This place has become my favorite gym ever. I love the ease of access 24/7, And the comfort of doing a guided workout with the virtual instructors. The positive affirmations throughout the different sessions are refreshing and uplifting. Definitely noticing a difference after 2 months of membership. More workout in less time!

Front door girls are sweet. Place is kinda janky but it works, you have to buy a foam roller here which is odd because every other Hotworx I’ve been to has them available for use as another piece of equipment. Places like these fail because of bad ownership.

Love this new gym/sauna! So cute & clean. Very nice people at the front, especially Shera ! She is helpful and knowledgeable, always kind. Love the results im seeing only in a few weeks, im hooked. Also love the lil challenges to help keep people motivated! 10/10 would recommend. Cant wait to try other locations!

Visiting Miami for the holiday and went to book and found, though this location is listed on Google, they aren’t opened yet. I couldn’t book them in the app and only found out bc i called and waited till the end of the music to hear their msg. 😒
Note to the business: please place the VM as an automatic answer at the top of the msg rather than the end. Otherwise, people may never hear it and be more frustrated from the lack of an answer.

So disappointed that this location STILL IS NOT OPEN! I am not sure why this franchise owner has listed this location as open when it isn’t. I discovered and fell in love with Hotworx in NC. I recently moved to Miami a month ago and was thrilled that this location was close to my home. However, I called this specific location multiple times with no answer and happened to drive by the location; it hasn’t opened yet. I was able to finally get in contact with someone via their Instagram page (which was frustrating in itself) and they stated to me the business would finally open that month (October)… it is the 2nd week of November and it is nowhere near opened. I completely understand there could be a delay due to coding restrictions or electrical/plumbing issues, but then stop selling memberships and/or don’t show the business as opened.
