My daughter started camp here this summer and thus far she looooves it! All the staff are amazing with the kids and so so helpful. I desperately needed a spot for the second session because I didn’t have the heart to tell my daughter she had to go somewhere new since she was loving it some much and they helped me instantly figure things out. The love and care this place gives is 10/10. As a mom my top priority is finding a place that loves and cares for my kid just as much as I do. Cannot wait to watch my mini grow here. Do it, you won’t regret it.

These people are scammers. I went for a $15 trial class for my daughter, which the attention was very poor for her first class. Hence why we chose not to register at all… well, little did we know 2 months later we had been getting charged without our consent close to $400 for something we never agreed or signed up for. Trying to get my money back has been a nightmare, which I’m still waiting for it at this point. All that to say, their strategy of getting people in for a little trial class and then taking people’s money without their consent is truly a scam, and they should be ashamed of that. Stay way from Intensity Gymnastics.

The owner, Stacy, charged me for aftercare services that never occurred. When I tried to explain what happened, I was rudely interrupted and told it was my fault due to a lack of communication on my part. What communication? My daughter did not stay past her pick-up time, and I was still charged $50 for just calling to warn them that she may be late being picked up. Why would I be charged for late charges prior to the lateness occurring? I was charged the fee at 3:15 pm when the late fee would not kick in until 5:30 pm. Please make it make sense!
Stacy's unprofessional attitude and confrontational manner are poor business standards. Regarding aftercare, if you want security, do not let your child attend. No one is paying attention to who is picking up your children; anyone could walk out with them. They also have administrative issues regarding scheduling. You say 4 days a week for gymnastics, they put in 5, and charge you for 5. You say pickup at 6:30 p.m., they put in 5:30 p.m., and then charge you the late fees.

Between the spacious environment and patient coaches, I would HIGHLY recommend Intensity Gymnastics. My 5 year old daughter started 5 months ago and still loves it and is learning flexibility and beginner moves. Coach T is amazing and knows how to connect with the young kids very well. She gives them enough breaks and is interactive. She spends time with each child in her group and gives easy demonstrations. The weekly price is doable as well. If you miss a class, within 30 days they allow you to make it up.
They have day camp as well that my daughter usually attends when Broward schools are out. The day camp is a bit spendy, but my daughter enjoys being here for a full day so I’d say it’s worth it. The other kids in her group are also sweet and respectful. Haven’t yet run into any kids that make it hard to pay attention in class. Thank you Ms T and Intensity Gymnastics!

My daughters attended this gym for 1 month. They became sick and I was advised that they can do make up classes within 30 days from the missed days. 10 days after, I tried going for the make up classes only to be told, the kids are not registered though I already paid for the month. The person who told me within 30 days did not explain that and there was no effort to find a resolution; she was very nonchalant and didn’t care at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

My child started Intensity this summer for tumbling. I can see the improvement in the precision and technique of her flips. I absolutely love her instructor Jaz. She is attentive to the students and their needs. She seems to remember what her students need to work on. Several times have I watched her interact with her class and she is always giving them feedback and reminding them how to address their specific challenges. The icing on the cake for me was this evening she had a larger class and she called another instructor (Todiya) to assist. Today made Todiya pulled students from the floor group to work with them individually. Thanks to Jaz for all her help and dedication.

Both my kids actually go to other gyms, but we go to Intensity frequently on Saturday nights for open gym - they both love it! They've had a great time every time they have been, everyone is very respectful of everyone else and the young ladies working the front are always very kind. I truly love that the open gym is open to any gymnast without question and it's just a fun time on a Saturday night! Even the older guys/ladies who are doing their thing there are respectful of the younger ones. Really a great and safe environment.

I’ve been going to their Tuesday and Saturday open gyms for about 2 years now and I always recommend it to anyone who wants to try out gymnastics, parkour, or calisthenics. The open gyms are great because you’re able to try pretty much anything, and most of us who go regularly are always open to helping newcomers get into the sports. Open gyms would be great if you want to learn how to do a backflip or something like that. Also, you can use most of the equipment as well as the trampoline

Also the owners are very friendly, and the coaches all seem very knowledgeable. A lot of the coaches seem to be gymnasts or cheerleaders themselves, and I’ve seen some really advanced gymnasts in the classes here. I’d definitely recommend Intensity for gymnastics classes as well

