Trying to leave this studio has been like pulling teeth. Getting in touch with anyone was nearly impossible. I called multiple times to cancel, left messages that were never returned, and only managed to reach Samantha—one of the owners—twice. Both times she answered while in the car, promised to call me back, and never did.

After weeks of chasing, I finally received the cancellation form—three weeks late—yet I was still charged for another month. Now, months later, I’m still being billed for classes I no longer attend, along with random unexplained $5 fees.

When this level of disregard and unprofessionalism comes from ownership itself, it’s especially disappointing.

Loved this class! I took my very first mat Pilates class at Intentions—a HOT HOUZ Mat Pilates heated class with Delaney Smith—and it far exceeded my expectations. I’ve done plenty of reformer classes before, but I was nervous to try a new studio and mat Pilates for the first time.
The moment I walked in, the environment felt so friendly. I admitted I didn’t know what to do, and both Delaney and other class members immediately helped me gather everything I needed—weights, bands, ball, mat, etc.

The class itself was the perfect mix of challenging and rewarding. Delaney teaches in a seamless state of flow, demonstrating every move while keeping the atmosphere calm, motivating, and supportive. The room was heated, dark, and intimate (which I loved!), making it feel like my own little focused space.

If you’re looking for an uplifting, effective, and welcoming Pilates experience—especially if you’re new—Delaney is amazing. Highly recommend!

The equipment is good and so are most instructors. However, I have never encountered this level of immature management in handling questions who chooses to not respond and consider their silence a response. Until I said I would meet them in court ..management finally had the ability to respond. Management reveals no experience in business..

Heard about Intentions when they opened up their Hot Houz room. Have been going ever since doing hot floor pilates, yoga, and their coach Nichel's signature fusion pilates/yoga class. I absolutely love the space they created. All instructors are excellent, attentive, and know how to give you the most out of your classes. Highly recommend giving the Intentions team a try!

Intentions Pilates & Wellness Spa is the best Pilates studio in South Florida. Eva and Sam have created something truly beautiful where all are welcomed, respected, and where all can find healing and strength.

I have had Pilates teachers around the country including at the original Joseph Pilates studio in New York. My experience with this plaza has always been pleasant until I had the misfortune of meeting the proprietors of this establishment. Not only were they rude and irrational, I happened to catch the tail end of their screaming match as I was parking. Samantha(or Eva) Orlando and her husband—partner—were obscenely rude to me and a friend of mine. I will never return/trust this establishment.

* what do you call someone—owner, employee, whatever—who watches three separate people arrive in their cars, parking in an empty lot shared by a singular plaza. The fence out front has been there for three years. I have parked in that lot for a while. Said three people, all went into the same establishment, the bookstore beside the pilates establishment in question. Said callers of the local towing company—instead of saying something to the three seperate people who walked into the bookstore—decided to wait exactly five minutes. It was said so on the ticket each car received. So when said people returned back to their cars, to find them gone. They go over to the man closing ip the pilates studio and ask him if he knew if someone had called the towing company from the insurance company that was beside the pilates studio. Our reply was “ I don’t know.My partner may have, follow me, I’ll ask.”

a few minutes later he rides up in a little sports car and proceeds to berate the people who’d been towed—in an empty lot, shared by three establishments— saying and I quote “ You can take it up with your attorney.” At this point we’d figured out it was the woman—who was either working, attending or whatever she does—was the one to call the towing company. And when we asked her why she hadn’t just said something as we were walking in—as she’d been sitting in the same car behind us for a long moment after parking—she simply replied “this is private parking” —there were no indicators in the lot, other than the standard towing sign I park all the time and have never had an issue. If there’s been a simple sign, we wouldn’t have parked at all—I’d suggest fixing that as a business choice. That’s all i have to say on that, I don’t care.

Also, be a better person, people aren’t out here trying one up everyone. We weren’t angry, just confused. If you’d taken the time to explain that I wouldn’t have to resort to showing this entire situation online. I don’t hate this person, I’m disappointed that in this current age of uncertainty, you can’t even depend on common decency.
