The overall experience has been disappointing, and I feel compelled to share insights for the benefit of other parents considering this business. The hip-hop classes for 12-year-olds operate on a laissez-faire basis, allowing kids to do as they please. Unfortunately, this approach translates to minimal learning and attention. The classes encourage forming groups and creating individual dances, which might not be suitable for newcomers, especially if they're freshmen like my daughter.
The coach showed little concern for newcomers, and established class members maintained exclusive relationships, making it challenging for newcomers to integrate. After a month, my daughter decided to quit trying to be part of the team, unable to cope with discouraging statements like "you will never be a part of us."
Upon informing the front desk of our decision to stop the classes, we were informed that we had to pay for the next month as well, despite our desire to drop out. Reluctantly, I agreed since we had signed the paperwork and authorized automatic payments during enrollment. To our surprise, two months later, we received an email claiming we owed money with penalties attached. This required logging into an account we never had; the office manager had put our card on file during enrollment, granting them access to cover monthly payments that we never received.
While I understand the rule that clients may need to pay for one month after dropping out, the situation becomes perplexing when faced with additional charges. I initially accepted this condition, but tripling the last month's fee with penalties seems unjustified and raises concerns about the transparency and fairness of their billing. The phone number of the business on Google maps keeps saying Happy Halloween on December, 4. So the business doesn’t care about the client feedback, satisfaction and the way they represent themselves publicly

Won't be back. Owner was rude to me more than once. She gave a rude response just to me needing to pick my kid up a little before 3 due to an unexpected medical appt. We reserved more than a week but after the first week my daughter didn't want to go back,she also said owner was mean in class. Cancelled my remaining weeks and won't be back.

Huge disappointment. I sent my two daughters and their friend to summer camp and all three of them hated it. They were all excited as they all love art. They said the woman who runs the camp, who is also the owner, yelled most of the camp and was mean. Threatened to duct tape a kids mouth shut because he was “being annoying.” The kids didn’t even want to finish the week. Don’t waste your money. There are plenty of other art camps where the staff is nice to your kids and don’t spend the entire camp yelling and being mean.

I love the concept of this storefront, they have amazing dance classes, fitness classes and they sell great apparel, accessories, etc.…

The place runs a camp during the summer. They rely on volunteers to help run the camp with no training or expectations communicated to the volunteers. At times there is little to no supervision of the front door where anyone can walk into the building. This seems like a major safety issue. I attempted to have an adult conversation about these issues but the owner was standoffish ran into the building and locked the door before finishing our conversation.

Innovative Studios is an amazing studio! After starting Power Barre, which is an amazing full body workout, I enrolled by 4 year old daughter in the dance program. My daughter is now 5 and loves going to dance every week. Jillian, the owner, cares about every single student (adults included). She takes time to communicate with the parents, and makes the kids feel special. The personalized experience makes this the perfect studio for us!

We are so happy to have our dance home at Innovative Studios. My daughter absolutely loves her classes and all of the teachers are amazing. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure her dancers are happy and everything is running as smoothly as possible. We’ve been going here for almost two years and their ability to adapt to what’s going on in the world is amazing. I always know my girl is in great, loving hands. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this studio!

The Dance Company Trinity at Innovative studios is THE best dance studio! The owner, Jillian Michaels, is professional, creative, and passionate about the art of dance. She truly cares for each and every one of her students. Jillian and her staff openly communicate and are welcoming and friendly to all. We love being a part of the TDC Trinity family.

We absolutely love Innovative Studios. The owner is creative and innovative in all of her programming. Her vision for the Innovative Studios offers such a variety of services but yet it still feels so cohesive. Not only is she a wonderful, caring, experienced teacher. She also attracts similar teachers and has an amazing staff. This is more than just a dance studio. It is such a wonderful asset to our community. We love it for many reasons. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this studio. Not only is my daughter receiving a quality dance education but she's making great friends. Her technique has grown by leaps and bounds. Her confidence has also grown tremendously and as a mother I can't ask for more than that. The joy that comes out when she dances brings a smile to my face as I watch.

This place is absolutely amazing! The teachers and staff are very knowledgeable and professional. My daughter dances almost 20 hours a week for a very affordable price. We always know what is going on through email, social media, and our accounts. I would give more stars if I could. 😊
