Colleen puts together very well-balanced classes that continually challenge you. I would constantly send her photos of my improvements and am so grateful she provided much needed therapy during a particularly crazy time. She is thoughtful and cognizant of injuries. I wish I was in the area to take in-person classes. She has improved my form for all classes. Highly recommend if in the area.

Colleen is AMAZING! She was able to break movements down for a beginner like myself and intensify workouts as I progressed. She is a true professional that makes me laugh with her quick wit. Also, it’s such an added benefit that she is a licensed physical therapist! She is able to modify any exercise based on your individual restrictions. I cannot recommend Colleen and her studio enough!

As a PT, Colleen is so knowledgeable about the body and always has suggestions for modifications during workouts. As for the workouts, they are creative, challenging, effective, individualized, and fun! It is so nice to be able to get a solid workout done in less than an hour.

Colleen has been a game changer for me. As a former collegiate athlete, I know how to work out; resistance training, cardio and HIIT are my fortes. However, I haven’t seen changes in my body in a long time. Adding Pilates to the mix is challenging my muscles in ways I didn’t know possible. Colleen gives you a great workout, but her knowledge of body mechanics sets her apart. She won’t let you cheat on form and injure yourself, and if you have a prior injury, she tailors appropriately. She is passionate about her work and if you’re searching for a workout that gets you past your plateau, this is it.

So happy with the personal one-on-one attention I get from Colleen Gray. Since she’s a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well as a top notch Pilates instructor, I feel safe knowing she understands anatomy and won’t have me doing things that could injure me. With her guidance, Pilates has given me back so much range of motion.

Popped in from out of town on business and this place was recommended to keep me on track with my current workout schedule. Was so happy to be able to get in on short notice - Colleen was fantastic to work with! I am in St Pete a few times a quarter and this will be a regular spot now. Thrilled to find a place to be able to workout while away from my home gym.
