Jordan has over 10 years of training and coaching experience. She holds the highest certification and education in strength training.

I have loved working with coach Jordan. She creates a work out plan that will fit into your everyday life. Jordan is a warm and positive coach who has done a wonderful job creating a safe space for me to asks questions and learn the correct/safe ways to work out. Jordan’s work out plans have left me feeling accomplished in the gym without feeling like I have overdone it and have given me the sense that this is something I can do longterm . I don’t think I would have started or stuck with working out if I hadn’t met her. She is a wonderful coach and I can’t recommend her enough!

I loved working with Coach Jordan. I came to them because I did not know how to structure a work out. After working with them I understood more about how to plan a workout as well as thinking about how to nutritionally support my work out desires! It was super easy to do remote coaching with them and could send videos and ask all the questions I wanted. I loved how I could fit the workouts to my schedule and felt that I became more time efficient in the gym. I cannot wait to train with them again! I recommend to anyone with any level of weight lifting experience!!

Coach J has easily been the most impactful personal trainer that I’ve worked with. This can be credited to the fact that Coach J understands how to build a fitness program that fits into your life. I experienced this first hand in the fall of 2021 during the Badass Body Academy. The program helped lay the structure for consistent AND realistic fitness goals that works for my busy schedule. It’s worth noting that Coach J has an excellent set up for the ‘virtual personal training’ which allows me to work with them from the west coast. Would highly recommend anyone looking to jump start a healthier relationship with the gym to work with Coach J fitness.

I worked for quite some time to get a healthy mindset when it comes to training and nutrition. Once I got the mindset I needed a trainer who would build on that mindset with me. When I came across Jordan Helms’ Instagram I knew I had found it. Her mindset and the way she trains is not to beat yourself up if you miss a workout and she doesn’t believe in working out for hours each day. She understands the need for rest and intentional movement. I was excited each and every time a new phase would begin because every new one she took the time to explain the why. Explaining to me why my sets and reps changed from the previous phase and what it would do for me. I saw results within the first phase alone but what really set her apart was the communication. For an online training coach she utilizes the app but also set up phone calls to make sure nothing is slipping through the cracks. If you’re looking for a trainer who is ready to build you up, focus on your specific goals, and give you a better understanding of nutrition then Jordan is who you should be talking to. Thank you Jordan for everything ❤️

Coach Helms is an amazing coach to work with! I was part of their Badbass Body Academy in 2021 which included helpful and detailed training modules, a workout plan (that did not require spending hours working out!), guidance on nutrition (including plant based nutrition), consistent check-ins for progress updates/question and an incredibly supportive online community. I learned so much over the 6 week course, including how to identify and address an "all or nothing" mentality when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Moreover, Coach Helms is just a fun, awesome and SUPER supportive person to be around. I can't recommend them enough - definitely sign up if you're interested in sustainable ways to stay healthy.

I had to create an account just so I could talk about how great Coach J has been. She really helped me get the core strength I needed to fee confident playing hockey with some pretty big guys (I’m 5’2’’ and 125lbs) and it’s been a noticeable difference in my day to day life too.
I signed up for a virtual 6month program but it really felt like she was with me in person day to day, helping me with technique and adapting to things I wanted to work on more specifically. Not only did I receive great emotional support she even helped me work in a diet that would go with my goals and my dietary restrictions. If you’re looking for a coach you can carry in your pocket, no matter where the world takes you, look no further.
I can finally say one of my bucket list goals has been achieved thanks to Coach J. You rock!!
