I love this after school program, they really treat your child like a part of the family as they say. My only problem is the gymnastics class, my child tells me that she doesn't learn anything from the class about real gymnastics or has fun in there, she also tells me that the teacher is exhausting to deal with. I don't know what they do in that class but I hope they get this problem fixed because I am paying for my child to learn about gymnastics and karate

Recomiendo este lugar 100%, primero porque abren y te cuidan a tus hijos cuando la escuela está cerrada por holidays, eso da un alivio ya que si trabajas esos días estarás tranquilo porque te cuidan a tu hijo. Además el sr Diego y su esposa junto con todo el personal es muy amable y te ayudan mucho. Además el hecho que tu hijo tenga gimnasia y karate en la semana durante el afterschool es excelente para que aprendan otra destreza.

Sensei Diego and he’s staff they are very good. My son loved it. He’s start been in Summer Camp since he had 6 years old he enjoyed a lot playing and having a lot of fun. They have a lot of activities . I recommend the summer camp for kids

Mala experiencia con el dueño de este establecimiento. Me hicieron un cobro sin el niño asistir al centro, por un supuesto contrato que firmé. Pague el cupo, me cobraron una semana $129 y para descargar el contrato me cobró otro cargo de $70 porque la cuota original de las semanas son $199. Usted tiene un negocio redondo‼️😡

Respuesta: Déjeme informarle que no fue que no entendí, es que ustedes no le conviene explicar el dichoso contrato para que el cliente caiga en estos ganchos. Usted habló de la promoción, eso es verdad, pero nunca dijo que si el niño no asiste la semana completa, se la cobrarían muy normal. A eso es que me refiero. Por supuesto, usted me dejó muy claro que es un negocio y muy lucrativo por cierto, que la base y la naturaleza del mismo es “atender niños”

Well this is a review in the making for 2 years now. Is been overdue but what i will say is based on that span of time. When we arrived to Florida was very hard to trust the after school care of our little daughter giving the fact that she has special needs. The day we enroll Diego personally show us the location and the process to pick up our little one. Thru the times he has faced staff shortage and many other challenges but they have not compromised kids safety or disrupting parents work schedule ever. The safety is taken seriously here, example: i have seen New staff that sees me for the first time and i ask for my little girl, they make sure to ask her if she recognizes me before they would allow release. My little one is very cautious on who she trust and she feels safe here till we pick her up, regardless if she needs to wait 30min or 3 hours before we pick her up. Did i mentioned is a after school program?, yes they also pick her up at school for FREE! As of now there has not been a single time they have failed at this, folks we are talking about 2 years of never failing, you guys have an idea all that could go wrong and they always ensure everything is good, that is a peace of mind you will not find anywhere else. Wrapping this review i want to mention how grateful we are to have find them, they make you feel like you are part of a bigger family!

I went to sign up my child. I was sitting in a dark empty lobby for about 20 min before someone told me I had to speak to Diego and he wasn't there. I went back the next day to find the doors locked. I went to the back door and saw them unloading van after van of multiple children from different schools around the area. They told me Diego wasn't there and they didn't know where he was. The staff members looked confused. I waited on the side of the building for more than an hour with my child waiting on Diego. I was never offered to go in. I tried to look through the windows but curtains and tint made it hard to see what was going on inside. Parents were picking up there kids one by one while I waited. It seems the owner is making alot of money off picking up kids from school and using "karate" theme for money.., but really only a daycare. From what I saw They bit off more than they can chew with so many kids and cant handle it. After waiting outside in the heat for over an hour the staff member told me he was down the road with one of his Vans and "probably wont be in a good mood to talk".. I drove down there to talk to him but he was rude. I'm sure he dont care about 1 customer when hes making so much money off of these other 100 kids.. I told him nevermind. He told me "if you dont have time I'm sorry"... I waited outside in the heat for that. It seems like hes the one that dont have time for his daycare since hes down the road on the side of the street.

Muy recomendable, mis nietos asisten a esta escuela donde se les da un trato excelente con mucho respeto y disciplina se divierten en las clases porque el profesor es muy profesional y los enseña con juegos muy propios. Los niños quieren pasar más tiempo y tomar más actividades en la escuela.
