My name is Brandon Nguyen and I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. My sessions emphasize a foundation of physical structural integrity while cultivating mental and emotional health to enable your best performance in life. We work to achieve your version of a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle, but make sure to enjoy the journey and play along the way!

Whether you're looking to increase strength, enhance mental clarity, or simply unwind and de-stress there's something for all experience levels and body types. Individual sessions and overall programs are designed specifically for your needs to integrate into your busy schedule and so that we maintain your results for the long term

I’ve been training with Brandon since January of this year, and he has been instrumental in helping me to achieve my fitness goals. He does a great job of the basics expected out of a personal trainer, such as helping you stay disciplined & holding you accountable, motivating you, and building a workout plan for you.

However, Brandon brings to the table other qualities that set him apart from the rest. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the body and different schools of thought on strength training and overall health, he’s extremely versatile and open to trying routines outside of the norm (mobility, spinal rotation, yoga, etc.), and he just provides an overall great perspective on physical and mental health overall, no matter what your goals are or what age or gender you are.

Brandon is just an all-around solid guy who takes his work very seriously, and it shows. He is a small business owner here in St. Pete who’s active in the community and who regularly strives to partner with other local small businesses. And, ultimately, whatever your fitness goals are, Brandon will make sure you get there!

I trained with Brandon for a month while managing a minor injury. He was able to tailor the workouts to work around the injury while still supporting recovery and improving strength. He clearly explained the purpose of each exercise, which helped me better understand the process and stay engaged. My son was interested in a healthy lifestyle. His therapist recommended Brandon as someone who could help him gain control and understand his body in a positive way. My wife and I joined our son in weekly personal training sessions with Brandon. Brandon was amazing with our son and taught us all correct and safe ways to exercise. I am in St Pete during mostly winter months and I am an avid yoga practitioner when I’m home in Michigan but my local studio and my practice has flattened out and I was looking for something a bit different. I liked the fact that Brandon has a yoga instructor background—I figured his queues would be instructional. I am a sailor and 58 years old. Keeping in shape hasn’t always been a priority for me, but I want to be able to continue sailing into my 70s (and later?) and figured this would be a good time to start. I also have a shoulder injury and we spent a good amount of time talking about designing our routine to focus on assisting with my shoulder rehab and strengthening but has also provided a well-rounded strength training. It’s been just a few weeks and my shoulder feels stronger and the work has been pain-free. He is gentle, kind and just a really nice person with my best health interest in mind. Working with others can involve ego at times—working with Brandon has been a great pleasure and no drama. Thanks Brandon!

Brandon has gone above and beyond to transform a “work out” into a “fun” class for our young athletes. My girls are stronger in their sports - hitting further in golf or stronger strikes/ agility in soccer. Brandon provides an excellent personal approach to fitness. He is very patient and tailors the workout to my skill level. He has great analogies for each exercise and emphasizes breathing and proper technique. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift heavier weights, and push myself harder throughout each session. I enjoy the in person sessions, and I appreciate that he provides virtual sessions for times when I am not able to come to the gym.

Brandon is exceptional. I've taken yoga with him and he is a true yogi. Very skilled and knowledgeable and I love his calming energy. When my 14 year old son wanted to get stronger for basketball, I hired Brandon to train him. Brandon is amazing. I’ve taken yoga with Brandon in the past and really enjoyed it. For the last few months I have had him as my strength and mobility trainer and couldn’t be happier. Brandon really cares about his clients and it shows. I have a pre-existing shoulder injury from years ago and he’s been awesome in regards to guiding me with rehabilitation, mobility, and finding exercises that help strengthen the shoulder. It helps that Brandon is a great guy in general and I always look forward to our training sessions. I take yoga classes with Brandon on Monday and Wednesday evenings. These are my favorite classes to come to! I never miss them. It doesn’t matter how stressed I walk in I always leave calmed and relaxed. Brandon creates a no judgment space that is great for people at all levels.
