiced with Rebbeca for about 5 months (23-24), until my PCB gig ended. Looking back, I appreciate and still practice the breathing work she exposed me to. The classes were always different and evolving. Namaste Kiddos!!!

Great yoga studio! I’m new to yoga and recently decided to give it a shot. Been going for a couple months now, I’ll say the classes are intense yet beginner friendly and also surprisingly therapeutic. Rebecca and Tammy are incredibly talented coaches and i cannot recommend this place enough!

Tonight was my first yoga session at GLW Hot Yoga and I loved every part of the experience. I feel like I got so much out of the balance of breathing exercises, yoga and meditation that brought the whole mind body spirit full circle. Rebecca was simply amazing and extremely talented in her teachings and how she guided the room; like poetry in motion. I would recommend GLW Hot Yoga to anyone…11/10

Drop in for a class for ~$20, it's worth it.

I do hot yoga here every Wednesday, it's amazing. The studio has infrared heating panels. Which means they literally heat you and the room up instead of the air in the room, which I love because I get the intense heat combined with the yoga practice without the stuffy air.

I have done both of these services with Rebecca, and she is such a talent in all that she does!!!! Her yoga classes are welcoming to all, and she has the most welcoming energy to match that environment. You will always leave there lighter and brighter because of Rebecca !! There is no one else like her in what and how she offers herself and her services. Must experience for yourself!

I also did my first cupping experience with Rebecca and she is so talented and knowledgeable there as well! I didn’t know what to expect when I went in but she explains everything so well before and what to expect after too. She makes everything about the experience very comfortable and very easy to speak with to make sure you both are on the same page for your treatment. I can’t even explain how awesome cupping feels!! Absolutely need to do this if you haven’t. I’m still impressed by how well Rebecca tailored my experience so that it was specific-to and perfect-for just me and my likings.
