I rented out the facilities for a 2 hour birthday party and what was promised was not even close to what was delivered. We were shown to the ‘party room’ which smelled so strongly of chemical disinfectant that the children asked to go outside and wait in oppressive heat rather than the party room. We were unable to use the room for pizza or cake due to the overwhelming smell. Additionally 2 instructors were promised for 15 or fewer kids (there were 9 children) yet only one instructor was there. There was no interaction with the kids - including describing what equipment was off limits or any kid of safety briefing - until the last 20 min at which point she brought out a parachute and participated in games with the kids. This was the highlight. For $350 I would have expected that at least the services promised - a room to eat and 2 ‘instructors’ would have been provided. Management did not respond to my concerns. Do not have a birthday party here.

Our family has been part of this wonderful gymnastics school for 4 years! First, our eldest daughter started training, then our middle daughter joined two years later, and now, in December 2024, our youngest has begun her gymnastics journey. The children really enjoy the atmosphere, and the coaches always support and motivate them to grow. We can see their progress, which is the best proof of the quality of the training!

Our eldest daughter is now in the Excel team, and our middle daughter is in the Pre-Team. This shows how much effort and dedication the coaches put into helping children progress in gymnastics.

Of course, over the years, there have been some concerns, but the administration is always open to feedback and strives to improve the learning process. This is truly valuable!

Thank you to the school for giving our children the opportunity to develop in sports, become stronger, and gain confidence in themselves!

Sadly there’s not much positive about this place. The coaches are young and bored, completely checked out. 50% of the time, kids just sit and get numerous completely useless drink breaks. I tried to make an effort, tried different coaches but unless you get into a competitive team you’re just getting an expensive babysitter for an hour.
A place like this would never survive in a city like NY.

The two staff members we had for the birthday party were beyond kind and friendly BUT that is the only positive. This venue is absolutely FILTHY. Bathrooms are without toilet paper, soap, etc. It is VERY dark - dungeon like and barely a touch of air conditioning (our daughter’s Birthday cupcakes melted bc the room was so hot). Please note this complaint is not aimed in any way at the two, very young, staff members that helped with the party - they were helpful, kind and more, it is not their fault. The owners of this facility should be beyond embarrassed.

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because our first session was amazing. The last two sessions and supposed to be next session I have had few good experiences. The summer session was a disaster, between having a different instructor every week to allowing horrible behavior of the students (two girls were fighting over something, rolling around on the ground, pushing etc). This current session which just ended yesterday was better than the summer, but I got a call yesterday saying class was cancelled and I could have a credit for the class. Fine, whatever. Today I get a call about the next session that starts in two weeks, that I signed up for a few weeks ago is now cancelled because my child was the only one signed up for that class, understandable. But the part that sent me was that I was told I cannot have a refund for the class being cancelled on us… I was told I can have the money added to use in the future as a credit to come back. The options for other classes do not work with my schedule and I do not wish to come back in the future. Highly disappointed, my daughter really enjoyed her classes but the poor management is a huge no for me. Do better!!

I signed up my daughter here since progressive gymnastics didn't have open spaces, she loves it and enjoys doing the movements and her classmates, she is 5 1/2. I gave a 1 star review since a coach, pictured below, I watched her correct a gymnists form with her SHOE! pull on a girl's hair and arms to move her forward, constantly be verbally abusive and when I asked one of the girls if she was OK, do you like your coach, the girls responded shes tough on us since she wants us to do good. I was like WHAT! Not only does that teach these young girls to be ok with verbal abuse but that's not normal behavior from a person older than you and trying to teach. Not once did this coach give praise to these young girls. I am shocked she works there. Also the management is not friendly, noone told us our coach was on vacation when we got there so I asked the front desk and was greeted with unpleasant tone. It's an abhorrent place and I won't be renewing for next semester. The coaches are not friendly either overall. If you must have your child here, stay and protect your child from the mean coaches. If I see it again I'm getting the police involved.

