If I live to be 120 and I can only do 1 exercise, it would be gyrotonic. It all began at Gyrotonic Jupiter and Pilates! It elongated my spine and decompressed my discs and I believe the stenosis I had is on its way OUT!!

My life has not been the same since I have been going to Gyrotonic classes. My back pain is gone! I'm stronger and more flexible. Pam and all of her instructors are professional and provide specialized attention to each student to ensure proper form and technique to maximize the benefit of the workout. The studio is clean and fully equipped for Gyro and Pilates. And, the new BioCharger helps me feel renewed and energized!

I feel like everyone can benefit from class or personal instruction in Gyrotonic or Pilates here. The teachers really know what they're doing and individualize your lesson based on your needs and goals. I also recommend trying the new BioCharger! This space age looking machine left me with hours, maybe even days of sharpness and clarity, so worth it.
