When I think about comfort, happiness, community, connection, love, peace, challenges, strength, perseverance, encouragement, understanding, support…basically all the positive things in my life….I think of Hot Yoga Naples.
I started my practice there four years ago. I never went to another hot yoga studio after the first class. I drive one hour each way to practice there because it is simply THE BEST.
Jennette Gluski opened this studio nearly two decades ago. She had a dream and a passion to bring Bikram yoga into the community. She is a fierce, kind, dedicated, generous, loving, beautiful, quirky, open-minded, inspirational, strong, genuine human being. She developed morals and principles for her studio that have spanned time and proven to resonate with her patrons.
The instructors are all unique and interesting. The studio is clean, organized and completely designed for a thorough, authentic 26 &2 experience. Anything you need, it’s there; someone has your back.
Whether you want to improve your health, make friends, try something new, feel better, connect with yourself/others, become more mindful…..you will find it there. So many opportunities to strengthen and grow, inside and out.
No better place, no better people than HYN.

Great instructors - welcoming, positive, motivating, relaxed. Clean studio and changing room. People are nice without being nosy. 26&2 classes are consistently well taught. I only wish they turned to the side for the 3 poses that start with Dandayamana-Bibhaktapada-Paschimotthanasana rather than facing forward. I like to keep my feet on my mat/towel because I tend to slip if my feet are on the floor.

I took a 90 minute private lesson today. I have been doing hot yoga for over 2 years. I go 4 times a week in MI & TN. This Naples studio is amazing. It is well worth any yoga students time to take a private and learn the correct position for each pose. I learned so incredibly much and can’t wait to implement all that I learned into my daily practice. In any other sport- golf, tennis, etc… we take lessons. Private instruction is key and all of the instructors at this studio are amazing! I’m so Thankful for this studio and all the instructors!

Such a great community. Everyone is always so kind and it’s been a wonderful place for me to learn about yoga. I knew very little when I started and it was a very gentle, encouraging, and positive place to start my journey.

I have been to Hot Yoga studios all over the country. Naples is the best studio by far. They offer other classes then just Hot Yoga, their teachers are AMAZING and it is always clean and sanitized. 5 stars is not enough, it should have 10!!!

The idea of Bikram yoga was scary but nevertheless I knew I liked hot yoga so I thought I would give it a chance and it is has been nothing short of life changing. Everyone in this studio is pleasant, encouraging and comes to give only their best. The instructors are awesome and they challenge you so it pushes you to open yourself to doing more than you ever thought possible. The tough Bikram yoga mentality strengthens your mind and it has been incredible for me to control my anxiety, reaction to stress, and reverse negative thinking. You learn self acceptance in the bright lights, staring at yourself and focusing on the poses. You only have room in your mind for feeling accomplished and renewed at the end of a very sweaty 90 minutes. I would highly recommend this studio for your yoga home.

Hot yoga Naples is a fantastic Bikram yoga studio. The teachers are all great! Classes are consistently hot and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Studio is clean and not stinky as other reviewers claim. Hot yoga Naples is the best Bikram studio I’ve ever practiced at.

Well let me just say the teacher was great, good class, quality instruction. Very nice and cordial as she checked in students and then came into teach. But, the studio stunk- from the time I walked in it smelled like I was dropping my dog off to get groomed or at the border. I’m sure it was because of the hot classes but if you are sensitive to smells you should know. And I’ve been to a ton of hot studios in my life and Bikram based and they never smelled like this to me. Maybe their unique flooring has something to do with it.

I am forever grateful for this studio and community of people. I hesitantly walked into not only my first hot yoga class, but also my first yoga class of any kind, almost two years ago and haven't looked back since. While the instructors are incredibly talented and supportive every step of the way, the energy and acceptance that flows from one yoga neighbor to the next has healed me mentally and physically over and over again. While I believe its a self-journey for each individual who steps onto thier mat, these past couple of weeks have been remarkable in gaining strength and felxibility in an injured arm. I am 2 months recovering post- surgery from a dog attack that had destroyed nevere and tendon damage in my arm- although my body has been limited from the things I could do before, I have been showing up to this studio a couple of times a week and am over the moon with how far I have come. Little by little- the people, poses and heat have helped me to get my arm to go straight again and even bear weight on it. This practice is designed to heal the body and mind, tailored so individualistically to assit in recovery with whatever injury you may be facing. My sugeron was shocked with my last follow-up appointment on the strength and mobility I had gained, he asked how many times I was going to physical therapy a week. -"hot yoga" was my answer.

