Pom has a fantastic practice and a great sense of humour. I get new insights every time I practice at her beautiful studio. Today she had put out tea and small pastries in the foyer for students at the end of practice.

Best place to immerse yourself in yoga practice. I've always felt so welcome here, teachers are excellent, patient, great guides. You let them know if you have any aches or limitations and they all take such good care of you! A beautiful and rare space where well being is the priority.
