Nato is the best ninja coach! He truly cares about his students. My son has been in ninja class with Nato since he was 4 and his confidence, focus and agility has drastically improved. He is so proud of being a ninja and his coach is a huge part of his love for the class. He is 6 now and tells everyone who will listen all about his ninja skills. Gravity has the best ninja zone with the best coaches, I highly recommend!

Terrible experience – avoid this place.
I had to cancel our plans due to my daughters getting sick, and despite giving notice, they refused to refund the money $400! . I also tried to return two brand-new t-shirts (tags still on), which were overpriced at $20 each. They wouldn’t take them back either. The owners don’t deal with customers directly and instead hide behind vendors with zero accountability. The way they treat people feels outdated and completely lacking in professionalism—like something out of a different country’s rulebook, not a fair and modern business. Overall, very disappointing customer service. I won’t be coming back. Update: since they replied I am replying back : I was NOT told Anytime that it was Final sale on shirts even with tickets on. You have to be honest and say you just want to keep all the money you get and not consider your clients situation. You think first in yourself instead of the customer service. Also, I was NOT told my card was going to be “used” without my permission instead, I was TOLD that I was going to pay myself physically the day the girls go to “the class”. I also read all the contrary on the receipt stating the week can be changed anytime! These people don’t make sense , still one star.

Unprofessional, unethical, and purely money-driven.
This place is nothing more than a business disguised as a children’s center. It’s overpriced and lacks any sense of professionalism or ethics. I once stopped by during their summer camp hours and was shocked to see children running around completely unsupervised—some even playing near the bars—while the staff (who are supposed to be teachers) were glued to their phones. It was clear there was no real structure or care for the kids’ well-being. This is not a place that puts children first—it’s a commercial operation that only cares about profit. Horrible experience, my daughter was there for 2 classes and the coach Irina Kadatko told her she needed to find another sport meaning she wasn’t good enough. Do not bring your child and expect this coach to give them self esteem and reassurance. Not the right person to be teaching children, the way she spoke to my daughter brought her self esteem down and left her in tears. One of the owners Clara saw her and moved her to another class, when I picked her up she tried to explain the situation and was very nice however the other owner Sergio Dizeo basically said everything was a lie and was not helpful. Do not recommend this place.

I can’t say enough great things about this gymnastics center! Both my daughter and my son absolutely love it here. From the very first class, they felt welcomed, encouraged, and challenged in the best way. The coaches are professional, kind, and truly passionate about helping every child reach their full potential—physically and emotionally.

The girls at the front desk are absolutely awesome! They are always smiling, super friendly, and provide amazing customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about the families who walk through the door. They are always ready to help, answer questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

My kids have not only grown stronger and more flexible, but their confidence has soared too. Every class is fun, well-organized, and full of positive energy. It’s a place where children feel safe, supported, and celebrated.

I’ve been coming to gravity for many years! From my first kid to now my fourth! My oldest has tried 4-5 different classes! Gravity family is very accommodating not only to make sure the child is happy but the parents too! They work with you with scheduling, classes at your kid’s level, and change themes constantly! They have awesome classes for babies/toddlers all the way up to older kids in competition! Fully recommend this gym! I feel very safe here as well!

A fun atmosphere for any child wanting to get into gymnastics or ninja warrior. My 5 year old daughter has been going for 2 years and has had many great experiences with the instructors/coaches. And made a lot of friends. If you are looking for a place for your kids to run out some energy but also learn good skills, this is a great place. It’s not just a class to let them run free, it has structure and goals, and if you are looking for more and your kid wants to go further into competitions they offer that too. Definitely recommend.

Both of my daughters started here in 2023. It's about a 25 minute drive for us with average route traffic but the pricing was incomparable to any of gymnastic classes we looked for. My youngest was 2½ when she started with a child/parent class. She didn't want to continue when she moved up to a class she attends alone. My oldest is now 8 and has moved up already. She absolutely LOVES going and ALL of her coaches thus far. The staff/coaches take the time to personally know each child and make them feel acknowledge, whether in passing or in class.

