My daughters were accepted into a pre team in appx September 2024 and committed to every lesson for a year. We traveled during the summer and received the call to sign up to continue starting August again when the school started. During the whole program I communicated with coach Irina multiple times, and past Thursday she announced that if we don’t commit to every summer in pre team, the girl will NEVER make it into the team. EXCUSE ME! Could anyone have told me a year ago or AT ANY point during the year that i have to commit to every summer in order to make the team, i would never sigh girls up knowing we always travel during hot months. PLUS mind you, it’s 300$+ per kid/month!!! YOU have wasted my time, money, my kids’ dedication!

Honestly this establishment is very old and outdated. If you’re looking for an organized and fun gymnastics experience for your kids this is not the place to go. The staff is all rude and don’t know the first thing about customer service. The owner never wants to speak with parents that have an issue or concern, and whenever she does she has a rude attitude and is unhelpful. I watched her speak to her staff and she is not nice at all. But most importantly this is not an Inclusive environment. If you are a person of color or have a disability you will most likely be discriminated against. They are overpriced for such an outdated facility you’re better off saving your money.

Gymnastics Plus really helped my girls to grow and develop since we signed up to this gym! The dedicated coaches have helped them grow tremendously, taking their skills to an impressive new level for the past year. The staff goes above and beyond to make every camp fun, engaging, and unforgettable for the kids. We’re so grateful for the passion and hard work Iryna and Halina put into every practice and competition event. Giving this business one star, here is why:
We joined GP in a fall 2024,by December my children were invited by coach Irina to hot shots and pre-team respectively based on their age. My girls committed to the practice and gave their best. We committed the money.
We usually travel over the summer so after the school is out we were traveling. No one ever from gymnastics plus communicated to us that we MUST train over the summer in pre-team. NEVER. I spoke to the coach Irina on weekly bases asking about progress and next steps. It was said that girls can continue pre-team next year. Time came to sign up for the next year and my children were not admitted under the pretext that they haven't made progress which was FALSE. Coach Irina smiled in my face every week and said that my kids are doing really well. The whole situation is disappointing especially for my girls who worked hard for six month. I do not recommend this place if you have children who are wheeling to commit. All this place sees it is $$$ because their ultimate goal is not to teach but to jam as many kids into expensive programs like their TEAM which is over $1000 a month.

My Daughter has been attending the gym for a year and I am extremely happy with the progression and growth she has had. I love the regiment of Gymnastics with physical fitness. Most importantly my daughter enjoys spending time with the instructors, coaches which is most important. Clean environment with great opportunities for kids.

My daughter has been going to Gymnastics Plus for about a year now, and we've been really happy with her progress. She's gained a lot of confidence and made some awesome new friends. She's becoming a cartwheel master, which is super exciting to see her progression grow! The classes focus on building skills, motivation, self-awareness, confidence, and much more.

The parent waiting area can get a bit crowded at times. Remember, this has nothing to do with management or staff. This area is also known as the parent area, meaning we are there but could still be working, on the phone, chatting with other parents or children. There are rules in place to help keep the noise down and to encourage respect for others. However, some parents don't seem to comprehend basic common sense and may create unnecessary drama due to their own actions. Can the area be overwhelming? Yes, but as a parent or guardian, you made the choice to be there and watch your child experience an important moment in their life. Be mindful of others! we are all there to support our children’s progress, not to hear a child crying excessively or deal with pets that may cause allergies or fear in others. Just leave your pet at home...not all children like animals.

I think this next part is what some are looking forward to reading, this is about the staff and management. Put yourself in their shoes: they are not just dealing with your child but many at once. Let’s face it... your child may be the wild one or the one having a moment. You know you wouldn’t be able to handle that plus more at the same time, so why be upset with the staff? These wonderful ladies help your little ones prosper and grow in ways you wouldn’t be able to. This is why we signed up for the classes.

Now, regarding upper management, I've dealt with all of them, from the owners to the managers. They have always been respectful, knowledgeable, and understanding. Remember, your vibe will reflect their vibe. I've had nothing but great communication with them. If my child cannot attend, I call out of respect to let them know, as they do ask for an email for tracking purposes. If my child can make up the class they missed, I call to see if there’s availability. This only works if parents notify them in advance, allowing them to manage class sizes. If the class is full, that’s fine. Again, you can’t be upset with that...would you like to be given an extra workload unexpectedly? Didn’t think so. You also want your child to receive the attention they deserve in class. Imagine your child not getting the proper attention because the class is overpacked...

Overall, I would highly recommend this fantastic gym to others!

We have been coming to gymnastics plus for years and it has been incredible for my daughter. Watching her progress her skills each week is amazing and the staff and coaches are the best. They are so supportive and encouraging and level up the kids when they’re ready. My daughter looks forward to her class and is always practicing what she’s learning at home. Can’t recommend this gym enough.

My daughter has been attending gymnastics plus for years. They pay very close attention to her in terms of what she’s capable of now and what they know she’s capable of in the near future. They hon in on her skills and maximize off it it. I send her there with every ounce of confidence that they treat her as if she is their own, And they do! Every single time. My daughter has friends from every race, gender, religion, and creed at gymnastics plus and being a part of this family is one of the best decisions I made for my daughter.

