I am not really a workout person, but this the best gym I have ever been to! It is great for any fitness level & a great stress reliever as well. The owner and staff are AMAZING- so friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend not only HOTWORX but this location to get started on your 2025 fitness goals!

HOTWORX is the best gym I've ever tried! The saunas are incredible for muscle recovery and tension for a previous athlete who is post op. The people are so kind, and really pay attention to the details and experience. Would recommend to anyone. Shoutout to Dakota and makenzie for getting me involved.

Been going to HOTWORX Osprey since Jan. It really makes you feel great. I have a few questions about the products they sell (such as the vitamin/mineral supplements the gummies and the electrolyte drink mix). Dakota was very helpful. Staff is all very polite and considerate and willing to answer any questions you may have 😊😊😊

I called Hotworx to get some information on their membership and everything they offered. Their staff was immediately helpful and informative. Giving me all the information I needed and even explaining their currents discounts. I was then offered to come in for a tour which I will definitely be doing. Not only does this gym seem to offer amazing amenities, but their staff is top-notch.

I wanted to learn how to cancel my membership since im moving out of state the owner was so rude she was uncooperative and hung up the phone on me during the conversation as I was trying to see the options I had! Also in the past it’s difficult to get ahold of anyone by phone constant answering machine and your lucky if you get a call back… poor customer service

Profit before safety!!!!!

My Revision to Answer the Owner's Response: Kelly, please. You knew what was happening INSIDE your facility which then trickled outside. You came around the corner to see what was going on when another member was berating me, which was INSIDE YOUR FACILITY and within ears reach to YOU! In an attempt to defuse the situation, I left your facility, headed to my car where he followed us outside and began banging, in a threatening manner on my car window, which was terrifying. Folks/Readers: I asked Kelly (the owner) to speak with another member about his failure in securing a room that we were scheduled to use and he just walked in without an appointment, even overstaying his time in the room. Kelly claimed she would speak to him. After he exited the room 15+ minutes later, I asked the member to secure his room and time via the required HOTWORKS application, which led to the scary moment. I/We have since ended our membership because the ownership did nothing even though they were FULLY aware of what took place inside their establishment and how it trickled to the parking lot. Even Kelly's daughter who works there knew about it, because she's the one that told me the police were called, when I called to speak with her mother the very next day. Fortunately, we vacated the area for our own safety, but I contacted the authorities regardless, because I/We had no idea what this person was capable of.... that's the entire story and facts surrounding the incident. If insult to injury wasn't enough, we were forced to buy out our membership, meanwhile Kelly clearly stated that the member who caused the incident rarely frequents the club and she verified that he did NOT secure the room prior to entering it, as required by their own set of rules. I have no intentions of reaching back out to the facility owner nor its franchise. I do not recommend the Osprey HOTWORKS location, ever!

I absolutely love this place. I use it as recovery from my usual workouts twice a week, sometimes more.
Sometimes I skip my gym routine and pop in here for a great workout as well if I am short on time.
Great for sore muscles, amazing sweat and always feel refreshed after I leave.
Establishment is extremely clean and well looked after.

Hotworx is addictive! I never get bored because I can do spin, Pilates, yoga, barre, and more. This studio is relaxed, friendly, and meticulously maintained. Warning — you must like the heat!
