HILI Fitness is absolutely one of my favorite workout spots! The classes are fun, challenging, and leave you feeling so accomplished. The instructors are fantastic! Energy immaculate. They motivate you the whole way through, and gently correct your form so you get the most out of each move without ever feeling discouraged. The studio is clean & welcoming. I love the dim vibe with the neon lights.

If you’re looking for a place that pushes you while still being super supportive, this is it. Highly recommend!

I've never taken a hot pilates class before, so when I took Leanne's class, I thought I was gonna die, but she has such a calming voice that made me think I was about to take a yoga class -- 'til she told me to keep holding my squat, of course. She's got such an energetic vibe, and honestly, knowing she's got a background in healthcare made me feel confident pushing myself because she wouldn't let me die, making sure we're all hydrating and focusing on our own capabilities, not trying to match any "standards." Plus the lavender scented ice-soaked towels she brought were heaven-sent for post-workout. Highly recommend!

As a gym enthusiast for the past two years, I was excited to try Leanne C’s Pilates class. I knew right away I had to sign up for a second session and even that didn't disappoint! Rewind, it was my first time at HILI, so I was a bit nervous in the new environment, but Leanne instantly put me at ease by personally introducing herself and learning everyone’s names. Not to single anyone out, but to warmly welcome us all, which created a really friendly vibe.

Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she was an incredible motivator, keeping the energy high and the class encouraged throughout. She even described some modifications for certain exercises which I love to see. I especially appreciated how she participated in the exercises alongside us, all while checking in on everyone’s wellbeing.

A thoughtful touch that stood out was at the end when she handed out scented towelettes for us to cool down and relax with—such a kind gesture! Leanne truly sets the bar for both expertise and warmth in an instructor. I can’t wait to take her class again!

HiLi Fitness is my new favorite obsession! I was going to the College Park location for a little over a year and now that SoDo is open, I’ve switched over to this studio and it’s gorgeous!

I was absolutely terrible when I first started, and while I’m still not the best at it, I have definitely noticed a ton of improvement of the years! I also have bad knees and had almost daily pain in them for 4 years and it has basically been non-existent now, which is amazing and was able to get back into my bowling leagues, which I had to quit because of my knees.

This Pilates uses an X-Former machine for a high intensity, low impact workout! It’s all about the form and not how many reps you can get in. The slower you move, the worse the burn!

Every class is different, and even after a couple years, there are still new moves that pop up! These classes workout everything from your legs, glutes, core, arms, etc.

All of the instructors that I’ve are absolutely fantastic! They’re encouraging, great at explaining the moves, and extremely helpful if you’re having any difficulty. I’ve definitely had my fair share of not being able to do a move or feeling unsteady and they don’t hesitate to come over and help or offer modifications.

Check out a class from Vitoria, Lisa, Kendall, or Chelsea! They’re all fantastic, but those are my go-to’s for a fantastic workout!

I want to start by saying this is not about the individual trainers — it’s more reflective of the overall style of exercise across all Hili locations. Aside from Martha, I’ve never taken what I would actually consider a Pilates class here. Whether “modern” or “contemporary,” Pilates simply isn’t what’s being offered.

Hili’s classes are 100% bootcamp-gym style. You won’t find a single one of the 34 original Joseph Pilates mat exercises added into the programming. If you like exercising in a heated room, you’ll enjoy that element, but the classes themselves are mostly filled with instructors doing the moves alongside you rather than actively instructing, cueing, or offering hands-on/verbal corrections.

There’s no Roll Up, no Rolling Like a Ball — two of the most fundamental Pilates exercises. Instead, classes are stacked with deadlifts, squats, and even “not losing momentum sit-ups.” If that’s your preferred workout style, you may love it here. But if you’re looking for a brand that even lightly integrates classical Pilates into a contemporary approach, I’d recommend finding a studio with certified instructors who have completed at least 65 hours of standard mat training or 450 hours of comprehensive training.

Without that foundation, studios like this risk client injuries over time because there’s no true Pilates technique or safe progressions being taught.

Life’s been kicking my ass lately, so I went to Hili Fitness to kick back—and wow, did it deliver. The music is loud, the energy is solid and positive, and there’s no time to overthink or doubt yourself. You’re too busy sweating, struggling, and somehow surviving.

I came in literally having an anxiety attack because I didn’t have the required grip socks—and I didn’t have $22 to buy a pair from them. No one asked me to leave this review, but I’ll never forget how kind they were. They immediately calmed me down, handed me a spare pair, and told me, “You’re okay. Just release it all during the workout.” And I did. No this isn’t my first time at Hili, but this is the first time I came in freaking out, and when they came through for me when I really needed a win, it meant the world to me.

And let’s address the elephant in the room: the marketing is full of flawless 22-year-olds with six-packs. Meanwhile, I’m 220 pounds, rocking my leggings and trying not to pass out. And guess what? Nobody cares. Literally everyone is too busy trying not to collapse to judge you. The instructors are there to help—not hover—and you get support without that awkward personal trainer energy.

You’ll leave red-faced, drenched, sore and maybe a little shaky—but also stronger, lighter, and proud. It’s go-go-go from the jump, so there’s no time to talk yourself out of it—or even think. In just 45 minutes, you walk out feeling like an unstoppable badass who just wrestled her stress to the ground.
It’s not just a workout, it’s a full-on emotional reset.
Highly recommend if you want to shut up your inner critic and feel like a total badass.

I LOVE the hot mat Pilates classes. If I’m not mistaken it’s HILI is one of the only if not the only studio group that has mat Pilates in the Orlando area. I like this studio the most out of the others since it’s closer to me and usually not as packed.

I’ve been consistently going every week for about 1.5 months and I’m obsessed. I’ve taken class with both Jacy and Poli. They’re amazing. Jacys early Saturday classes hit so good.

I’ve been on my fitness journey for almost a year and I don’t think I look like the typical girl you might expect to see in here but I love that Hili and the instructors are super welcoming of that! Always offering and *encouraging* modifications. That’s super important to me in any studio I go since I think exercise should be accessible to everyone.
I think that’s also why I personally prefer the mat over the reformer since it’s a little more accessible sometimes. If I want to, I can just go body weight :)

Polis training and experience shines through in every class I’ve taken with her and above all you can see she super passionate about this form of exercise and it’s foundations. Thank you so much Poli for always challenging us and sharing a piece of your knowledge with us in every class.

The best part about the mat classes(and the reformer too) is that overall they’re fun! It’s so challenging in a way that I find myself laughing throughout the class because of it. Def recommend HILI.
