Judo/BJJ (recreational and competitive team)
~ classes available starting at age 5
Cheer (recreational and competitive team)
~ classes available starting at age 5
Tumbling - classes available starting at age 7
Private lessons available
Summer camp - available to children age 5 - 12 years

I took all three of my children to GTFL. There was a class for each one of their age groups. The coaches were very friendly and professional. I like how the place is set up because you can watch your child from many areas. They even have a play area for the younger siblings.
We are signed up to go weekly now. My kids are so excited.

GREAT PLACE for kids! Tumbling & trampoline, what more do kids love? Im this time of covid, we're all looking for activities for kids that they can use up all that energy! GTFL also has camps for the kids on days off or breaks! I know they also offer cheerleading & martial arts classes/activities too.

GTFL is a fantastic place to bring your kids. The owners are professional and the training is amazing. The make every thing fun for the kids too! Chrissy and Shawn have more energy than anyone I know. They are wonderful. Your kids will love GTFL.

Our family loves GTFL! I like that the gym is open for parents to view/hear/see what the kids and coaches are doing. My son has been going for many years and has loved his coaches - great with kids at all levels! I highly recommend GTFL!

I train the martial art judo at gtfl. I have been for several years. The bread and butter is gymnastics. I love this place. We are a big family! Bjj,judo,cardio,competition . It's all here. Several high ranked judoka train here.

The first complimentary class was great. The instructors were professional and kind and we were excited for him to begin Judo. My son has low self esteem, anxiety, and adhd. We were hopeful this would help him focus, learn self discipline, and build confidence. Tonight my son was completely demoralized and no longer wants to do martial arts. The owner/instructor barked wrong, wrong, wrong at my child when he didn't perform a skill as expected. This made my child anxious and he no longer wanted to participate. My child was then told to get off of his (the instructor 's) mat. The instructor then told my husband my son was disrespectful. After hearing this I asked for a refund which I received minus $10 for tonight's class!?!
