I’ve been working with Donald for 2 1/2 months. All of a sudden, my phone pops up and tells me that I am seven years lower than my actual cardiovascular age. I have the Oura ring and after about two months into training, I noticed every day it was staying green and I was in restorative most of the day versus the previous 12 months where I was always in the high stress. I’ve never done a review for anyone but I can say he’s the most knowledgeable Trainer kind professional knows exactly what he’s doing professional kind so yes, I’m a fan. I’m 62 and I’m the healthiest and most powerful that I been in years. And one last thing, the mental aspect of it cause I was working out at the gym by myself alone without The Trainer and doing things, but this is just a level up from that so all of the cognitive stuff has kicked in. Just very grateful get an appointment.

Donald pushes me! He very attentive and adjust to my response to the routines. It’s been such a pleasure to train with Donald.

I had to leave a review after being referred to Donald!
The location is right off the highway inside a gym type facility. Donald met me at my arrival and lead me to the massage room. The area was small, low lit, smelled nice and he had calming music playing in the background. The massage table was heated and the room was a comfortable temperature. I'm so glad, because it was cold outside and I have low iron. This was my first encounter with Donald and he was attentive and professional. I felt comfortable to let him know my problem areas and concerns. I will definitely book again, thanks for the rejuvenating massage!

Just had a phenomenal stretching session with Donald, who I would recommend to anybody! My training session with Donald involved no light work. Within the first few minutes my heart rate was elevated with sweat pouring from my body. Donald really kicked my butt into high gear, something I wasn't necessarily expecting since I consider myself to be a well conditioned athlete who knows her way around the gym.

I'd definitely recommend training with Donald regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. As a trained martial artist who's well versed in exercise science, he keeps the workouts fun yet challenging, and will explain the science behind why he works certain muscles in a specific sequence. My advice for future trainees is to be ready to get a good sweat in and be sure to pick his brain about anything fitness related!

I find that working out with Donald has brought my level of fitness to where I want it to be. When I first started, I was fit from working out consistently but not exactly where I wanted to be.
