This is an all around amazing academy for martial arts training. All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and all train professionally, so their application and instructions come from combined years of experience. Henri hooft is a world class owner and coach, and no matter how novice you are, he knows every student there. I want to give special recognition to coaches Steve, Keemaan, Marques, and Foz. They all helped me with my weaknesses, physically and mentally for everything they saw me doing that wasn't beneficial. The members are very respectful, which I know can intimidate beginners from ever getting started. Even sparring days, which seemed daunting at the beginning, ended with everyone going over the rounds, and put everything you trained to the test. But nobody in here had a chip on their shoulder, and were all improving as a family. And that's what this place became, a family to me. I have recently moved out of state, and had to cancel, but it was the highlight of my day to be able to train here and learn so much. Would highly, highly recommend this to anyone of any level of training to visit, take a class and inevitably join because of the whole vibe. Extremely grateful for my time here. Oss!