Ailin is one of the strongest and most knowledgeable coaches we’ve ever had but more importantly, she has passion for what she does and puts her heart and soul into making a difference with her gymnasts. She is doing a really good job during the pre-competition season, keeping the girls motivated and creating a positive environment despite the challenges that come along in life. You won’t find anyone more invested in making the girls the best gymnasts they can be and in turn, also teaches them hard work ethic and the discipline to do so. The staff is friendly but that’s all good I can say . The place is absolutely disgustingly DIRTY! What do they do to clean it? The bathrooms stink. We all have the hurricane consequences. It’s understandable but having a huge bunch of dusty dirty black bags stocked for months in gym ? Really ? Having classes and birthday parties with open door/wall on the back so air con can’t cool the air , really ? The room for parties and karaoke were cleaned probably a year ago . I mean not like moving tables and throwing away pizza boxes but washing and dusting . Unsanitary everywhere.
Absolutely disappointing.

As for classes some instructors are good but most are some young girls who are super sweet but what do they do to tech gymnastics exactly ? It seems sometimes we pay for a play date there .

We decided to celebrate our daughter’s 6 birthday here. Unfortunately, we were highly disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, maintenance employees coming in and out through the party room, exposed electrical wires, missing ceiling tiles, mole all over the ceiling and the black fabric screwed into the walls which blocked all windows and made it feel like a dungeon. Although, we made our concerns known to the owner and manager and they were understanding, we don’t believe this is worth the price of $450. They refunded $50 back to us because of how we felt. I believe the condition of the facilitate should be explain in advance for any future party rentals or suggest to have a walk through before booking. As well as having pictures on the website.

My two year old and I love your tot and me class so much. It gives me an outside the box way to bond with my sweet boy while also doing something healthy for myself and instilling the importance of exercise in him as well, as well as some social interraction for both of us which has been an added blessing. We had our 8 year old's birthday party here and it was a blast. Very low stress for my spouse and I as we just had to show up 10 minutes early to set up and the staff handled the rest from directing our guests to the area to even making a list for us of who to write thank you notes for which gift (wasn't expecting that bonus). Our family showed up for a Friday Night open gym session and arrived about an hour after it started on the encouragement of our neighbors who attend regularly to beat the early rush. We ended up having so much fun watching the kids play and get their energy out on a rainy day. I liked how the seating allowed for us to clearly see all areas of the gym. They had a really great time and we will absolutely be going back and using Gymnastic World as our go-to on days we can't get outside as well as looking into classes after speaking with the staff about various classes available.

You don't find many FAMILY businesses that have survived as long as Gym World Naples has, and that alone speaks volumes. Gym World was my "home" as I grew up as a young coach in high school and college, and I now get the privilege of attending birthday parties and open gyms with my own kids now! If there is a number less than 1 to rate, I would rate it that. It was an awful experience! They run way too many lessons, and with that open gym is very chaotic, kids yelling and screaming, getting hurt and there is a various amount of things to worry about. One of them is how organized the gym is, when I first walked in, no organization. They need a better system. They need air conditioning, and the gym is very horribly ran. There is no sort of professionalism in there, some of the coaches are barely out of high school. If you wanted a decent gymnastics gym in Naples, Gym World is not recommended.

Our daughter was so excited to attend summer camp at Gymnastics World Naples. Unfortunately, on Day One, a bully in her class began to torment her and the other students, pulling chairs out from under children, stealing lunches and hitting the other children. Our daughter asked the instructor to intervene, but she refused to resolve, saying the bully had a learning disability so there was nothing they could do.

We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying – everyone should. Since the instructors were not going to provide adult supervision, we immediately contacted the owner to let her know we cannot attend the camp. She agreed and said that she also did not tolerate bullying, but she would not refund us or resolve the situation. Very unfortunate, and I know there have been other postings showing similar experiences where instructors do not provide good supervision and children end up getting injured by others, so this is not an isolated case.

If you expect to leave your children in a safe environment with trustworthy adult supervision, this is not the place, even if the gymnastics instruction is good.

