I started going to HitSquad for my personal fitness and to support a family that I admire and love - but boy was I surprised! HitSquad is NOT "just" a gym - it is truly an environment of excellence. It doesn't matter what YOUR goals are they have a program, trainer, or coach to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

Another reason HSE isn't "just" a gym - is because they don't say indoors! My daughter jumped at the chance to play Flag Football with HSE this summer - and we have ZERO regrets. The flag program is exactly what our area needs for girls to develop as athletes and pursue goals and dreams.

I am grateful for the Ricks family, their awesome staff, and the entire WORLD they are building for OUR community. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

OH - and - not only are they out here supporting our athletes at local schools - THEY HAVE AN ENTIRE HOME SCHOOL PROGRAM, and spin, and mommy work outs, and cheer conditioning, and and and!!!!!!

We love hit squad. We go for strength and conditioning for our 8 year old. The progress he has made is unbelievable. My son (12yo) recently started here for strength training to prepare for middle school football. We couldn't be happier with the staff (shout out Steph!) And Coach Matt is great with these kids! HitSquad - where friends and staff become family! Both my daughter and little one come here for their workouts and never leave complaining because in the process, they have so much fun! Both of my middle school children attend HSE 3 days a week, one for S&C and one for the Cheer program. I NEVER have to force them to go. Actually, one time I threatened to not bring them as a punishment and they were not amused! You see on top of gaining strength, agility and mobility, they’ve found a place that’s a home away from home. The Coaches truly care about them as people and share in their excitement with every milestone both in the gym and outside. It’s very rare to find a place where you can be yourself and grow without judgement. The vibe is something that can’t be described, truly iykyk! We love our HSE family and are so thankful for the positive role models for our children!

Our boys joined Hitsquad elite a little over two weeks ago. We are absolutely loving it! The youth strength and conditioning class is amazing. The kids are learning proper form & really pushing their bodies! They also take wrestling at Hitsquad and Coach Bub is incredible with the kids- he's firm, encouraging, knowledgable and great with the kids! We have watched both our kids transform over the last 2 weeks. Our oldest is 10 & a basketball player- he has noticed over the last week he has felt stronger, more able to keep up with older/faster kids and had the best game of his short rec career today! We think Hitsquad played a big part of this! We can not say enough! Steph is also AMAZING! She has walked us through the step up scholarship process and has been incredibly helpful! If you are thinking about joining- do it!

We take our son to HSE for middle school football weightlifting classes. The HSE app is so easy to use and booking and availability is a breeze. The equipment is high end for a gym and you can tell that the attention to detail is the buildout was focused on being an elite facility . The instructors are amazing and teach the proper technical lifting methods to develop my son. His strength and agility has increased since attending the training. I highly recommend this gym.

Hit Squad Elite is the real deal and has been awesome for my daughter Peyton. She joined there as a first time weight lifter and we have seen her gain so much confidence in just a couple of months. Having known the Ricks Family for years has been a pleasure. A true family environment that cares about the people and the community. I love the energy here. I have the privilege of knowing Melissa & see her growth everyday & how she continues to empower her tribe & more. I went to a booty circuit one Saturday (I live an hour away unfortunately) and I was so impressed by everything & felt like I was at home with my people.i also couldn’t sit down for 5 days lol I never felt intimidated or like I was doing things wrong bc he was right there to keep us all straight with our routine.