It is incredibly bad. The employees are very rude and not helpful at all. Since it is very crowded, not enough attention is paid to each student. When I went for registration, my dog ​​was on my lap and the employee literally kicked us out because his own dog was uncomfortable. I want to start off with the fact I’ve been going here for 3 years now. The girls that teach classes are for the most part kind and friendly. However, the management and owners are rude and do not respond when trying to register your kids after being there for several years. Owner doesn’t respond or call back. Extremely taken back by how rude!

The day registration opened I was in the lobby waiting for my daughters to finish their classes. I asked if I should register asap or could wait until tonight. I was told that I could send an email to register that night, which I did and then I had to send serval follow up’s and calls for them to say there’s no availability. Their process is outdated and ridiculous. They would not accommodate me in any way after being there for 3 years. I have had 2 birthday parties at this place and one more coming up. I followed their rules and guidelines.

I also asked numerous times for the owner to call me back. Never received a call or email back after numerous phone calls, 5 emails and 24 hours later. Was told she was in a meeting every time and would maybe get back to me!! What a joke! You have to take off work to go in and register or spend the day on the phone!!!

I am extremely disgusted by the management and how they could treat someone like that! Do not bother to send your kids! Try the other gymnastics places around! Probably less sitting around anyway.

One more thing to note is their makeup policy. They say to let them know you’re not able to attend a weekly class that you are paying for and that you can get into class another day as a makeup. Well, I’ve tried maybe 5 times over 3 years now and I have to argue to get in or they say nothing is available!! They don’t care that I’m (or anytime else) is paying approximately $40 a class and I also have two kids there. Such horrible customer service and management. It’s appalling. They wouldn’t get customers anywhere else in the country but because it’s over populated here people have no choice and it’s it sad.

I decided to make this review because I believe this School is worth it. My daughter started 2 years ago as a beginner student when I moved to Boca Raton, I think she has learned a lot even though she stopped going to classes for several months, when she came back to classes, she did a couple more months as a beginner and now she is on intermediate level. Besides she has really learned, I think the teachers are very good! My daughter enjoys going to her Gymnastics classes. And I really feel she works out hard on her classes. I also recommend this school because the owners are really understanding in many ways. They are always willing to listen and to understand a problem that a parent could be dealing with. I am very happy I took the decision to enroll my daughter at Gymnastic Plus. I also recommend the Parents Night Out they have every 2 weeks on Friday's Nights. Children stay in a safe environment, they do Gymnastics, play around, make friends, and also, they offer pizza, etc. for the parent's convenience.

The most atrocious experience for my daughters birthday. The “ supervisor” had zero etiquette, was beyond rude from even before the party started. Seemed to have been doing me a favor for me paying money for the party. I never got treated in such a disrespectful manner before. It was actually astoundingly terrible. Will not be coming back, and I am certain the 24 children with their parents at our party will not be either. It’s a shame in this day and age to have teenagers- who run the weekend birthday ruin a place for the owners.

For all parents with 3 and 4 years old , pls be advised that at this place the coaches let small kids to go to restroom unattended, so that you should stay the whole session inside of lobby to watch your kid.
To my question to ownership I was answered that she is short on people to help kids with that.
Too sad ,since if kids are allowed out by themselves they can go outside of the building easily…

Lots of nice activities lead by instructors girls in a big room for children to play. All staff very friendly and neat place, all help you need to set the tables and put decorations,after party they pick up and clean everything. Fun assured, highly recommended !

Been going here for a couple months now. My 2 year old loves her class, she looks forward to it all week. Her teacher Julia is awesome with the kids and does a great job, and all the other teachers that assist in the class are amazing as well. I will hopefully be bringing her here for years to come

Don’t waste your time or money. My daughter has been attending for two years. We have run into many issues that we call about. We are told we will get a call back and it never happens. They don’t communicate anything including and it seems like no one can give you a straight answer. It’s always “I’ll have to check with so and so they will call you back” and surprise surprise...no calls back.

Our kids have absolutely loved going to Gymnastics Plus for both "camp" when school is closed and also "parents night out." So much so they actually ask us if they can go! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars for two reasons -- camp pricing is actually pretty high compared to other similar programs that are offered at their karate place and also at Lifetime, and then on top of that they charge for lunch. Not a huge deal, but hence the rating of 4 versus 5 stars.

My son had a very disappointing experience with camp. He stated the head counselor yelled at them throughout, had all children participate in a talent show and counselor clapped for every act but theirs. Then when time to switch counsellors the lady said. , the boys are yours now! Not the environment I was expecting

Both my girls love it here. We've done classes, open gym and had a birthday party here. The party was the easiest thing we have ever done! Great! And for classes, Coach Kim is the best! Dedicates time and attention to each student at their level.

Cancelled 2 weeks ago and was told ok. Got charged 92 for another month 2 days ago. Called and was told we have to email and it will cancel next month. Told them I already cancelled. They said they do not have a refund policy and would offer in house credit. What a joke had to file charge back with bank. Stay away
