My name is Jacqueline, and today I had a session with Tony, that was exactly what I needed. Dare I say life changing? It was amazing. I had been experiencing lots of hardships, as I forgot I am. He helped me find my voice, he helped me go deeper, when I was barely scratching the surface. Help me show up for myself in all the ways I need. The play ended, and a new play has begin where my narrative, has changed from caring about others, and a mind Fram of people pleasing, into a new chapter where I say more YES! to MYSELF. Very grateful for his time, and his expertise, his kindness, MINDFULNESS. He broke down what being "present" means and put things into such different perspectives. Again, definitely life changing and I look forward for what's to come. Every door that closes, makes room for new ones to open, and nothing happens to us but FOR us. Grateful for him, and his time, can't event state that enough. Recommend, recommend, RECOMMEND.

At first, I was enthusiastic about attending yoga classes at a studio to help my physical health, particularly with my back injury. I informed Tony before the session, but he didn't provide guidance to adjust yoga poses based on my needs. I should‘ve taken this as a red flag, but I chose to disregard it. I quickly realized that Tony was not accepting of the LGBTQ community when he made a strange comment that made me and my partner feel uncomfortable during the session we attended together.
To my knowledge, flow yoga should have a steady pace, but the actual demonstration was different from my expectation in this space.
I noticed that the class was geared towards advanced practitioners, which made it challenging for me, as a beginner, to keep up even though I've only attended all levels sessions.
Yoga is meant to be a calming and inclusive practice for all. However, my experience with Tony was far from welcoming. During sessions, I felt that Tony was often passive-aggressive towards me, as I attempted to learn and perfect different yoga poses. Despite this, I continued to attend his classes, hoping to make the most of my monthly membership. Unfortunately, Tony's negative attitude continued to persist and made the experience uneasy for me. As a result, I stopped going altogether. I‘ve noticed that only a few people attend his classes, and now I understand the reason. Overall, I feel that my investment in his classes was not worth it.

I am so grateful to have found a local Yoga 🧘♂️ Studio in our town 2+ months ago. The owner, Tony Tamburello, is a great facilitator who has helped me progress in my practice as I approach my 51st birthday with positive results in my flexibility, focus, stability and strength. Definitely recommend anyone interested in establishing a routine that honors their mind, body and spirit in this welcoming space. 🙏😌

My husband and i absolutely going to Om-stead. The atmosphere is calming, peaceful, and welcoming. I appreciate the instructor, Tony, who is committed to teaching individuals to improve their practice at their own pace rather than forcing you to do things that may not come naturally to beginners like us. It has been great to find a place to learn yoga that has such devotion to help people initiate their journey to a more stress-free and healthy lifestyle.

I will give 5 stars because I have no reason to rate anything less until I actually start using the services. I did want to ask Tony for some clarification. One of you guests gave you an awful review. He accused you of several disturbing things, but the one that I'd like clarification on is Licensing. Are you in fact licensed and if so what is the license number and full name? 🤔 This is the only thing that is keeping me from giving it a try. Thank you so much.

Went seeking help came out with more problems, I brought my girlfriend here and upon arrival I felt immediately unwelcome. Tony asked me to drop off my girl friend and come back but my girl had to insist she wanted me to stay so upon staying we moved on with the “massage therapy”. Tony set up his table in the center of all the camera’s inside (lights off) and had myself and himself leave the room to give my girl “privacy” to change. Now we don’t know if he has topless footage on the CCTV cams because he kept the bathroom door locked and specifically has the table set up so that all camera’s focused on where she was changing. He seemed uncomfortable during the session that I was watching and had me move over like I was interrupting when all I did was just watch from about 8ft away so I had to watch from a further distance now. Suction cups were used to bring circulation to the back and were pumped well above the suggestion line and left bruising on her back for a week. He did not focus on the area’s my girl specifically pointed out had the most pain and he used wooden tools to apply pressure that did not look like he knew the technique for. My girl ended up bruised and in much worse condition than before she had to suffer days of no sleep because she couldnt even lay down without pain surging through her nerves.🚩 I’ve done some research on Tony and cannot find any proof of a license under his full first and last name to practice massage therapy anywhere! 🚩 On top of not having a true private room to undress and not disclosing that he would have her undress in front of camera’s. Seriously pushing to have me, her boyfriend, drop her off so he could be alone with her & worsening her back. I’ve spoken with my lawyers already and there’s nothing I can do about him having her undress in front of camera’s and she’s going to the hospital to see whats wrong with her back after the massive increase in pain after visiting this place. I wouldn’t recommend this to place to my worst enemy and he speaks to a stone for guidance and the stone tells you to spend your money with one of his other “spiritual” friends its cliche and the energy is way off. Do NOT go to an unlicensed massage therapist who withholds whatever information he doesn't want to tell you. You will end up with more problems.

