Finally a workout I look forward to! If loud, crowded gyms aren’t your thing, definitely give this a try. I go in the late morning or early afternoon and always have a sauna all to myself. The app is great—booking a room is easy and you have 24/7 access with your app key. Life is loud and busy so it feels like a spa day to exercise here.

Love the environment here! My own personal story with HOTWORX: last year at 29 years old I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, after rounds of chemo, I was better. But this year I had reoccurrence. My doctor said I could go the conservative route with an oral medication (not chemo) and then in a few months do chemo again. During this year, I came to HOTWORX knowing that studies have shown that saunas and exercise fight cancer cells. My latest PET scan from a month ago showed all the cancer was almost completely gone. So my doctor said I don’t need more chemo! While I of course take my prescribed medications and prioritize a healthy diet (physically and spiritually), I know that HOTWORX played a role in my healing journey. I’m excited for my next PET scan in a few weeks that I know will show that I am cancer free! I’m a mom of a toddler so sometimes I need a quick workout that’s effective and so if all you have time for is 15 minutes then do the 15 minute HIIT workout in the sauna here! Love it here 💕

I’ve been part of the HOTWORX fam for over 4 years and this location is amazing!!! The new studio owners Diane and Billy are also fantastic and ALL about the member experience. Everyone they add to their team helps make this studio a special place to earn the burn—you can tell when the team is invested too!!! I recently got to meet two of the Virtual Instructors, and the owner & founder of HOTWORX, at a recent party and had the best time. I love the Carrollwood Hotworx. The workouts range from relaxing (Stretch) to super challenging (Warrior) and they run 24-7, making it really convenient. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I took off one star because the weight room is very basic - just dumbbells, a few kettle bells and one cable machine. I really wish they had a few machines for muscle groups that are hard to target with dumbbells (ex: a leg curl and hip thrust machine), as well as a squat rack or Smith machine. Overall, I highly recommend if you are looking for a gym with a variety of workouts and a supportive, not crazy competitive, environment!

I love having the ability to book on the app and schedule a time that works best for my schedule, especially having access to the gym 24/7. If I want to do cardio that’s an option, lifting weights, yoga, core, bands, the opportunities are endless. Hotworx has been a life changer for me. Finally a place I can go to workout and decompress at the same time.
Do be careful though if you try to transfer to another location! They were very deceptive and dishonest with me. Wanting to have me pay extra months and saying it was technically a cancellation not a transfer when other locations told me that is not how hotworx operates. After 8 mo of going there i was very sad to be treated this way.

I tried a free coupon I found online totally not worth it . I will be detoxing from this place for the rest of my life . The water fountain was disgusting so unfiltered and taste like lead and chlorine . It’s so not worth the money that they r charging . And I’m still fat . Zero stars.

Came here for my first yoga session and I was honestly completely blown away. I was greeted by Tyler who’s awesome (careful Hotworx… I’m ready to recruit him for my company! He was amazing!!).

I was sooo impressed by the entire set up. The app that tracks your calories that ALSO incentivizes you for your burned calories (like hello?! How freaking cool is that), how clean the place was, and the options available to simply sweat and get fit!

I currently am shopping around and have two more spots to check out before committing, but I absolutely loved my first impression, prices, and STAFF. The spot is also open 24/7?! Hotworx literally gives me zero excuse not to workout.

My yoga session was also great! I loved the fact that the place isn’t super crowded and it’s maxed out at three people per room.

I will be providing an updated review once I finish scoping out the other two places and if/when I commit.

Such a great concept! Fun, versatile workouts. There is something for anyone. I've never used a foam roller before and wow they are my favorite now! The 24 hour option is so convenient.

Yoga? Cycling? Rowing? Core? These saunas have that!!! Highly recommend! I love the functional training area with free weights, medicine balls and more!

HotWorx is very convenient for people like myself who work crazy schedules. The staff was very nice especially Kathleen, the owner. They take care of their members and always make sure we are happy. The Carrollwood location is very clean also. I am so glad I chose this location to workout.

**Update: this location decided to call upon their boyfriend, friend or whoever to attack me on social media after I wrote the review you see beneath. That is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen a business do. Their comment underneath was to just make them look good but honestly it’s disgusting and extremely disrespectful. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.

BEWARE!!!!

Extremely disappointed to be honest. Came in for a free class and actually really liked it. But when it came down to pricing it was very misleading. They offered $60 to start and $54 a month which seemed great but for every class you need to have certain equipment and it can’t be any from the outside. You have to purchase their equipment and the bundle to buy their most popular products is $249. That’s insane. These items should be communal not individual.
The staff was extremely friendly so that’s a plus and the gym is 24/7.
But honestly they lost me as a client when they started talking about the equipment purchases. I had gotten my wallet to purchase the membership but after hearing the extra fees, I said no thank you and I’m on my journey to find another place to workout.
The gym is very nice and the classes look interesting though. If you sign up just be smart before paying. Best wishes.

Never going to a regular gym again! Love having hotworx in my area. They staff there are amazing and really helpful. You won’t be disappointed in joining hotworx! Go try them out!
