10+ years in business. Belle Studios, Personal Training & Fitness located in St. Petersburg, FL that is not your typical gym. We believe that workouts require much more than just showing up at a gym; together we strength train, condition, motivate, inspire, and challenge each other to succeed. We are independently owned and operated by the trainers that train you. Meaning you get the attention and training you deserve! Iron Belle Studios fitness facility offers resources to help you achieve your fitness goals through one on one personal training, small group sessions of 2-4 people and group training 5- 10 people per session. We also offer family fitness sessions. NO big crowds. Private studio, appointment only, no drop ins.

I can't say enough good things about this small, women-only gym run by Michelle. From the moment you walk in, you can tell Michelle genuinely cares, not just about your results but about your overall health and well-being. She takes the time to make sure you're using proper form, helping you avoid injuries and build long-term strength the right way.

One of the biggest game changers for me has been Michelle’s expertise as a certified macro coach. I’ve never had much guidance when it came to nutrition, and she’s helped me understand how to fuel my body properly. Not just diet, but truly eat to feel better and perform better.

The atmosphere at the gym is really empowering. It’s a welcoming space where you’ll meet women of all fitness levels and ages. Whether you're just starting out or already on your fitness journey, you’ll feel comfortable and supported.

The prices are very fair, especially considering the personalized attention and community vibe. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for something more thoughtful and supportive than a big-box gym.

This place absolutely CHANGED my life! Michelle at Iron Belle was the best coach and fitness mentor I've ever had and I wish I would have discovered this gem of a gym sooner. Michelle helped me completely change my diet and fitness routine in a way that made sense for me. She is very thoughtful, caring, and fun to work with as you learn the new workout techniques. I appreciated the nutrition help as well (this was a big area of focus for me). She's super knowledgeable about all things fitness and nutrition and helps you making a long-term lifestyle change. I didn't realize how important it was to focus on all the aspects of weight loss (BMI/body fat %/overall measurements) and focus more on gaining muscle! Also, the workouts are actually FUN and I looked forward to meeting her 3x a week for personal training. When I started at Iron Belle, I was definitely hoping for results but I was shocked when I lost just over 30 pounds in just a couple of months. If I wouldn't have moved out of state for family reasons, I would have been a lifer at this gym. Don't hesitate for a second, just go to Iron Belle! <3 <3 <3

This is the best place I have ever found to stay motivated to exercise and become as physically fit as you can possibly be! If you are thinking about checking them out, stop thinking about it and do it! You will be happy you did if you are looking for a place that will actually help you to be your own personal best. If you have limitations, Michelle and all the trainers will give you modifications that will work and keep you working! They only take so many clients at a time - I think to allow them to be able to truly help everyone who joins.

I started at Iron Belle about 3 months ago and finally found my place! I actually look forward to coming 6 days a week to workout now! Michelle, jade, and yuri are amazing Instructors who constantly motivate me while securing a safe environment for all. I love the variety - from strength training, to kickboxing, to cardio, and bootcamp! Michelle and the team also work on nutrition which has been super helpful! The fittttt women that attend are very kind, supportive, and upbeat! Love the healthy environment and excited to continue on my adventure to being my best version!

I love Iron Belle. I started a little over a year ago and my body and attitude towards fitness has completely transformed. My body fat is down almost 10% and I am lifting heavy and feeling so strong. Michelle, Yuri and Jade are great at keeping me motivated. There are frequent challenges and the opportunity to participate in FitRanx. Michelle hears my goals and holds me accountable. She has helped me make adjustments to my diet as well. The workouts are planned for me but I’m also given “free time” to focus on my personal goals. Iron Belle is more than a gym and I’m thankful every day that I found it!

I joined this gym more than a year ago and never looked back. Small group fitness classes with the best coaches/personal trainers I have ever been with. The fitness instructors at Iron Belle are absolutely amazing! You will never want to step foot in another gym after your experience here. I have terrible ankle problems and started with personal training sessions with Yuri. She taught me how to modify every exercise and I am now able to workout pain-free! I can participate in the group classes and keep up with everyone. I am beyond thankful that I found Yuri, Michelle and the Iron Belle team! They’ve changed my life and they can change yours too.

I just started at Iron Belle and I really love it. I joined the 8 week challenge they are having. Being the new girl is overwhelming and scary....but the trainers/coaches help you and encourage you. I just started the 6 week challenge with this studio and I have to say that I am so impressed! All of the girls in the group sessions are so motivating and driven, it makes you really want to push yourself. Michelle is also a great trainer (she knows what shes doing). I have met a lot of trainers throughout the years of working out and she really knows how to correct your form and push you to where you need to be. I'm very happy so far that I have found this place... It's like a hidden gem! I look forward to staying with them after the 6 week challenge.

Let me start by saying this, this is not the gym you come to get cookies and get kicked out if you make grunting sounds lol. This is my tribe, my team, my family and my friends. Working-out with a team is way different than it is when you workout alone. We motivate each other everyday and push each other. This is where you come to make real lifestyle changes, not silly diets. I always got felt for the $10 gyms that taught you how to do a workout and then they walked away and you were on your own, then you came the next day and didn’t know what the heck to do so you never showed up again ,there for you wasted your money. You come to Iron Belle Studios you won’t be lost. They always tell us what to do before each class so don’t think you’ll be given heavy weights and be ask to do “hard stuff” if you aren’t trained to do so yet etc.

Michelle and Yuri are the best! Their program works amazing and they make you feel so important, constantly helping me with form which is most of my problem when I try to work out alone. Never letting me slip up they really make sure you get one on one time with the trainer even in a large group with other people. I love it here I'm so glad I got introduced to them! Not only do they motivate you to look better but they also care about what's on the inside too and to keep you at your best. Michelle makes it her mission to keep everyone happy and healthy. I love working out at Iron Belle Studio! I feel challenged and worked out in a short amount of time. There is always a different workout on any given day and that keeps it fun. The kettle bell excercises are my favorite. I love the supportive culture that is this studio- Michelle and Yuri play a huge role in that. I am constantly improving and working toward being the best version of myself and that feels great! I have a lot of support with the exercises I do, but also have nutritional guidance. I couldn't recommend this studio enough!!!

Michelle is one of the most amazing trainers I've ever worked with! She definitely knows what she is talking about when it comes to getting moving and your food intake. I had a difficult time adjusting to the limited class schedule, but that just made me start going to sleep earlier, and waking up earlier! Michelle is not for the faint of heart! She will put your excuses into check, and that's what I love most about her!!! I'm feeling better, I'm looking better, and there is a great support and bond throughout the entire gym :)

I highly recommend this place. If you are a woman under 30 or over 30 (I’m over 50, shhh…); if you are thin or not so thin (uh, me); if you are an athlete or a couch potato (me, couch potato); if you want a toned body or want a healthy body, this is for you! Classes include kickboxing and kettlebells for all levels and all ages. It’s easy to build friendships with the other Iron Belles. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging so you never feel judged or not good enough. Classes are right sized so that the trainers can get to know you personally and dictate appropriate weights and exercises for you to use. The trainers Michelle and Yuri know how to keep you motivated to achieve your goal. I needed guidance on diet and exercise. I got what I needed here. Within two weeks I saw improvement in my resting heart rate, dropping from 74 to 63 bps. Within 4 weeks my daily 2.5 mile walk went from 55 min to 45 min, my arms got toned and I lost inches around my waist, hips and ribcage. If you’re looking for fun, camaraderie, good health and a fit body, I recommend checking out Iron Belle Studios.
