I am so happy I found this studio, it is very hard to find stretching classes for adults with a schedule that fits my routine. The instructor and the owner are very knowledgeable and make sure you have a great, customized experience during your class. I have been coming here for nearly 6 months and I see great improvement in my flexibility! 100% recommend

My daughter has been attending GR stretching for over 2 years now. I have seen her confidence and skills improve tremendously. Coach Guzal is so amazing with all the kids. She encourages them to keep trying and to be their best. My daughter is so happy and loves going there everyday. They also have a camp! And an art class right there.
