I've been doing CrossFit for over 12 years and have been to many gyms. The community is amazing and love to help you grow. Coach Mark and Autumn are some of the best at making sure you have the right tools to become healthier, stronger, and fitter. Great programming will challenge the highest caliber of athletes, but can also be scaled down effectively for a first timer. Give it a try you wont regret it!

There is nothing like being trained by Autumn and Mark. Their dedication to your fitness is personal. In the last six months I have completed more physically and mentally than I ever could have imagined. They work hard to formulate workouts and train at everyone’s abilities. When I needed to scale down a workout, there was no hesitation. But don’t worry, they push you to be your very best self. Within the gym, I have found a community of people that uplift each other, there is no judgement, and lots of encouragement. I have found multiple new friends and enjoy coming to the gym more than I ever had in the past. The best part is seeing Mark and Autumn recognize their members’ potential and use it to encourage their growth within the fitness community. Becoming a member is not something you’ll regret!

When it comes to pride of ownership, nothing could be more true for Mark & Autumn when it comes to CrossFit Effort. There is no question that they truly care about the growth of each individual, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. From high schoolers to members in their 70s+, there are always modifications provided for every level athlete. Im so stoked to have found this gym and definitely recommend it to anyone considering a change in their workout routine.

Best gym I’ve ever been a part of! This is a true community of people dedicated to improvement through hard work - everyone puts in 100% effort. Autumn and Mark build us up and give us the knowledge, tools, and motivation to keep everyone focused and driven. I just joined at New Years, and I haven’t missed a session! They post the workouts daily, so even if you’re out of town you can do modified versions wherever you are.

The quality of the coaching here is unmatched. Mark and Autumn are extremely knowledgeable about CrossFit and strive for the success of ALL of their members. H.E.A.T. is the perfect place for those who are serious about increasing their level of physical fitness in an extremely inviting and non-judgemental community. Since I started training under Mark and Autumn a little under a year ago, all of my lifts have increased by at least 30#s and I have seen vast improvements in my lifting technique and my fitness as a whole.
