Part of owning a business is making professional decisions not emotional ones. Not a good look when you get rid of athletes that have great potential and have made your gym shine at meets.

Waste of money. They don’t spot your kids. They favor certain student and spend all of their time with them excessively. Kind of a bummer for the other 9-10 kids in each overstuff stuffed class.

Just an average experience, not necessarily bad. The groups of kids stay together which can be a benefit or a pitfall, sometimes it seems the coaches aren't attentive to the individual

So far we have enjoyed being at this gym. My daughter feels welcomed and they make sure safety is of number one concern. She has the confidence to try harder skills, and they push her to excel. I am glad we found this gym. There has been a few coach changes since we’ve been here; so I am hoping that nothing changes as far as consistency in coaching is concerned.

This gym is amazing, they have wonderful coaches for the team and regular classes, and they do their job how they are so post to, and even cares for the kids. Then again I’m team so it’s different with the regular classes, but from what I can see, all the coaches are amazing. (Including coach crispy, he’s a boys team coach and I’m a team girl) Definitely recommend for kids who are clumsy and can’t sit still.

I would recommend their preschool classes to anyone who would listen... my son was in it for 2 years and loved the program and coach tiphani .... when we went to the school age class, however, is when we saw the ugly truth. The coach uses sarcasm as a way of communicating with the kids which is fine for an 8 yr old or older but my 5 year old felt belittled and worthless. The real turning point for me was when the coach accidentally hit my son with a bucket (accidents happen my son didnt get it totally understandable) he proceeded to tell my son to stop crying because it didnt hurt and even went so far as to hit himself in the face and say "see it doesnt hurt"... the bruise on my child's face lasted for a week so i know it really did hurt and the fact that they are teaching young men to ignore their emotions and embodying a man up mentality in an era where we know how detrimental that is alarms me. When i talked to a staff member about our experience i was told i would get a phone call later in the week to discuss everything... 1 month later still no call. Beautiful facility just not worth the drop in self esteem for a kindergartener

Took the kids for a private birthday party 2 - 5 year olds. The kids had an absolute blast and were sad to leave. It was clean and the staff was great with the kids.

I would love to give this place a higher rating, but due to the fact that one of their employees/coaches is a bully and they choose to turn a blind eye, I can not in good conscience give a higher rating.

A coach's primary focus is to build up and empower the kids, not to tear them down. Most of the coaches do great, but there is one that is always very negative with the kids. I have sat there and watched other parents get upset with what the coach says and how he acts towards the kids. And the management has been told and is aware, and parents have intentionally moved their kids to other classes with other coaches and management has done nothing to fix the issue.

Parents are paying good money for these classes. All a parent wants is for their child to progress, learn, and have fun doing it. A child can not progress or learn when the coach is yelling at the kids and telling the kids that they are terrible, and if they don't listen they will be kicked out. He is the only coach that acts like this and he does not care. He needs to find a new JOB!