PARENTS BEWARE! Dropped my two kids off on a Friday night so they can play, and I can go out to dinner with my husband. An hour later I get a text from my daughter that older boys did this (see pics) to my son’s leg and threw his face mask up on a dusty cabinet (see pics). I drop everything and drive there to understand what’s going on. The front desk person said she spoke to the boys, but could not answer why and how older boys were in the mix with little kids. She said she doesn’t usually work on Fridays (what???) and could not give me a reasonable explanation why there was no supervision and why they allow older boys (around 15 y/o or so) play in the same room with little kids.

This place is very poorly run.

This was our first and last time there. If you don’t want your kids to get hurt, stay away from this place.

This is such a great gym, I just had my child’s birthday party here and the staff was friendly and helpful! They interacted with my children and Maintained a high level of professionalism and safety! The staff treated my daughter like a princess while treating me and all parents with the utmost respect. All my expectations were not only met but exceeded! Communication was impeccable before, during and after my party. Best of all I never had to lift a finger, the instructors did everything from set up to clean up! We recently hosted our 3 year old’s birthday party at Gymnastics World and the kids had a great time! It’s a fantastic space for a large group- we had close to 30 kids. I don't usually write reviews; however, I had such a great experience with Gymnastic World Naples that I thought I'd provide some feedback. My cousin recently moved down to Naples from New Jersey a few months ago, and I was thinking of places to bring him so that he could make some friends and build confidence. After all, he was new to the area and didn't know anyone. I had previous knowledge about Gymnastic World through friends I knew in town, and I remembered that their children and friend's children enjoyed their open gyms on Fridays, as well as their summer camps, which have a lot to offer kids for a reasonable price. Therefore, I informed my Aunt, and after she brought him to one of their open gyms, she enrolled him in this military style obstacle course class called "The Gladiator Gymnastic Zone," which he absolutely fell in love with! Not only is he meeting so many new friends from this class, he is learning how to work with others, as well as thinking critically under stress; I can't emphasize how important this is for a growing child to learn at a young age, so that they can be successful in the classroom and in sports. Lastly, the staff and the owners are great and genuinely caring, which is refreshing. Some of these places you visit the staff can be bothered and merely just want to get the class sessions over with. The staff at Gym World Naples make you feel like family and go out of their way to give your child the best experience possible. Ultimately, every child is special to them and you aren't just a number; you feel like family. I strongly recommend that you give them a chance, you won't regret it. Thank you, Gymnastic World!

And you can tell they really care about their students and love working with kids.
I have watched all the coaches with the kids as I'm usually here while Kaitlyn does gymnastics
14 hrs/week and I've spent a lot of time talking to the parents as well, they all love bringing their kids here and their kids love coming !!
The owners Carol and Cory Mango are very involved and are such nice down to earth people 💚....as is their daughter Nicole (who is Kaitlyns coach)
It is a great sport and even though it's considered an individual sport the girls really bond together as a team. Most of the other moms have relayed their only complaint to me being the one I mention below.

There's only one thing lacking which is minor compared to the great training both the gymnasts and the cheerleaders get here. I wish that there was a friendlier more "genuine smile" to greet you at the front desk in the late afternoons/ evenings (from 4:30pm onward) There's basically no information given to new parents unless they ask for it, and there is a lack of a welcoming friendly feeling......I think this small adjustment in attitude would bring in a lot more kids and parents into the gym.
All in all I hope we will be able to attend Gym world of Naples for many, many years to come....it has truly become a second home to my daughter Kaitlyn

We love Gymnastics World!! My three girls belong to the gym and we couldn't be happier with the staff, owners and the coaches. We recently celebrated a birthday party there, and the two staff members did a great job entertaining all of the guests. Thank you Gymnastics World! I highly recommend this facility.

Not Happy!!! Careful with hidden policy!!! Lost a full session paid for in advance!!! When paying I alert them that I might be transfer for work to another state, never told me that if I pay they will NEVER refund the money!!! When I call to get a refund on session NEVER taken, after various calls I found out about that policy, no one ever call me back and lost the full session payed in advance!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