I've been a member here for over 8 years - some years more consistent than others but I know this is going to be my practice for the rest of my life. I'm over 50 years old and really feel like this is my fountain of youth! It really is amazing how different each class can be even though it is the same routine. Really makes you understand yourself better - allows forgiveness on not so great days and feelings of accomplishments on better days. The heat allows your body to release more and is just one more thing you learn to "let go" out of your head. The teachers have all been fantastic - they all just make it about the/your practice. It really is a 90 minute opened eyed, standing mediation practice - it is tough, not "relaxing" during the process, but I always feel like a wet, relaxed noodle afterwards!

I love to practice yoga and after many years finally became willing to take a class at Hot Yoga Naples. I was afraid because of the heat, I am a bit claustrophobic and it has never appealed to me. I have heard stories about not being allowed to leave the room, no water, etc. I allowed the fear to stop me from giving it a try. Well, what a mistake. It is exactly what I need. Yes it is intense, and challenging, and transformational. It pulls my mind together and focuses all my energy into the present moment, like a channel. I find it healing, calming, and anxiety reducing. It is helping to heal those very things that caused me to avoid it in the first place. I read a quote today, "the answer to the pain is in the pain." By meeting myself where I am, and digging in deep, I come out the other side a little more free, happier, lighter, more joyful. I like the vibe at the studio, down to earth and genuine. It is a wonderful community. Thank you Hot Yoga Naples.

I started practicing at this studio 10 years ago and I can honestly say it changed my life. To the people who are leaving negative comments... YES it smells badly. YES the teachers are strict. However, life is full of unpleasantness (the least of which is small) and discipline is one of the things this yoga teaches. Of course the teachers are strict. Duh. To meditate in a perfect and peaceful environment is like being good in church. It’s easy. When things get tough and you are forced to focus, like when it’s 105 degrees with 40% humidity.... a person learns to train their mind pretty quickly when over heating is the ramification to stray thought. Who cares if people are talking? Also... maybe the teacher wasn’t rude, they probably just wanted you to do things you didn’t understand.... like drink water only for the 3 prescribed water breaks and so on. In India the teachers will scream at you, I’ve neber seen that at this place. All I’m saying is ignore the rating and try it for yourself.

Had my first session today with Katie. The class was warm Yin yoga. It was super relaxing, ,and Katie was a wonderful instructor. She made me feel comfortable, and confident with the poses.

Came back to edit this: just because I attended my 1st hot yoga class at 630am with Holly. She was awesome! Since I was Awkward with the new class and techniques. She made me feel comfortable, and made sure I was executing the correct poses too. Grateful for her humbleness.

Definitely going home to practice all the new stuff I have learned. Be back soon to attend more classes, maybe just not at 630am again.

I have been coming to this yoga studio for many years and I personally think the owner is an wonderful person and she does her best to keep this practice a pleasant experience for everyone.I really don't understand the comments about bad smell. It's a hot yoga studio and people sweat a lot.If the smell bothers you this practice is not for you then.Little suffering will make us appreciate the work we put in and other things in life. I have been a student for 8 years at this studio. I would highly recommend this studio. The instructors are both tough and caring. This studio and type of practice resolved many physical issues that I thought would never go away. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, this studio will show lead you to improve so many ways.

I have been to this place probably over 30 visits already and in and out of yoga for over 10 years already, so I know different type of practices, to my opinion Bikram is the best. This place is excellent for what it is, "Hot Bikram Yoga" over 105 degrees Fahrenheit, this is not a place that you come to relax or meditate. Here you come to build strength, endurance, better health at all and increase your energy level to the sky. Bathrooms are super clean and comfortable and teachers are very friendly with everyone. My opinion is that if you are weak, don't come here to whine and complain, come here to change your life and become a stronger and healthier person from the inside out.