The Owner” Director of Operations Stacey is running that gym down to the ground. We were with this gym for a little over 2 years, we were sold a dream by Stacey prior to us joining the intensity gymnastics competitive team, thinking there was room for growth and possible collegiate style training like Stacey promised. Their turn around rate for coaches was outrageous. Stacey also failed to give us proper notice for when the coach was on her way out. It wasn’t until we pressured her for answers that she sent an email out to let us know of changes. As an owner of a gym, it is critical to warn parents about any changes being made. Upon hearing about the dismissal of our girls coach, Stacey was scrambling to find anyone she could so she didn’t loose the money coming in from our girls. With that being said, there were two young girls she hired to train our girls their level of qualifications were scarcely credible. Two young girls with no prior coaching experience other than being ex gymnasts in Intensity gymnastics with again no knowledge of actual training. Stacey banks off the fact that these mothers have no knowledge of how a gym is ran or the safety of the equipment for the girls. I wanted to have a peaceful and quiet exit out of this gym but Stacey made sure to make it difficult. She is greedy, unprofessional, and will make anyone think she is nice and innocent. However, the second she is questioned and is confronted with a issue she gets defensive, rude and standoffish.She refused to give me any “contracts” she claimed I signed stating she had nothing to give me. I gave this gym more chances than I should’ve and I am glad we are no longer associated with that gym as it is shameful.

We had a very warm and friendly welcoming from the moment we called Intensity earlier this month. The front desk staff and Coaches were very kind and communicative. We attended a trial class that my daughter enjoyed, but they suggested she attend a higher level class the following week. I'm so glad they did, because it was a perfect match! My daughter absolutely loved it. The coaches and the challenge the class brought was just what my daughter needed. My daughter has been attending gymnastics here for almost a year. We transferred to this gym from another gym in the area and the change in my daughter is amazing! She is comfortable and excelling, all due to the fantastic coaching staff and the amazing front desk staff. She does not do well in situations where there are a lot of people she does not know, and since Day 1 she has been comfortable here. I am at the gym for at least 3 hours every week while she is in classes, and I am constantly watching the coaching staff interact with the kids (all different ages and skill level) and on more than one occasion have commended the coaches for how they are encouraging to the gymnasts.

We have been attending Intensity the last few weeks after switching from another local gymnastics place. We were welcomed with kindness from the front desk staff and coaches. They worked with my daughter to find the right class fit for her. And Stacy the owner went above and beyond to make the classes work for our family. The director, Stacey, should have her husband run the show, hes far more rational. Clearly a business owner in distress, running an flawed operation. Rather than correcting her shortcomings she takes her frustrations out of spite on parents, students, and even her own dedicated employees. At this rate of progression your child would need two lifetimes in order to succeed. Asking 15 year Olds to use your flawed policies are ludicrous, and when it failed you, you took zero accountability. Parents and students look for a gym that's seeking competitive growth and not just financial status.

I asked simple questions about a class that was offered. Instead I was told to “come down and check it out.” Before I spend $31+gas/time/energy as a disabled parent I need to have my questions answered. It took 2 more emails for me to have my questions answered. The director Stacey Horvath even responded with “it’s nothing like that lol” to one of my emails. Not sure what it was in response to. This interaction which was *only* email completely turned me off to stepping foot in the facility.

We absolutely love it here. I never wanted my child to do gymnastics and now I am grateful that she took interest in it. Intensity in just a few months has made us so happy. It's way beyond my kid learning. The environment here is so friendly and wonderful. The entire staff is lovely. It's not just my child, I watch the way they are with everyone. Every single kid I watch here seems wonderful. everyone is so supportive of each other. My child is making great new friends, even I am making new friends! If you are looking for a super friendly environment that is still serious about what they do, then you'll love it here. Intensity is like our new family.

I had a horrible experience at this gym. I went with my children to an open gym that I wanted to try. but my kid seeing the place was not so interested so i asked for a refund but the lady at the reception refused to give me my refund so she gave me credit for next time until then it was perfect. Towards the end of the session when my oldest son was finishing, his younger brother went to look for him to let him know that we were leaving after 2 and a half hours waiting for him. As soon as my son came back to me, the woman came to me in a very rude manner and demanded the credit she wrote on the name card when my son didn't even use the facilities, he was sitting next to me the whole time he just sat next to me. He got up to tell his brother. finish his routine. I was very upset and disappointed in how unprofessional this lady was towards me and my youngest son about what happened.

