Love love the heated infrared heat. You can go as hard or as light in the workout for your by yourself with flat scream on a loop. Crushing it like a rockstar makes you float out of the building… feels amazing.!!!! 🤩 Open 24/7 with personal code. I’m looking for a new place to live and literally don’t want to move too far from Hotwrx!!! There should be one at every corner in every city! You have to try and your welcome 😉

HOTWORX is a total bust! Do yourself a favor and save your money. But what you’ll really save is frustration. Working individuals with variable schedules need to look for a different option. Most of the available slots are taken well in advance. You only have one option for Yoga. Additionally, you don’t want to do yoga in this studio. if you’re over 5 foot five, you can’t do a sun salutation without hitting your hands on the roof of the infrared studio. It’s recommended that only one person be in there at a time, which I agree, but it’s sold to you differently when you sign up for your membership.

HOTWORX has completely transformed the way I approach fitness! From the moment I stepped into the studio, I was blown away by the innovative concept of infrared heat combined with virtually led workouts.
The studio itself is spotless, with a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer guidance.

The staff could work on their hospitality skills. A woman of the team said to me “next time don’t disturb someone in a session so you don’t ruin their workout”. Literally didn’t see the person in the room because it was dark and she was already done and this woman wants to scold me.. very disgusting to have someone speak to me that way. I pay a membership for all location and this location is by far the worst customer service.

When my friend first invited me to this place I thought no way I’ll faint. It’s way too hot. Little to my surprise, I have embrace the heat, and I have grown to love HOTWORX, not only for what it brings to my body and mind, but the staff make it so enjoyable to go there. They are always so welcoming they greet you every time you walk in and say have a good workout. It’s become like an extended family. Linda, the manager Makes the place so inviting it always smells so great when she’s there! What I like most about it is that Linda and her staff are always cleaning the facility to make sure that we have a cleaning environment. If you have not tried this place, definitely give it a try. You won’t regret it! It’s actually Reasonably priced. Enjoy!

I love going to Hotworkx and I’m not a fan of exercising! There are truly so many benefits to working out in an infrared sauna. The mobility in my joints, especially my knees, have drastically improved, my whole body flexibility has increased, I have lost weight and inches. I skipped a few weeks and the difference was definitely noticeable. I couldn’t wait to get back. It’s a 24 hour studio but when the staff are here, they get to know you. Thank you Linda and staff for always being so supportive, helpful, and kind.

I would definitely recommend this place to someone that's had any type of injuries, sports or any type of car accidents I wish I had gone here after my car accident, or physical limitations this is a great place to go! I didn’t know what to expect, as this is a very unique workout experience, different than anything I tried before - wow! I absolutely loved it! The staff was wonderful :) friendly, knowledgeable and warm - it made me feel like somewhere I want to come back and belong to. Really great! The workout was awesome! Lots of sweat, but I never felt uncomfortable from the heat, quite the opposite, it made me feel great, I even felt slimmer the next morning, also 30 minutes flew by! I am planning to join. Definitely recommend!

I recently joined this studio and cannot express what a wonderful experience it has been. I was unfamiliar with these types of workouts and the team at the Palm Beach Gardens location took the time to walk me through what to expect, set up my initial session for the same day and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable.

The sign up process was easy and thorough. Linda was friendly, informative and has such a great energy about her. She was upfront with the costs, expectations and process in a way that was clear and honest. I did not feel one ounce of "sneakiness" that can be common with new gym memberships.

The facility itself is spaced out well and very clean. I've seen all members being respectful and friendly. I have never had an issue booking a session for a time I wanted. The app is easy to navigate to secure a session.

I am thrilled to have found Hotworx and appreciate the care the team takes of the facility and members.

This is the best place to workout 24 hours a day and 7 days a week!! So convenient to go when you want when you need!! I love working out in the hot sauna and its a bonus to be able to control the heat level! There are 10 different classes to take including yoga my favorite, Pilates, spin, barre and so much more!! I love to just go and stretch sometimes in the heated room. There is also a nice shower and a weight room! Very reasonable prices!! Staff are awesome and helpful!! Check it out. I love it!!

This place is amazing. A good sweat at a CLEAN gym. Love coming here and getting my workout in whenever I have time 24/7 access. To the review giving 1 star, any gym requires a 60-90 day notice not a reason to give a bad review.. anyone who works out at gyms knows they have to give notice.

Definitely recommend making this a spot to get a good fun workout in. Never boring and always something new to try! Worth it when trying to get back into fitness or maintain your routine!