Mis 3 niñas han venido aqui desde el 2015. Es un lugar muy familiar, los coaches son muy buenos y dedicados a su trabajo y tienen una gran paciencia. Mi niña mas pequeña empezo hace un año con 4 añitos cuando empezo le saba pena y no prestaba mucha atencion y ellos fueron muy pacientes con ella. A veces lloraba porque le cambiaban al coach pero fueron muy lindos y pacientes con la niña. Mi otra niña que ya tiene 11 empezo a los 3 pero ella siempre le gusto. La otra niña mia que ahora tiene 16 empezo a los 8 pero ella no quizo seguir porque le gusta mas el baile. Cada niño es un mundo diferente y aqui le dejan saber a los padres el mejor proceso para su niño. Pero mis 3 hijas siempre han sido tratadas con muchisimo amor y cariño aqui. Tiene horarios flexibles que se acomodan al de los padres. Mis niñas estan muy contentas aqui. No se porque en otros reviews hablan mal de la señora Clara, esa señora tiene un alma tan linda y es tan paciente con los niños y con los padres tambien.

We love Gravity and so does our daughter. She looks forward to going to each class. The teacher is very caring and encouraging. The admin staff is wonderful. Every time we call, they pick up immediately and if they can’t help in the moment, they call you right back with an answer. My daughter has been attending gravity in 2020 before COVID even began. We re-enrolled her earlier this year in Feb, and Gravity suggested putting her in the beginner's class since its been over a year since she has been in gymnastics, so she started in the beginner's class. It is now July and this week my daughter told me that everyone that was in the beginner's class with her has moved on and she was the only one left. Whenever I watched my daughter with the other girls she was enrolled with they all seemed to be on the same level. We questioned Gravity on the reason why my daughter is the only person in her class and at that time the moved her to the intermediate class. My daughter told me that the instructor told her to do a cartwheel and a handstand and then told her she can move up to the next level. What a joke! Now that just tells me that nobody cares about my child and her progressing. And in that case what am I paying for?

We LOVE Gravity!!! My Daughter has been here for 3 years and lovess it. The coaches care and are truly AMAZING! My daughter has learned so much since she started and always looks forward to classes.

I have never had any issues so I’m shocked at some of the bad reviews. If your child misses class, they allow you to make it up. If you need to talk to staff, you can call and they always answer. They are very customer service oriented and I always feel welcomed and treated with respect. ALL kids are treated equally and with care.

Looking forward to continuing to see my daughter advance in Gymnastics with Gravity! My other daughter who is turning 1 will soon start classes here like her sister and I’m excited! Thank you Gravity for being amazing and caring for our kids!!!

I think the place is great and the customer service of the front desk personnel is the best. I dealt with Juan (i believe) but unfortunately Mr. Luca teaching the white ninja 7 and up kept rolling his eyes and making gestures to show he was really annoyed with the kids as they kept getting lost. I think he is not appropriate to teach the age group he is currently teaching. If most of the kids were lost, it is important a teacher reexamine themselves to see if there are room of improvement about his teaching skills.

My daughter has been a Gravity gymnast for 3 years. She has grown tremendously as a result of consistency, experienced coaching, and discipline. I took my 4 1/2 son today to the free open house. He had an amazing time! All the coaches were super friendly and professional. I will definitely be back to try out the ninja class open house and see how that goes. If he also likes it, I will definitely sign him up. The only feedback I have is that boys should be allowed in every class and not only in the ninja zone.

I have NEVER been more DISAPPOINTED in an establishment for children- one that promotes a program geared to “small groups, encouraging of independence and increasing social skills”. Jackson “won” 4 free lessons at Gravity Gymnastics in Miramar. The free classes required a $28 uniform/t-shirt, which I bought. As we waited for our class, one of the older staff members comes over to ask if Jackson is in school- I replied yes- she says VPK- and in the sake of transparency- I answer no- he does a program that’s a full day. She questions what kind of program- (I’m thinking- who cares) and answer- it has a little more supervision. Jackson was being shy and saying he just wanted to go home. The lady asked that I join in the class since he’s acting shy. I did. The young man teaching expected Jackson to follow directions on 1st attempt (mind you the class is for 3.5-5 y/o) so I helped guide him. I thought- he did great! This could be a regular thing for us! BUT as we are putting on our shoes the old lady comes back and says- you know- he really needs private lessons because he’s in ESE classes and we can’t really focus on him (there were 3 kids plus him) and he’s taking others kids time (there’s was another kid that also needed reminders). I was LIVID- it all clicked why she was interviewing me before the class!! I understand it’s a business and private classes = more money but be up front about it! (Is you know me- I would have paid no problem) And to finish it off- the lady put her HANDS on me when I WANTED to LEAVE. I of course told her to get her hands off me RIGHT NOW!! What a cheap thing to use casual conversation to get more info on him to then isolate Jackson from a class for preschoolers. And what an aggressive thing to do- hold a mom down when she’s trying to leave.

