I've been training with Hernan for the last several months. I have had amazing results - along with my strength and endurance, my flexibility has significantly improved. Hernan also adjusts the workouts to ensure they're never boring. I went from doing one session a week to three per week because it's much more enjoyable than hitting the bike or the weights at the gym.

Training with Hernan for 6 years, I was lucky to find him after giving birth to twins. I was exhausted, out of shape, and with shoulder and knee injuries from constantly carrying newborns and not sleeping. Hernan worked with me to accommodate my physical quirks and gradually, steadily, eventually I've become strong, flexible and more fit than ever before in my life. I credit Hernan for this rehabilitation and reshaping of my physical body and healthy habits. Hernan is a cerebral and knowledgable trainer, he's obsessed with anatomical integrity to prevent injury, and dynamic movements for full-body integration, which also keeps it interesting and fun for me. There's an element to his training that's almost like choreography, which is engaging for the mind and muscles alike. Simply put, my workouts with Hernan are highlights of my week, and I can't recommend him enough.

OUTSTANDING PERSONAL TRAINERS!! I've worked with other trainers in the past and there is no comparison - Hernan and his team are by far the best! I work out with Hernan in my building's gym and he is very creative and resourceful with the equipment at hand. The exercises he gives me are unique, efficient and well-thought-out that they work out several parts of the body at once. Hernan is incredibly knowledgeable about exercise techniques, body mechanics and Nutrition. Not to mention, he is a pleasure to work out with, fun, motivating, interesting, professional and super smart! The sessions go by quickly. One day per week I have a boxing session with his boxing trainer, part of his team - so much fun and an excellent workout! I've noticed many positive changes in my body after a very short time. I can't recommend House Call Trainers enough. I'm so happy to have found them!!

Hernan used to be my personal trainer back in California. One if the most knowledgeable, dedicated, caring physical gurus i have had the pleasure of working with and he got me the results i wanted every time. Im in NYC on business trips out in Manhattan a handfull of times a year and i never miss an opportunity for some amazing workouts with the House Call Trainers. Few years back I slowly started developing a really bad posture due to desk job 10+ hrs a day. Hunched over, rolled shoulders, forward neck, tucked hips and all the pain that comes with it. At this point I was so busy with my career I didn't have time for the gym and I was in pain most of the time so going was a nono anyways. I went to chiropractors and physical therapy but they didnt do much for me. Not to mention physical therapy cost me $350 for a 30 min visit every time and really all they did was show you a bunch of exercises and stretches. this helped but I never really felt like my old self again. Even after going through all of that and getting ergonomic office equipment neck and lower back pain persisted frequently.
I met a few other people during this time that had the same problems and they all recommended this guy Hernan. So I looked him up and it turned out to be a dedicated, we come to you, your house, your gym and custom tailor your unique workouts to benefit you whole body type of service. I wasnt sure what to expect to be quite frank. Initially I had a very detailed consultation with Hernan where we went over my areas of pain and certain physical improvements i wanted to achieve, such as prep for Tough Mudder and Spartan once I was all healed up. I realize I haven't been brief so I will get to the point. Hernan and his team met me at the gym inside my building and put together a very unique workout series to improve mobility, strengthen my weak areas and work on my posture and eventually strength and endurance. This is what I really lacked. Experts that knew what needed to be done to address the problem and then the help, motivation and training during each and every session.

I trained with Hernan and his Team for over 8 months until I felt like I was in a better shape than every before. We managed to fix my posture problem and my neck and back pains are a part of the past. I have put on solid muscle mass with very little body fat, my strength and endurance have improved tremendously and I am just simply humbled and grateful for the service they provided for me during that whole time. Not only did they instill in me good workout habits and new age exercises to just move better in every way, but also importance of daily stretching, movement and diet.