The place is super beautiful, but the young lady that gave the class today was not very good teacher like. It was like a robot was giving the class .I was so Dizzie and step out of the class to the waiting area she never minded to see if I was ok and she got up and completely oblivious. ( the waiting area and the class is divided by a tiny piece of shoe stand ) This is the second time we come here giving this place a second chance after a year ,but we just wasted our money, the class was suppose to be for beginners all leves and it was not super fast super odd , machine like. I was nice enough to wait till the class ended to pay for this terrible class. I wanted to rush out and never come back.

I really enjoyed the session. I expressed I had just moved here and was very excited however upon the end of our session, everyone was staring at me and the instructor pulled me aside and told me not to return until I "don't smell like smoke" because it gives him a headache, which I respectfully understand
I felt really embarrassed. My new roommates are smokers and I came to yoga to practice, I thought I had "aired out" enough apparently not because everyone including the instructor was staring me down after the session. I understand where they are coming from just wish went about it a different way. Now I don't feel welcome back and it is a lovely studio.

This place is a vibe!! From the moment you walk in you can feel the warm energy and purified air from all the plants around the studio. They have down-to-earth instructors who teach you about positions and make sure you are doing them properly without hurting yourself. My husband(31) and I(23) have been coming to the studio for about 3 months now and we love it. Sometimes after work we're too tired to go but we force ourselves because after every class, we're always glad we went and we leave the studio feeling energized and confident.

Omstead yoga studio is the best. Aside from being a very welcoming environment, Tony is a great teacher. I had the best assisted bodywork done here the other day and I recommend it to anyone who might be considering doing a session. All around good experience with genuine people :)

It has been almost 2 years since I have done or taught yoga. I went online looking for a yoga studio near me and stumbled across "Om-Stead Yoga", I was intrigued by the name/spelling and so I ventured to the website. I was amazed from the website's content, ease of access, and level of expertise of the Owner/Instructor. I have been dealing with womb challenges (stagnation) and was looking for someone specializing in Thai yoga and/or Mayan Abdominal massages. I decided to call and left a message. Within minutes, I get a call back from Tony who was very polite, courteous, and intrigued by my presenting concerns. I attended a Restorative yoga class the next day and afterwards had a scheduled Thai/Bodywork session. I have no words to express what I've experienced. Tony is a TRUE healer. He has managed to move some of the stagnating energy from my spine, neck, and womb. I was in tears not from pain, but from the release of emotional pain and blockages. I received many massages over the years and have never felt the way I did. Since the session, people see and hear the shift in me. I feel lighter and honestly hopeful. As Tony states "what he does is not massage it's Energy work" and I must say that is true. He is in tune and allows you to move at your pace and to position yourself in the manner your body tells you to. Unlike some practitioners who dictate how you should move, bend, stretch, etc. "Listen to your body for what it needs, he says". So true, in life we forget to listen to our bodies and therefore neglect it. I am so happy, I made the call and booked my appointment. I have found a new Yoga home and an Honest Energy Healer I can trust. Book a session, you will surely not be disappointed :)

I can't say enough amazing things about this yoga center. From day one the owner and yoga instructor Tony was nothing but accepting, funny, and kind. The studio itself is SO inviting, just the energy alone makes you want to stay and take more classes. Tony creates a truly accepting environment. Omstead yoga center is like my home away from home where I get re-center my mind and recharge my batteries.
After almost a year there, I overheard Tony mention the Vedic Thai Bodywork. Finally, I decided to give it a try. The experience I had is difficult to put into words, I felt as if I was transported to another life. Smells, sounds, feelings... it was all so real. Tony worked my body into ways that just let out so much that my mind and body were holding onto. I look forward to having another session with him soon!
If you're looking for a great yoga experience, if you need a place to re-center yourself with all the craziness happening in the world today, seriously look no further! Omstead yoga is the best investment I've made, and will continue to make, for my own physical and mental health.

