Enjoyed this studio very much. The 1st day Igor was really friendly, Chris did a great job teaching class. I enjoyed his spirit and message.

The 2nd day Deanna was subbing for Tymi byt she did a great job. 2 hours of awesome sweat and really enjoyed holding the poses. Great sequence for getting deep into the hips and hamstrings.

If you're in town you must visit!

Something for everyone. Calm loving kind community. Every teacher adds their mix of personality and spirituality depending on what you're looking for. Yoga Nidra is my favorite depending on your mood. Drop in classes also suit my schedule.

Mel was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed the class, which was by no means an easy level. Learnt new moves compared to what I do in Sydney, Aus, which was just what I wanted to do. I'd highly recommend trying Guruv Yoga when you're in Orlando. Loved the dynamic flow, the music and bright studio to do my practice, and my expressions, as yogi Mel referred to it, awesome!
