I canceled my gym membership back in May and was told it was no problem. I have continued to be charged each month since then. I have gone back to the gym each month and they said it’s taken care of and I’ll have a refund for the charge.

I have never gotten a refund. I finally called the billing company they use and was told that the cancelation was never put in and my membership was still active.

The employee there straight up lied to me repeatedly and at this point this gym had stolen hundreds of dollars from me.

Although this gym has good helpful workout classes. I canceled my membership (which they never even asked why) because I did not feel welcomed as a new member. I’m looking for a gym (classes) where your introduced as a new member to get to know others & they get to know you so you don’t feel left out when others are talking amongst each other known by names. Also, somewhere where the staff is friendly & speak to you when you walk in the gym, making you feel welcomed like they want you there, instead of you having to be the first to say hello, hi, etc. (initiate speaking) My ride was late after my class, at first I sat inside for a while then I went outside in front to wait on my ride & it was night. Not one staff member showed a bit of concern to ask was I ok. After a free trial week with another gym after the first day they were texting me asking how did things go. I missed a couple days as a member here & heard from no one. I’m not looking for friends just a gym that treats you like a team & makes you feel welcomed like family. This gym is not for me. They do not cater to new members. Hopefully they see this review & that changes for others🙏🏽♥️

While this is a smaller gym, i do enjoy it. the staff is always friendly, building and equipment is clean, and overall a good environment. my only complaint would be only 1 squat rack inside. Like I said in the other review. Kim was an awesome representative and she took me and showed me around the gym and I felt as if I was at home. Like I had known her all of my life. I am a medic in the United States Army, why am I sharing this? Not for any type of recognition, none needed. Only to emphasize I have literally worked out at gyms all across this country and many in other countries as well. This is my honest opinion, you do what you please with it.

The gym: Hot and stagnant! Fans are present, but some don’t work and others are positioned at such a height that they can not be adjusted to give relief. Some new equipment, but 80% is old worn out and simply given very little maintenance. It’s not the cleanest gym nor the dirtiest. The price is good at $26 a month military discount/first responder. Owner is a tad bit abrasive. Never introduced himself or thanked me for my membership but did scold me like a child for using the wrong room and made me aware there was a sign on the door stating directions. Many younger people that don’t even bother to put their weights away, their too busy posing. The owners daughter is wonderful always upbeat and pleasant no matter what, she is precisely why I joined. Even tempered and just a all around wonderful young lady. My apologies for being notoriously horrible at names. All in all I’d give this gym a 3 out of 5 stars, lots of room for improvement. Nothing special just a hard core fart and cough kinda place. Hoorah……..

I go here almost every day. It's a great gym for people who are sticklers for cleanliness. That's a huge thing for me. At other gyms, I would never see the staff out and about doing basic things like vacuuming, wiping down counters, making sure locker room was pine sol clean. I always see the folks at Infinity cleaning and doing so with pride!! Kim and Daya are delightful and happy when I walk in. Always greet me. Other gyms have cavalier employees who just seem angry, miserable and just look at their iPhones instead of saying hello. But not at Infinity! They seem to enjoy working there! Al is the owner, very old school and a super nice guy. I am glad this local business is thriving. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience! The owner personally gave me a tour and explained a great training program for me without trying to up sell me anything. The gym is well equipped with what appears to be very well maintained and new equipment. Everything was spotlessly clean. Kim at the front desk was polite, professional and personable. I have gone to Infinity for 13 years and have tried others by invitation and found none better. It is clean and organized as well as involvement in with local events and charities. I am an active senior, Infinity Fitness Silver Sneakers is a perfect fit. The instructors are certified. They are in touch with senior's need. I especially like the mind/body connection and balance exercises that seniors are struggling with. I also attended Line Dance classes. Along with being fun, I am again doing exercise that fits my needs. There is a very positive attitude and energy throughout the gym.

Only visited this business and took a tour. It has a small place that is only open and security watched during "business hours". It has a big area that is open 24/7, with no staff and little (?) security. It is hard to find, and appeared pretty dark on the outside. I would not feel very comfortable visiting this business after dark. Lots of puffed up bodies come here, but I don't know about just regular people, although they do have spin machines. No pool. Just not what I'm looking for.

Very old equipment and some needs repair. They do not put weights up after use. Let people slam the weights on the floor and the floor seems to have holes or soft spots in it. I Came in from out of town and needed a place to workout for 2 days; I dealt with several staff members, including Rachael and Kim, over the course of trying to acquire a visitors pass here and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I eventually came in and purchased two very reasonably priced day passes. The gym itself has a nice but grungy (in a good way) feel to it, with adequate equipment to get a comprehensive bodybuilding style workout in. They also seem to have plenty of cardio equipment if you're in to that, and also had a cool outdoor workout area. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely become a member if I lived in the area.

Tyrell runs a legit bootcamp to push anyone—from serious athletes to first timers who have never seen the inside of a gym—past their goals. If you want to get after it, Infinity is the place to go.

I WONDER HOW MANY OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE BRIBES.. I used to use infinity fitness. When I signed up I was promised coaching, nutrition guides and help learning the equipment. When these things did not happen I posted a poor review. The owner then contacted me and bribed me into changing my rating to a 5 star and again promised nutrition guides, meal planning tips, and personal training sessions at no cost. He never followed through with it so I cancelled my membership with plenty of notice. Now I have it reported on my credit and collection agencies calling me. They may be friendly but do not believe him when he tells you he is going to do something to help you. The ONLY thing I miss about this gym is the yoga and zumba class.

I, like the gentlemen before, am having issues with them canceling my account. I haven't been able to use the facility in 6 months because my fiance' and I moved too far away. Now I've put in a cancellation form (2 months ahead of time) and they dated it the day after the auto renewal so that I'll have to pay another month (September) instead of me just paying just for this last month (August). The overwhelming majority of it is worn out with cushion tears and/or tape over cushion tears. The first time I went it took me 3 tries to find a treadmill that worked. When a machine breaks it may sit like that for weeks. The floor is partially covered with ratty rubber mats that are turning up at the edges. The rest of the floor is a thin gray carpet with lots of stains. The overall feel of the place is rather dirty - from the walls and floors to the mirrors and equipment itself. They offer sweat towels for you to use, but if you go during non-business hours there's a good chance that there won't be any available. The gym area itself is also kept pretty warm. I've seen the temperature on the thermostat in there at 77 on a weekend. The music is usually some sort of 2000's club-sounding station which they play so loud that it makes using headphones difficult unless you turn them up to eardrum damaging levels. A portion of the equipment is located in a secondary room that may only be used if you're a senior or a female. This wouldn't be a big deal if there was any level of equipment redundancy, or if some of the stuff in there had a matching counterpart available in the weight room for the rest of us. It is common to see dumbells and plates laying around not being put away properly. The locker room is even hotter than the rest of the gym already is and often smells bad. All in all this is probably the worst gym I've ever been a member of - rather ironic for a place that calls itself "Best Infinity". It has potential, but it just seems like no one cares about this place.

I have been training with Tyrell for 4 years at Infinity Fitness and with Al for 2 years before that. I've also been doing yoga with Shannon for the past 4 months. I never been in better shape! I am grateful to have such wonderful resources like Infinity Fitness here in our area. Thank you!

I have been going to Infinity Fitness in Fruitland Park for four months. I immediately felt comfortable there and signed my wife and one of my colleagues up as well. This gym has made a difference in our lives and health. My friend already needs smaller clothes and I might need larger shirts. They have treadmills in a projection room and 24 hour access. Come check it out for yourself!
