Hour of Power Fitness is a program based training facility focused on goals and results.

Currently offering Small Group Training (SGT) set on building strength through resistance training, improving mobility through functional movement, and advancing body recomposition.
Personal Training is also available for more intensive results with 1-on-1 coaching.

Accountability and community is what you can expect from Hour of Power Fitness.

If I could give Hour of Power 10 stars I would. I moved here from Tampa and I couldn’t find a group fitness class. I was introduced to Hour of Power by a friend and from the moment I met Rachel she made me feel welcomed. I have also met some awesome friends that I look forward to working out with. Hour of Power has built my strength and I am more disciplined since I joined. Not only the classes are small but you also get your own personal trainer. I went from light weights to impressing my hubby with heavier weights. Rachel is an amazing trainer she pushes you when she knows you can and she will also customize your workouts if you’re hurt or are having a medical issue. If you are looking for a group class to sweat, build muscle and have fun while doing it this is your place. Thanks Rachel for not only being my trainer but also a friend.

Rachel has changed my life. I know that’s cliché, but it’s true! I am EXCITED to go to the gym and participate in her classes. She kicks my butt and motivates me beyond my wildest expectations. I started going twice per week a year ago, and now I can’t get enough. I am there almost every weekday! The community she has built is full of some of the kindest, funniest and most inspirational people. Thank you Rachel! 10 out of 10 recommend :)

I'm a huge fan of this place! The owner, Rachel, is super friendly, attentive, and most importantly, knowledgable!! She offers small group fitness classes and personal one-on-one training sessions, which I'm currently taking with her. I've only been going for about 3 weeks (3 x week) and already see a huge difference in my energy level, muscle tone, and general well being.

Also, I love that you get individualized attention and that there is no judgement here. The exercises that Rachel creates are amazing - they're effective and I feel strong after each and every class! I can't say enough how much I love this place and what it's doing for my body (and mind). Highly recommend.
