In my 65 years of playing golf I have had numerous practitioners, pros, and trainers work to make me a better golfer with fewer aches and pains. Tyler is the best of the bunch. He is serious about his craft but fun to work with. Although he does not consider himself a swing coach, he is a plus index golfer who has been very willing to indulge me in conversation about swing mechanics. He loves what he does and is sensitive to his clients’ needs but offers only realistic approaches not false praise or sugar coating, just honest assessment. Working with him has shown me that I have time left with the game I have played and loved for over six decades. If I were never to play golf again, training with Tyler has been worth every cent. Even in that case, I would see no reason not to continue.

I would like to thank Tyler Hosey and TSE FIT for the outstanding personal strength/conditioning and mental training program that he provides athletes, specific to golf. My daughter Alana, age 16 is a talented junior golfer and she was looking to elevate her golf game and herself to the next "collegiate level" and beyond...hopefully the LPGA. We both knew she needed additional strength and speed to give her the best chance.

Alana has been working with Tyler one on one and in a small group elite athlete "peer" class setting since February. As her father, coach and caddy for the past 12 years, I was looking for a "new voice" to infuse into her life, to make it more fun...and a mentor/coach/teacher for my daughter to learn and grow within a safe environment with elite level instruction. We feel found all of those characteristics in Tyler and TSE FIT.

The program and classes have been very challenging both physically and mentally for Alana...however she committed to the program and the results have exceeded my expectations. She has taken not only the great physical training that TSE provides, but as or more importantly the mental training aspect that Tyler stresses and teaches to the golf course and tournament play. Her maturation process in high level tournaments has accelerated...along with her poise and control to manage any situation.

Working in a small group class environment with encouragement from Tyler and other the other athletes has been awesome, a huge confidence builder and greatly beneficial for my daughter. I would highly recommend Tyler, his extensive biometrics and exercise physiology knowledge and TSE FIT for any athlete aspiring to take their game to the next higher level.

Tyler goes above and beyond every day. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me learn and grow on my journey as a professional golfer. Not just physically, but mentally as well. I cannot find a reason why you wouldn’t want a personal trainer like Tyler. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the science behind getting into shape. He can make workout plans for your personal needs and help you get the best results. He motivates and cares about his clients and wants to help them learn more. Working with him for now three weeks my game is at another level. Went from swinging 108 consistently to now 113 in just three weeks. My stability over the ball is much better and my mobility as a whole is also much better. It’s not just the progress I made and the amazing structuring of the workouts balancing conditioning, mobility, speed, and power, but how he is as a human being. I have been training with Tyler on-line for almost a year and can't recommend him highly enough. He has a ton of knowledge, but more importantly, is able to translate it and help you understand not just how to do an exercise, but why it is important. Tyler is dedicated, compassionate, and energetic. He won't judge you, but will call you out on excuses, hold you accountable, and help you examine and overcome roadblocks on your fitness journey, providing motivation and encouraging self-reflection.

I love that I'm able to workout in my own home with minimal equipment, with the on-line training program. Tyler provides a customized program that includes videos, weekly or monthly video check-ins, and in app messaging capability for questions or comments about your workout. He takes the time to learn what your goals are and is truly invested and dedicated to helping you reach those goal.
