I love this hot yoga studio. It is very conveniently located at the Wynwood Paddle Club where you have clean showers and locker rooms.
Cristina and Maria truly master 26&2 bikram yoga system. I take most of the classes with Maria, she has helped me progress and get into poses I’ve never been in before.

I would like to share my positive experience with this place, that is in my life since 2016.
I was a runner and super sport girl, than I had my two beautiful boys and as a working mom, I didn't have much time for myself but my body requested me more than once, some help to recover from the pregnancy and from all the stress of day-to-day life.
I started to go to hot yoga for some bad issue in my hands , always swollen ... after months of practicing everything went away. Than I stopped practicing and one of my leg started to hurt, i went back to hot yoga and the pain went away, and now after the lock down for the covid 19, I had a bad issue with my back... like a miracle just a few sections in hot yoga with Cristina... and I feel like new.
Thank you for the amazing way that Cristina has to make a tuff practicing an amazing experience that brings out the best for our minds, Souls and bodies .

La original Bikram Yoga. Clases de 60 y 90 minutos a 101 grados de temperatura caliente. Hot Yoga. Llegar con tiempo para buscar donde estacionarse. Lleva tu May , agua y una toalla. En caso de que la olvides ellos te la alquilan lo que necesites y te venden el agua. Posee 4 duchas el baño de damas y lockers. Bastante limpio. Buenas clases.

Love this place. The instructors are great! It’s a challenging class but it forces you to focus on your practice because the heat doesn’t let you think about anything else. The sweating is worth it, you will leave there feeling exhausted but alive and detoxified.

Hot Yoga class with Preteema is a nightmare. Not only does she speak extremely fast, but her thick accent makes her hard to understand. She doesn't do any of the poses with you so you have no idea what's going on and ON TOP OF THAt she goes out of her way to call beginners out and embarrass them BY NAME. As if that torture wasn't enough, her constant and aggressive clapping after each pose makes you feel like you're getting trained by a drill Sargent. Never been to a worse yoga class, where you walk out more stressed than when you walked in

Great for yoga but I am not able to grt through to them when I call and there is no voicemail. I have two classes left that I purchased in a package and want to make sure that they have not expired before I travel all the way there. It makes two weeks i’m trying to get through..

My experience has been really nice in this place. I've been practicing Hot Yoga for almost a year and I do not have any complain. The instructors are nice (Maria Virginia, Cristina, Chloe, Logan and Santiago) and willing to help. I didn't know a thing at the beginning and I'm still learning. They're good teachers :-)

I love bikram yoga but this one instructor (a pretty lady with plastic surgery and black hair) is so overly aggressive and rude! Her usual demeanor is talking down to you, picking on individuals that for whatever reason don't want or not able to do a pose, and calling out someone in front of the entire class is a usual practice. Besides what she says besides the dialogue is sooooo wrong!!! She doesn't have any knowledge of the yoga philosophy or the yogi lifestyle. Im not sure how she's allowed to teach! Is knowing a dialogue the only requirement for the studio???

I love it here! All instructors are kind and passionate, while pushing you to the limit. The facility is always clean. Hot yoga is really tough but somehow they make it pleasant and i keep coming back.

Best studio in the Miami area by far. The teachers are passionate and push you to your limits. The studio has a nice ambiance to it, you feel transformed by just entering the room. Great place for beginners and advanced yogies. Enjoy!
