I was visiting the area and used a guest pass at HOTWORX in Daytona, and WOW! Easily the cleanest, most welcoming fitness studio I have ever stepped in! The moment I walked in the vibes were professional, positive and super motivating!

The infared workout rooms are immaculate, the staff was very friendly and recommend some of their favorite exercises. From the equipment to the bathrooms, everything looked and smelled spotless!

I have been to a few HOTWORX locations before but this one definitely takes the top spot. Highly recommend if you are in the area or thinking about getting into infared workouts!

I've visited about ten different Hotworx in Florida and this is the nicest one I've been too. They have room spray out to sanitize the rooms, large lockers that fit a yoga mat, and the alkine water dispenser. I appreciate all this because most locations don't have it all, but this one does. Clearly well managed and maintained, large facility and clean. The best one yet

One month in and Hotworx Daytona Beach has impressed me every visit. The infrared cabins are pristine, the air feels fresh, and the staff keeps everything organized. Four cabins run nonstop yoga, Pilates, and stretch sessions, while two bike cabins plus rower and cycle elliptical booths pack a calorie burning punch in fifteen minutes. Booking through the app is painless, and the built in calorie tracker fuels a neat bonus: reach twenty seven thousand calories in ninety days and earn pro shop credit that easily offsets membership cost. Add in friendly owners, spa quality private showers, a compact strength area, and twenty four hour access, and you have the best fitness value in town. Highly recommended.

Okkkk, this was fun. Great workout super fast. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Our sauna got up to 126°. You have your own sauna or you can share. Different saunas have different classes.
Destiny was great informing us on how everything works.

Personally, I really enjoy the gym because every aspect is very well taken care of—super clean, with great attention to detail, comfort, and customer satisfaction. Having 24-hour access is a big plus, and the classes are fun and diverse. You definitely feel the work being done, but without the excessive exhaustion or intense muscle soreness the next day, like in other gyms. I truly recommend it—it’s different, but the benefits speak for themselves. Plus, you can also choose to use the weights and do other types of training to complement the regular 15–40 minute sessions.

Everyone minds their business & I’ve had nothing but super pleasant encounters with other members in passing. I absolutely love this gym! I have gained my confidence back, enjoy going to the gym rather than dreading it like I used to, and have noticed a difference in my body and more importantly my mental health in just one month of joining. I love love love this gym. 24 hr access is a huge plus. I joined recently and have been an addict. I was on the search to try a hot yoga studio and fell onto this place. Was skeptical about the room in the saunas but the space is plenty and you have free weights and cables available to you as well. THIS PLACE IS CLEAN. This is so important to me. I appreciate the members respecting this as well. The owners are so pleasant and give you options to fit your financial needs. Theres discounts on merch too which is awesome and they’re good quality. 15/10 highly recommend

Absolutely Love this place! My friend and I were discussing different workouts and places to go. We heard back in summer a HotWorx was coming to Daytona. Omgggggg we are so glad its HERE!
The owners are so welcoming, the workout area is amazing and the hot workouts are incredible. I love being able to extend my stretch and ability due to the heat. The app makes it easy to schedule, the hours of operation is 24/7 so no room for excuses. The classes are beginner friendly yet challenging to give room for much growth.

I went to tour the facility because my daughter joined and I thought I would never be able to do this. Well, I was wrong and I LOVE it!
