Peter runs a first rate exercise shop! He designs a program to fit the customer's level of ability and works on improving their skills! It is hard to find someone with Peter's abilities and his kindness to work with people to improve their physical abilities! I learn something new every time I meet with him! I wish I had started earlier!
I have been with Peter (Peter Niewman, owner/trainer) for about 5 years now. I started with Peter after meeting him at Cheryl's hair cutting place in a couple of doors north of Peter's place. He goes slow, but always gets results! I had a shoulder that had a rotary cup repair 15 years ago, which got damaged again several years ago. The only way I could get to sleep was take a cortisone shot in the shoulder! Peter has totally fixed that shoulder where it is not painful and works just like the other one! I am now building up my strength! Way to go, Peter!

Peter is the best out there. If you have chronic injuries, autoimmune disease, or you’re just looking to get more fit and healthy— he’s your guy. Not only is he able to easily tell exactly what you need, he is one of few trainers out there with just about every certification available. Peter is a Master at his craft! Hands down one of the best at what he does. I have chronic inflammatory issues that limit mobility with strength at times. Even after the 1 hour spent working through some of that, it’s night and day difference in lack of pain and ability to move better. I’m not someone to say I am looking forward to more mobility work ever, but I can’t wait to continue down this path of pain free with Peter.

Hands down one of the best training sessions I’ve had. I’ve been in the gym for awhile and done plenty of weight training over the last few years. After a recent shoulder injury that hasn’t healed I decided to reach out to Peter and set up a session to do some mobility work. I had never thought much about it and the importance of learning my body mechanics and how things should move safely. Peter took the time to work through multiple movements and the correct way to do them and the right ways to move. His attention to detail and focus on what was best for me and what was needed to correct the things that had been compounding my injury was priceless. Can’t say enough good things about Peter and Icebox Kettlebell. If you want to unlock your body’s true potential go check him out you won’t be disappointed.

I appreciate the training Peter has given me during this challenge. I had not trained with kettle bells before. Peter teaches how to use the kettlebell safely with proper technique and form. My strength and balance has improved greatly.