Nice place but no feedback from teachers. They take forever to move the students up I feel like they may have to many per teacher and the students to not move up. They do the same thing over and over and I do not see much improvement in the children. there is no formal way of the children moving from one level to another. My daughter has loved Gravity since her first day here. We tried several different places in the area and this was absolutely her favorite. Our first contact as we walked in the door was Eddie. He is very friendly, always has a smile for everyone and is ready to assist the parents as well as the students with anything they may need. Coach Aaron is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely patient and is great at explaining in ways the kids understand and find fun! The facility is clean and well organized. I have my kids at this location and it has been a great e experience. Teachers and staff have always been great and very understanding. They are here to help you and guide you through the initial and registration process as well as pricing and when you want to cancel. The staff is very friendly and teachers are great. I actually had the privilege to be asked for my daughter to try out for team and she went through an evaluation and got picked. I hve seen her progress and growth. M very happy with Gravity gymnastics as a whole. My other child just does recreational and that is ok if that is what you are needing. As a parent finding a safe place that caters to your child’s need while you are at work is most important. Gravity Gymnastics Miramar was that place for us.

We soon realize that our daughter had fallen in love with Gymnastics and found a new family to love on her while we work.

Ms. Clara and the team pay attention to the smallest details, such as having sufficient snacks to packaging a jacket in the event your little ones get cold while in camp or aftercare.

Each coach takes the time, to train and mentor but also to love and ensure the children perform and succeed at Gymnastics and school.

My son has been at gravity for over 2 years now. He started in the preschool gymnastics classes and now is in Gravity's aftercare program. I can only give nothing but positive feedback. Gravity is simply amazing. Gravity is literally like a second family! I placed by daughter here at 2 years old and I have watched her blossom. The teachers and coaches here are fantastic. They are all very knowledgeable and are very experience in early childhood and physical education. They combine fun with learning. I also recently placed my son here at 2 years old as well and I see how he has evolved from following directions, becoming physically coordinated and just learning. She takes the time to instruct and ensure that the children are learning techniques and not just moving with the follow. My daughter is able to articulate skills she learned and the proper name for each technique. In addition to Ms. Andrea, Mr. Eddy is phenomenal. I was first introduced to Gravity through their free open gym events (great way to see the facility and meet the staff and coaches). My daughters won one of the free raffles and after trying out the classes for a month we officially enrolled. That was almost 2 years ago and I am beyond impressed with the coaches, staff and facility.

The coaches and staff are caring and they really focus on your child's skills and having fun. The improvement I have seen in not only their gymnastics but also their social skills and focus is remarkable. Our youngest daughter has been going to Gravity for the past 17 months and she's found her niche in gymnastics after trying dancing and ice skating. * UPDATE * After staff read my review the owner sent an email stating my 5 year old daughter was kicked out of their gymnastics and no longer allowed to return. I paid membership, registration fees and beginnning
cost for a year to get my daughter enrolled. Weve only been there 5 months. They did not offer to give me my money back or compensate for the remanding 7 months.
Simply, that she couldn't come back ever.

Very unprofessional, very organised. After several incidents ive finally decided to inform on my experience. 3 weeks went by and Gravity were unable to process my card on file for weekly tuition. They FINALLY notified me and said it was a card/system error and they would set up and agree to a schedule to have these back payments paid. Accounting set up 1 back payment with me, and without further authorization decided to take out the remanding 2 when they saw fit. Once again ruining my monthly budget, as well as making an unauthorized charge twice. When I called, Claudia in accounting would not listen to my concerns or take any type of responsibility for what they had done. Instead, while cutting me off not allowing me AT ALL to speak my concerns, she continued to say her notes said otherwise. The conversation ended with her talking over me, saying it was my fault, my voicemail may have been full when they tried to call, and not acknowledging the issue of unauthorized charges. My daughter likes going to Gravity but the unprofessionalism, neglect of needs, and neglect to communicate or diffuse an issue and liable concern is beyond me. This is suppose to be a business of ethics and standards that promotes values, trust, and fairness. Especially when dealing with your child and access to your hard earned money. Gravity has fallen beyond short of this on a few occasions. If you do decide to have your child attend this facility stay connected about your child's daily experience, watch your account, and make sure you keep a note of who you've spoken to and the reason. Because whatever you have said or done WILL go unheard of and denied, with no justice or accountability. And It will be your fault and better luck next time.
