Isn’t this place permanently closed? Was a decent studio…

I tried this studio a few years ago and, although it is a beautiful space, I was not a fan. I felt like the class didn't match the description on their website. It felt like someone brand new to yoga put together their first class to teach. I really wanted this studio to work out because it's way closer to my house. Since it had been a few years, I thought maybe it had improved. Sadly, it has not. The class description did not match the actual class, yet again. The description said, "intermediate level and will be introduced to some advanced level poses." Unfortunately, it was one of the most beginner classes I've ever taken. The only standing we even did was mountain pose and for a class that is called, "flow" there wasn't any. It was very frustrating and disappointing. And after taking it the second time I realized it was the same instructor as the previous class years ago.

After the class I got a text to my phone asking what I would rate the studio/class and why. I sent the above review (which I had not posted anywhere else yet). After doing so, the owner, Kelly, emailed me a defensive, unprofessional email and accused me of “just being mean”. Had it not been for the way that she spoke to me, I would have only given the honest feedback/constructive criticism to whatever text I received asking for a review. I should have taken the reviews that specifically mentioned her on Yelp more seriously. I definitely won’t be recommending this class/studio. Yoga is supposed to be a loving practice, the owner of all people should operate her business and interactions with clients that way.

Discovering Honor Yoga's kids' classes has been a game-changer for our family. The magic ingredient? Miss Diana. Her wealth of knowledge, combined with years of experience, shines through in every class. It's not just yoga; it's an art she masterfully crafts with her expertise.

Miss Diana brings a unique flair to each session, tailoring them with a perfect blend of skill and creativity. Beyond teaching yoga poses, she imparts invaluable life lessons, fostering self-acceptance and self-love in a way that's both impactful and fun for the kids.

As a parent who's been to numerous kids' activities, I can confidently say that Honor Yoga's classes, under Miss Diana's guidance, are in a league of their own. The classes are a hidden gem, thanks to Miss Diana infusing each class with her knowledge, experience, vibrant personality, and a calming, peaceful voice that works wonders, even with the most energetic children.

Having personally attended multiple classes to help my kids settle in, I've witnessed the consistently outstanding delivery of yoga content in a constructive and playful manner. If you're on the lookout for a Kids-Yoga class that goes beyond the ordinary, look no further. Miss Diana's classes at Honor Yoga are nothing short of fantastic— a perfect blend of learning and fun. Your kids will thank you for it! :-)

Owner of studio is a perpetrator of very TOXIC yogi culture. I suggest going literally anywhere else.

Edit: this is not jen, I do not know of this person. Just goes to show how toxic you are. You're incapable of realizing your abrasive and rude behavior.

Just recently started my yoga practice. Honor Yoga has been such a blessing for me. Still building in the Roots class, but it has been amazing. Can't say enough good about the place. Everyone has been gracious and welcoming. Sam is an amazing teacher! Friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Teacher and studio....highly recommended!

I've enjoyed my time at honor yoga very much. My parents live in naples . and I was able to travel back to naples to complete my psychiatry rotation. Honor yoga right near my home so joining the studio was very convenient. Kelly understood my schedule and the stress PA school has caused me as well as my financial restraints due to school. I find her to be caring person and all of the staff at honor yoga is overall very kind. For example I was doing aerial yoga one day and wasn't listening to the direction and accidentally pulled my arm in a wrong position. I immediately jumped down and was in discomfort. Catalina ran over and showed me a position that stretched out my arm. The pain immediately went away and I've learned my lesson in terms of following directions lol. My anxiety level has decreased since starting yoga again. When I visit my parents again I will be stopping by!

I used to love this place, until I found out how the owner treats people.

I refuse to support a chain establishment with dishonest ownership; especially when there are excellent, locally owned studios who provide an elevated and healthy atmosphere, community, and practice environment.

Update : Directly to the owner and your reply;
I have deep roots in the CCSO and law community in Collier County. You cannot threaten me with a defamation case for simply using my rights and voicing my opinion on your establishment. I invite you to pursue a case. We both know you are lying in your accusations against Ms. Stone, and we both know what you did. Either way, namaste love!

It's a franchise. Like the McDonald's of yoga. For the cost of membership, you'd be better off investing your money in one of the many locally owned, community oriented studios that Naples has to offer. Although there are some nice instructors at Honor, I found the owner to be both dishonest, and exacting.
