Ashley helped me get signed up. She helped me understand the system with ease. She's always hospitable and welcomes me when I go to work out. I have been going to hotworx for a month now. It's been great. I like the freedom of of choosing to workout with the video or being able to do my own routines in the sauna. I go with other friends to their gyms and I always end up wishing I was back in my little hot box dripping sweat.

I would like to share my experience at
HOTWORX across from dadeland mall. This place is amazing. I became a member about 3 months ago. It was great then because of the infrared sauna and great virtual workouts., however, it has exceeded my expectations under new management. This place is extremely hygienic and clean. The new owner has also state of the art cable machine in addition to the infrared saunas. Also, the girl who is in the front desk Amanda is with out doubt so great with making sure that you have an amazing experience. The other young girl is charming, sweet and so knowledgeable. This place is without doubt the place to be for toning, Pilates,yoga, and a host of additional classes.
Try it out. You will feel so de stressed and relaxed. Also, the membership is extremely fair.
Nothing too crazy for the experience you will receive.

I definitely recommend this place if you have a busy schedule. It's open 24 hours and staffed throughout the day. The “Hit” session can be easy or intense as you want and are only 15 minutes long, burning as many calories as a traditional hour-long workout. Plus, the sauna features infrared, which is excellent for recovery!

never heard of such ridiculous terms to cancel a membership. even if you move away because of work to a state that doesn't have hotworx locations, they wont work with you. they either want you to pay a $99 immediate cancellation fee and send a certified mail stating your desire to cancel.... ridiculous that the owner, who i spoke with directly, would not try to work with customers instead of just boasting how they've owned a franchise for 5 years. definitely never signing up for this again.

if a customer moves away from a location and has proof of a lease they can send you, that should be more than enough to cancel someone out along with an email. if it was enough to sign me up via email for the membership, it should be enough to cancel my membership......

Great place to work out. I love you don’t work out in front of a ton of people and you work out at your own pace. Employees are very helpful with any questions you may have.

The concept is great but each sauna play the same exact videos all day every day so you get all the same workouts all the time plus only some of the saunas work as good as they should.

I personally love to sweat up a storm, if I don’t have a puddle under me I am not satisfied and a bunch of the saunas do not work properly so they are very weak.

And the thing that bothered me the most is that you are forced to have a minimum of a 3 month commitment at the gym and you have to give 60 days notice to quite the membership.

I love hot yoga and it is why I joined the gym so don’t think I just can not take the heat cuz that is definitely not it, although I did noticed I also much rather have humid/humidified heat vs the dry infrared heat from these saunas because it forces our bodies to sweat much more and much easier.

If all the saunas worked properly and at least if they rotated the videos they play in the saunas it would be much mush better and I would not have left this review…. But I feel duped.

I probably should have asked if the videos would alternate but I didn’t think about it because I assumed they would… it just seemed to make sense they would alternate.

Take it for what it’s worth… there are many other very happy clients but not me.

BEWARE! No free parking here! Hotworx is a great gym. However, this location is not ideal unless you live in this building or within walking distance. There’s is 0 free parking here. They say you can park on the streets for free but trust me when I say there’s never parking available there. It’s $4 a day to valet park or you can park across the street at the dadeland station where you’ll either have to pay for parking or go into the Panera or other store and buy something in order to get the parking validated. Absolutely ridiculous!

Good value- ideally sign for membership on the 1st of the month which is they’re mandatory billing date. Once you join, you’re locked in for 5 months plus however many days before the 1st of the month you join (cancellation requires 60 days from notice and isn’t allowed until three “1st of the months” have been paid). The infrared heat feels amazing, weight training set up is a nice option in addition to the cycling to round out your choices. I really like the 24 hr access (although I rarely go outside of staffed hours for safety). I appreciate that there are few people using the facilities at any one time, as well as the cleanliness of the showers, bathrooms, and workout spaces. The workout videos can get boring and there is no personalized feedback to correct your form or help your motivation.

Great way to switch up your workouts and challenge yourself. You can book a room alone or with 2 other people. Monthly price is very reasonable too and it is nice that you can go 24/7. Workouts are harder than expected but fun.

So happy I found Hot worx! I go at least 5 to 6 times a week and it's because it's so addictive. The workouts are fantastic and the health benefits that you get from working out in a sauna are outstanding. My resting heart rate has dropped by 10 and my blood pressure has also dramatically decreased. When I finish a work out I leave feeling detoxed and full of energy. Roger the manager is fantastic. Always friendly, keeps the place squeaky clean and runs a tight ship. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I can’t brag enough about this place. It’s become my sanctuary. I just HAVE to get in to HOTWORX (I try daily). Let me just start by saying that the manager Roger is just awesome. Always greets, always there, always moving (cleaning, spraying, checking in) and even behind his mask, you can see he’s smiling. The place is clean, and the members are all respectful of all of the CDC regulations.
The workouts; choices in times and workout styles make it a winner. Not to mention the membership fee! Great prices, options and this is for ALL fitness levels.
I have seen what my body can do and every time I go, I try and push a little more. It’s me agains myself in my sauna, so the mental toughness fight gets put to the test every time!
So much to say about this place, but I’ll just stick to my 5 STARS. If I could rate it higher, I would.

I have been inlove with this place since i first started which was about 6 months ago. I can say i see great improvement in my flexibility, stability, and i most definitely feel much better since i started coming. Ive lost over 20 pounds since i first started. Roger ( manager ) takes great care of the place and is extremely nice. The staff follows all protocols following COVID and maintain the saunas and FX zone extremely clean. There’s no other gym i’d rather go to.

While visiting Miami I had the pleasure of working out a the most amazing. My experience was amazing I would highly recommend this gym . Especially with the situation going on in our world . Infrared is the way to go now ! Detox and working out 24hr who could ask for anything more . Oh wait the price is amazing !