Overall, if you are looking for a gym where problems can be reasonably avoided and resolved while respecting the customers, then this is not the place.

This place is SO unprofessional. My child has been there for almost a year and hasn’t even had a designated coach. The ONE coach that was working with her in the beginning just disappeared one day and they didn’t even provide a notice or explanation. Imagine taking your daughter to a weekly class and not knowing who is going to be teaching that class that day. How is my child suppose to learn? And when I finally decide to remove my child completely, the owner of the company (Stacy) was SO rude. All she wanted to tell me was about what I signed up for in the beginning! Knowing that nothing in the gym was the same as it was in the beginning! There was no remorse for things going wrong, no suggestions on how we can get back on the same page. She didn’t even ASK why I decided to pull my daughter out. She just huffed and puffed before basically telling me to call back later. I wasn’t gonna write a review before but I just think you all should know what your really getting into.

We had our daughters birthday party here this past weekend and it was perfect! Everyone had a great time - kids and adults! The staff was extremely accommodating - party included pizza ( huge bonus when feeding a crowd) we only had to supply cake and drinks. Coaches were provided to entertain the children and were super attentive to all the kids. The birthday girl was given a special “Happy birthday” medal which was a very nice touch! The owners are so kind and willing to work with us on dates and times for the party! I look forward to signing our daughter up for classes because she loves it here! Thank you intensity for making this a birthday to remember!!!!

This has to be the worst gym in south Florida. They are constantly changing coaches and the facilities is poorly ran. We went to several competitions where the Girls lost points because the coaches were not aware of the rules of the competition. Instead of improving their services they attempt to Bully parents by threatening not to let the Athletes compete. If you are looking for somewhere for you child to develop this is not it.

Response. This is not the first time you have heard of this, most of your competing team left for the same reason. Your attempt to appear professional on google review dose not take away from the truth. Read other reviews I am not the only one who have had the displeasure of dealing with this. The gym throwing away all of my daughters belongings was just another example of the petty attitude and lack of professionalism Her things were in an assigned locker they knew exactly who they belong to. It was nowhere near 60 days that is a terrible lie. I called the gym as soon as I returned from a trip that I told them about. I could go on for days but like I said do your research before joining this gym. There is a reason their Competition team is made up of new members every season. Asking new members leave you a review Before they have had an opportunity to truly experience what it’s like at this gym it’s a sad attempt to manipulate the review system but the truth always comes out.

I purchased a groupon to get my 2 year old involved in gymnastics. I left several messages and never got a call back. Finally, I got someone on the phone who told me the groupon was for 7yrs and up, however the groupon clearly stated it was for 2 years old and up. What a waste of money and time.

Manager/Owner has an attitude. She will be really nice to you until you start paying. Now I have no idea what is going on when there are changes. There is no communication and they never return/answer your calls. They lost coach Sean who was amazing. Coach Eddie is really great too but he doesn't teach our time :(
The place is really dirty too. I'm leaving soon. Very disappointed on customer service.

The place is great! Great coaches, excellent pricing and atmosphere. The only reason I would give it a 4 and not a 5 is because when there are big classes teachers tend to gather and talk and you have to keep reminding them or my kid isn’t given enough direction and correction on what to do. Other than that one issue that in reality is on you as a parent to be aware of your kids, I recommend the smaller classes. I would definitely recommend them.

This place ripped me off for over $180 and want me to respectfully re-enroll my kid saying I didn’t communicate when I reached out numerous times and who ever runs the enrollment was never available… this place is so unorganized and it’s sad you would just take someone money like that… long story short I’m a single mom with 5 kids and my children were sick back to back and for the safety of others I chosed to keep my children home while being sick…well I was advise that she should still attended class worst customer service ever and I will never enroll here again….

My niece attended this school and had the worse experience. As her mom looked on she immediately went and addressed the coach who acted like he never did anything, she then proceeded to the front desk and all they did was offered her another class with the same coach, which we thought was unbelievable!!!! They acted so nonchalant and like they just couldn’t care about anything and only offered one day’s refund instead of the month my sister had just paid, cause no way my sister was taking my niece back to that school. I’m totally disappointed and disgusted, I give this school a BIG FAT ZERO!!!!!!

I was lucky enough to get a Groupon to “test the waters” with my 6 year old and to say the least she absolutely loves coming to gymnastics. The staff is nice and the gym is spacious and clean. Would recommend :)
