Another morning gym not open like it’s supposed to be at 5am , this has happened several times now and still no 24 hour access like I signed up for . Equipment is great and brand new but it’s time for another gym already . Gym has become unreliable if your an evening gym goer it probably won’t be a problem with you but the young receptionist is also glued to her phone so don’t expect any help with questions

Best gym in the area, I came over from smash fitness. Golds provides a clean gym, phenomenal employees lifting the mood. Great supplement and merch store, great equipment to body build, powerlift, cross fit whatever your goals are this Gym will accommodate them.

They allow men in the women’s locker rooms. They care less about the safety of women.

They are comfortable with men showing their body parts to women.

Will they allow these same men to take advantage of women in locker rooms moving forward. Then blame the women

I went to this new Gold’s Gym location as an active member, expecting to use my existing membership like I do at other locations.

When I checked in with my barcode from the Gold’s Gym app, the two receptionists just looked confused and said, “We don’t know what that is.”

I explained it’s the official Gold’s Gym app, and they told me, “We don’t take that — we’re a franchise, not part of Gold’s.”

That didn’t make sense, and they didn’t offer any explanation or help. So be aware: if you’re a current Gold’s member, your membership won’t work here.

You’ll have to start an entirely new one, which defeats the purpose. Disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Great gym, lots of space, and brand new equipment. Only reason for the three stars is that the A/C is out already and they've only been open for like two weeks. Will update to five stars when it is fixed.

OMG - the greatest gym we have visited in a long long time - Golds Gym North Naples has taken over the old Crunch fitness and has literally transformed the facility into an amazing fitness experience. The equipment is World Class - the staff - Chyna GM. Dan GM and Zach - District Mgr are all fantastic and very helpful. Especially for people who may be intimidated for starting a fitness program. Don’t let the name of Golds Gym make you nervous - this place is very welcoming for all and very inclusive - I just wish we had this in Minnesota - please if you are thinking about a fantastic place to work out. - this is it! We will be here everyday we visit Florida !!