I didn’t know exactly what to expect of the Vedic Thai Assisted Yoga Session that i was going to have with Tony Tamburello. I am a personal trainer and workout a lot, I’m prepping for a fitness competition so I know my body needed some recovery time, so I was very excited to just relax and give my body what it needed. When i first laid down I was still thinking about what I needed to do when I left there, all the things I needed to get done and it didn’t take long at all to relax my mind and be in the moment. There was stretching, he put pressure on different places and when he released my whole body felt at such ease. It’s nothing like a massage, the way I left was amazing physically and spiritually. Towards the end of the session there was a point that I felt I chose where I wanted to be and took my mind to that place, I was in complete control. I want to thank Tony for this amazing experience. I will definitely be going back for more sessions on my recovery days. You have one body, and to me it’s so important to take care of it in all aspects. Would recommend this session 100%

What an experience! I met Tony (owner) at the gym and we chatted about our points of view on healing and exercising/movement. As someone who works in physical therapy I have a holistic yet wester view on the subject, which contrasts with Tony’s Eastern approach. After a yoga session directed by him I could tell that our conversation was the two faces of the same coin. We might speak in different terms but we were saying the same things. It was the most relaxing thing I had ever done (and I like getting massages, yoga at the park, meditation, etc...) until I experienced a bodywork session with Tony. Just WOW! Absolutely worth the money! He also uses 100% organic essential oils with different purposes that enhanced the session to another level.

My experience at Omstead has been a very friendly one. It never feels competitive or pushy, just peaceful, friendly and always welcoming. I can't be upside down for now and instead of being called out or forced, I'm given a different pose or left to sit and breathe peacefully. Teachers, owner and other students are kind and funny or silent. All there to exercise and leave feeling better.

I may be just a little bit biased because I'm a teacher here... but Om-stead is amazing. Everyone is always so welcoming and kind. This place is so much more than a yoga studio, it's a community! The energy here is like no other. You can truly feel the happiness and peace when you walk in. They have everything you could ever need for your yoga practice such as blocks, bolsters, straps, eye pillows, essential oils, etc. They offer many different class times and the prices are affordable. The classes are very beginner friendly and you have a variety of teachers to choose from. I can only say great things about Tony (the owner) and Om-stead.

I had no expectations of the Vedic Thai Assisted Yoga Session that I was about to have with yogi Tony Tamburello. I came with an open mind and was excited and curious at the same time. As I lay down on the "magic carpet", I closed my eyes and listened intently to the zen music he had on; trying to relax. He laid his hands on my abdomen and immediately I felt safe and comforted. Then came the stretching, twisting, breathing, pulling. 20 minutes passed and I was finally to relaxed. Once I relaxed, the energy I felt was profound. I will try to explain and put it into words the best way I can. Euphoric. Weightless, but grounded. Swaying like the waves. Dancing with a partner completely in sync; we were one. Feather-like. My body felt so loose, like I had no joints, no muscle attached to bone; I wasn't physical, I was just "energy". I can't thank Tony enough for this magical experience. I will definitely come back for more sessions. You have an entrancing touch. My whole being was ecstatic! Namaste.

I'm not a big yoga person in fact I've never done yoga before so I thought I would try it. With the fear of not knowing what I was doing that fear quickly went away at Om-stead yoga. Tony was the instructor and he was beyond amazing. He made me feel comfortable and helped me every step of the way through the entire class. The studio is clean and so inviting. I really felt like I was at home. The class itself had so many different aspects to it, it was challenging , fun and relaxing all at the same time . I live in homestead so the location is perfect. I'm definitely going to take more classes here. Thank you again for the amazing and wonderful expiernece

If you have ANY physical limitations *at all* - stay away. I have a diagnosed connective tissue disorder and had successfully practiced yoga on and off for many years with no problems. This all changed several months ago during a class I attended at Omstead. I alerted the teacher prior to the class as to how my body works. (I had also informed the owner of my condition as well, to which he said I didn't have a connective tissue disorder/they don't exist. THAT should have been a red flag.) Anyway, about halfway into the class, and without my permission, the teacher proceeded to push on my lower back during a downward dog pose which resulted in severe, immediate pain, time off work, an MRI, visits to a pain clinic, and a naturopath. Due to this injury, I've spent hundreds of dollars on out-of-pocket medical expenses and incurred an unbelievable amount of pain. It's been over eight months since the injury and I'm still feeling the effects. My doctor has since banned me from ever doing yoga again.
Note: It takes a LOT for me to write a negative review, and in fact, I wouldn't have written this one had the owner agreed to refund my original $80 (for the 10 class pass). I contacted the studio a few months ago in hopes of reaching a resolution but never received a response.

My girlfriend and i attended our first session at om-stead yoga earlier tonight. Wow, What a great experience. I found myself in a fun, lighthearted, warm and welcoming environment. Which is important to me seeing as it was my first yoga class EVER. There is no pressure to catch up to the class, you can go at whatever pace feels comfortable for you. I left feeling as if i had 10 pounds lifted off of my shoulders, relaxed and clear minded.
