I love coming to these classes. I felt welcomed from day 1! All of the coaches are amazing. They make you feel motivated, correct form, and push you out of your comfort zone. The visuals on their screen are also extremely helpful if you’re not familiar with the exercises.

Believe me when I tell you, I went from the age of 25 to 30 without ever working out. No walking, no running, no lifting…just relying on the ol metabolism. When my wife and I moved to Naples, she signed me up for class pass immediately, and began dragging me to her workouts. Nothing motivated me…that is until I met David at House of HIIT. He has a great personality, is super motivating, always uplifting, and does a fantastic job correcting form. The music is always fire too, and don’t just take it from me as an aging man. There are not enough stars to describe this beautiful, family-owned and operated business. The passion and dedication that Cynthia, Daniel, and David have for promoting the fitness of their clients through dynamic experiences shines through in all that they do. All workouts are fun, upbeat, and creative, and structured so that different muscle groups are targeted each day, which helps to create balance and facilitate consistent progress. While these work-outs alone will get you into amazing shape, they are an awesome way to supplement progress in other sports as well. As a distance runner, my strength, pacing, and endurance has improved and become more consistent since I became a HOH member. During every workout, each coach always creates a personalized experience by interacting with each and every client to check-in and provide individualized feedback and support.
In addition to the amazing model through which classes are structured, a true sense of camaraderie is fostered through special events and challenges that build motivation and engagement. Each of these initiatives always involves some form of outreach in which the family supports and gives back to the community. Best of the best!!!! Two months ago, I made the best decision to come try out the House of HIIT—and it completely changed the game for me!
From day one, I felt the energy. The environment is electric—motivating, supportive, and genuinely fun. What makes this place special is the community. It’s not a massive class where you get lost in the crowd. It feels personal. You get real attention, real coaching, and real connection. The coaches care. They push you hard, but they’re also invested in your growth and well-being.
I have to give a big thank you to my close friend for introducing me to this place—because it’s honestly been life-changing. After two months, I’ve gained 10 pounds, which mostly is muscle! My body feels the most athletic it has in years, since stopped playing competitive soccer, and my movement, agility, and mobility are on a completely different level. I feel faster, lighter, more explosive—and just all-around better.
This isn’t just about looking good. It’s about moving right, feeling powerful, and being functional. The workouts are fire—challenging, creative, and packed with the exercises most people do not do on their own, yet are crucial for our bodies. I’m genuinely addicted to House of HIIT!
And for anyone who still believes the myth that guys can’t gain muscle doing HIIT or they will become skinny - let me shut that down right now. Not only did I gain a ton of muscle, but I’ve also never moved or felt better in my body!!!

This gym has truly changed it all for me. Having set classes and other people around you that push you to be your best has truly been motivating and wanting you to show up the next day. I used to think I was consistent at going to the gym a few days a week and doing my own workout, but never seemed to see real result and definitely not fast results. When David told me to try out this gym I decided to try it out for a week and I have to say I truly feel In love. Not only did I fall in love with the engery and the family that comes with this gym but with the workouts itself. 3 days a week you have your intense high energy workouts focusing on Legs, upper body and core, and two days are cardio and sweat days where you focus on light weights but faster movement to get you nice and sweaty. Thursday are definitely my favorite because we focus on muscles that get left out a lot and mobility and stretching. The combination of all three has shown me very fast and amazing results in as little as 3 weeks. It has become fun to workout and I’m very happy to be apart of this family.

I can't say enough great things about Daniel and House of Hiit. From the moment you walk in the door, Daniel and the other members treat you like family. The gym is clean and organized with lots of variety in equipment. The session starts with an explanation of the workout of the day followed by a warmup. Daniel explains and demonstrates each exercise, making sure to highlight certain movements to get the most out of each exercise. During the workout, Daniel circulates the room helping members tweak their form or adding weight when needed. There is high energy music playing during the workout to keep you motivated and Daniel is always positively pushing the participants to keep going during those moments you want to stop. The workout end with a cool down and some stretching. I highly recommend Daniel and House of Hiit if you're looking for a great, group workout. I am from out of town, but will continue to attend classes at HOH when I am in town in the future.

I’ve been a member of House of Hitt for almost 2 years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Their facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped! The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer advice or guidance if needed. They offer great class, personal training, and nutrition guidance.
What I really love is the welcoming atmosphere—everyone is supportive, no matter your fitness level. The trainers are exceptional and really take the time to tailor programs to your goals. I’ve already seen noticeable improvements in my strength and endurance, and I look forward to each workout.

Even though I was just dropping in for class, they were so warm, welcoming and friendly, and paid attention to my form and experience the whole class.
