I come a CrossFit class of more than 5 years. I had some physical concerns and then had rotator cuff and bicycle surgery and decided to do to something more person focused versus class size. For 2 months I’ve gone to morning strength classes and what’ a different I have seen. In this short time she’s addressed my form and weights and she had helped me I feel stronger and have more definition in my arms in all the times at CrossFit.

I loved working out at ILF during my 3 week stay in Navarre - finding an all women's gym was so nice! Clean facility, great equipment and super friendly trainers/gym goers. Will absolutely be back!

Great that it’s women only, but allowing members to work out with their bare dirty feet on the machines in the gym is unsanitary. I don’t know how they allow this when it’s literally a hazard for safety to be BAREFOOT in a gym.

Staff is very welcoming, facility is clean, and safe. You have to type in a code to get in and the door locks behind you. There’s also security cameras for the parking lot and front door. They display the footage on screens inside so you can check them before you leave. Highly recommend!

I have been a member of ILF for four years. The equipment is nice, the gym is always clean and the staff and trainers are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about fitness. Plus it is open 24 hours 7 days a week so no matter my schedule I can squeeze in a workout anytime.

After years of feeling disconnected to exercising and gyms. This gym and these lady’s especially Meagan brought back the fun of going and even setting my alarm for 5 am (!!!!!) to be able to go and exercise!
Its not even clean, they even provide hair ties if you have forgotten yours.

I just joined this gym a few months ago and I have met some incredible women who allow me to feel comfortable in being myself! They have classes you can join that fit into busy schedules and pack in just the right amount of equipment! I’m so glad I found this gym!

This is the best gym I’ve ever been too. I appreciate the fact that it is women only. I have been a member since 2/2020, and group train with Jasmin Serrano 4-5x’s per week. It is clean and everyone is so friendly.

This is the first gym I have been to where I have felt completely comfortable working out! The trainers are ah-mazing, the classes are so much fun and the gym is clean! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. It is well equipped and most of the machines and equipment have q-codes to scan so you can see a video of how to use them correctly and safely. Both my teenage daughters come here also, because there is no intimidation for them. We all love ILF!!!

Been looking for a ladies only gym and I’m so glad to have come across this one! I feel comfortable and secure in this clean gym. One of the little things I love about this place is the jar of hair ties in the bathroom. :) 100% recommend any lady looking for a healthy environment to work out in.

Awesome, clean and safe environment for women who want to work out! You won’t find a cleaner gym!!! Security cameras add to the safety for ladies who want or need to workout after dark or early risers that come before daylight. It may be a smaller gym, but has everything you need!!!

This gym is fun, clean, never packed out, fully equipped and you can always find a group class if you like those or if you need help with a machine someone is almost always around. It's women only which is so great. If you wanna walk around in socks and a sports bra= no judgment. The facility has cameras, is secure and even has a small corner area for the kids. I love it here💕

While on vacation, I dropped in at Iron Lady Fitness and was extremely pleased with the facility which was equipped with everything I needed for my powerlifting program. It was also a very clean space; disinfectants and hand sanitizers were readily available for everyone to use. I could tell from the minute I walked in that cleanliness was one of the top priorities at ILF.

Maegan, the owner, was extremely helpful despite the ongoing pandemic. She reached out to me in a timely manner when I first made inquiries and checked in with me to let me know she was available should I have any further questions.

I highly recommend this gym for anyone wanting to squeeze in a workout while on vacation or for locals who are interested in a clean, safe and welcoming place to train.
