New member here and absolutely love this studio and the entire concept!! 24/7 access (with lots of different time options) to 12 different workouts plus the benefit of infrared sauna use. Affordable pricing too! I feel like I’ve gotten a full detox from the sauna and a great workout too. Also access to free weights and the scheduling is super convenient. Most saunas don’t even fill up with 3 people so sometimes you can even schedule a solo workout experience! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great place :)

I don’t know who this member was but I was there on wed at 6:15am in cycle 6 and this lady who was in cycle 5 for the 6:30 came into my room told me the sound was too loud so she was going to lower it. You can tell she was way too comfortable doing that. It wasn’t even that loud and what if I was hard of hearing. That put a terrible taste in my mouth on the type of members that go here. That lady needs to go because she made me feel beyond uncomfortable. For a workout to supposed to help you relieve stress , she made it worse.

LOVE love love Hotworx! I had no idea what to expect when my friend brought me to a pilates class and it was amazing. We had our own little sauna room! Everything was so clean and felt so private. Perfect for anyone who hates going to big crowded gyms (like me). The owner is sooo sweet and truly cares about her members. I can't wait to start coming here regularly because I feel sooo good after my first session!

HotWorx is a different gym. And the HotWorx difference is very good!! Because it’s 24/7/365!! Members exercise in mini infrared sauna studios with virtual instructors. Get this. While 3 people can exercise in each studio, it is possible to exercise ALONE! YAYYYY!!! The HITT sessions using equipment are 15 minutes. While the isometric sessions are 45 minutes.

Andrea was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She gave me a tour and explained the HotWorks program.

I recommend HotWorx if you want to exercise in a mini infrared sauna studio. Instead of exercising and then going to the sauna. HotWorx is a time saving game changer!!! I wrote this review without AI. Just saying!!

I joined Hotworx after throwing my back out for the second time this year. The saunas have helped so much with my recovery. The 24 hour accessability has been awesome for me. You really feel like HW is your own personal gym.

I joined a while ago.
I was only really pleased with just how much of a great work out I can get.
For me the maximum amount was knowing the heating element would allow me to sweat.
But the pricing is a little too much.
I also did not like knowing it’s a virtual thing versus an actual person to help you work out.
But overall, I don’t think I would consider re-joining.
All the amenities for the other programs are a cost as well.
The experience was nice but not enough to continue.

I’ve tried a lot of gyms and this one is just sooooo different. I love the wide variety of options including cardio and yoga so I can have high and low impact days. The team at the front is welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend.

I've never been a gym kind of person, but that all changed when Hotworx in Palm Harbor opened. I feel great after my workouts in the saunas. I love the flexibility of it being open 24/7, so I can go anytime I want. The owner and staff are also super nice. I'm so glad I joined!
