"Low Impact, High Results"
Our studio offers small group classes, providing an inclusive environment that caters to all fitness levels.
All classes are taught using reformers. Using a reformer allows specific and individualized movements, giving you a balanced, full body workout.
The pilates reformer can create greater balance and efficiency to help prevent injury in the future.

I am completely obsessed with these classes, Rose and Gabrielle make it so easy to follow and the reformer machines feel more like fun than a workout - but then the intensity kicks in and you realize you’ve worked out hard for 45 minutes and enjoyed every second! It’s the low impact high result workout I needed. I’m hooked!

Tried the Reformer for the first time today and really enjoyed it. The studio is beautiful and very clean. The instructors were very friendly and informative. I definitely recommend giving it a try. Sign up with the Mindbody app and bring socks. I forgot mine so purchased a pair and I really like them. Non stick and an extra strap so they don't slip off.
