Not a huge gym, but you definitely feel welcome. I come in, get a good work-out, and go home feeling satisfied. Everything that you need to get a good solid workout without dumbbells being thrown around everywhere by the lug-heads.

This is a good medium sized gym. Reasonably priced with a excellent mixture of cardio, free weights, and machines. The guy who outfitted the gym knows what they are doing....Mainly Matrix machines, and lots of free weights options, squat rack, smith machine, flat and incline barbell and dumbbell benches. Showers are clean and there are 4 water fountains available so you never have to wait.

The facility is nice and the staff are generally helpful but the price hike from 50$ to 75$ for 4 months for a FSCJ student deal just couldn’t fit my budget anymore. Sad to have to find another gym.

Went in to get membership and instead of the guy selling my husband and I a membership, we ended up leaving and reborn turning down the fee temporary membership. Terrible service!! Won't even consider workout anytime now!

They don’t have a lot of equipment you would expect to have in a franchise like this. Upon further research, it seems like they don’t have a sauna room in the locations near me. Being prior military I guess I’m just a little spoiled and expect a little more but UFC, 24 Hour Fitness and Planet Fitness at least have sauna rooms.

I literally have been trying to join this gym since Saturday. The last 2 times I was at the front desk, called the gym and no one came to answer the phone. I give up on trying to join this gym and will look elsewhere smh..........

I was approached to do a challenge in February 2017. A couple different awards will be given to the most weight lost, BMI and most inches lost. I was told the winner would receive a free membership for 1 year. After the challenge, it took 2.5 weeks to get the results, first disappointment. Then I was informed I was only going to receive 6 months worth of free membership as the winner and not the full year. As a member of a competition, it was so disappointing to have your bubble burst with the manager or the facility not honoring the prize they promised and the deflate of 2.5 week delay of finding out who won. That is my only negative thing I have to say about the facility, just disappointed. :(
I had a wonderful experience with my personal trainer Marcel Jenkins. I spoke to Marcel, explained what I needed and he worked exactly what I spoke to him about. I enjoyed my workouts with Marcel and he was so professional with such a positive and encouraging attitude. Thank you for listening to me Marcel and doing your job so well, keep up the good work.
This facility is clean, has good equipment and a friendly staff. I am super happy to be a member of this gym and super happy I have been able to get this weight off, so thank you WOAT and most of all thank you MARCEL JENKINS!!!

This gym is awesome! The trainers and employees are super friendly and will help out or address any questions or concerns you may have! Very clean and organized, and it's open 24/7 so you can pretty much go anytime! When I workout here, I don't feel judged by anyone! The best part: SUPER AFFORDABLE!!!!

The owner Matt Levitt ( or I should say the acting own, he is only the owner of the son and Julian his employee) are the most unprofessional people. I was going to quit my membership due to my medical condition which put me in the hospital ! However Julian convinced my husband when he went up there that if we stayed members we would only have to pay $5.00 to freeze the account for three months or until the doctor cleared me to go back to the gym. I received a call 2 days later saying my card was declined which was odd . I found out they tried to take out the full $25.68. My husband was told had he signed paperwork freezing the account that they would not have tried to take out the full amount. Julian said she thought he was just inquiring about a freeze. Why would he drive out his way to inquire when he could have made a simple phone call? To shorten all this. My husband and I both went up there and spoke to both Julian and the owner. They were both rude and unprofessional. The owner Matt said I would get a refund on my card in 5 days. We said fine, but we would like something in writing. The owner stormed off and wrote me w check said he's making no money from any of this and I could cash this right now. My husband and I left, but forgot to make sure our credit card was taken out of their computer. Julian hung up on me !!!! We called back and she said " I don't have to deal with them" and handed the owner the phone. Again all we asked is if our credit card was removed from the account he said yes and we said thank you and disconnected the call . This has been the most unprofessional gym we have had the displeasure of being associated with and I hope anyone thinking of joining thinks twice! No one deserves to be treated like this. I have contacted the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission . If I could give them a ZERO I would !!!!!

The staff are very helpful. Top of the line machine's. They also have the React, wich is amazing! And for 25$ u also get tanning & the Hydro massager! Just go in and take a tour!

This place is awesome to go workout at! It's the closest thing to having your own personal gym! It has a homey feel to it and the manager and his staff are all very down to earth and display great customer service skills. Plus you can't go wrong with 24hr fitness.

Best place to workout very good atmosphere, very knowledgable staff very clean and organized. By far the best gym I've been to in a long while. If you are looking to lose weight or just tone up this is the place for you. The trainers have been very helpful if I'm doing a exercise wrong they come and tell me so I don't sustain a injury and I'm not even paying for their services. This gym has became like a second family not just the staff but also the members.

I've been a member here for a couple of months now and I must say thus far its one of the best fitness gym's I've been to in Jacksonville. Its a very clean facility not to big nor to small, the staff and fitness instructors are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.

The gym was nice. The only help that you got was if you asked. They never showed me how to use the equipment properly. Then when I went to cancel my membership it them 3 months to cancel my membership. It took 3 trips 4 phone calls waiting on the phone over 5 minutes. Had to cancel 2 payments on my credit card.

This place is by far the poorest run gym i have ever been in. Workers and trainers in corners making fun of people working out. Saying things like "I get a better work out washing my car" . These health freaks think there better than folks cuz they no likea da pasta. I go to the dunn location. I'm greeted by a big black bald dude who tells me it is $69.00 after tax like $74.00. I pay. A couple weeks later I find out just how dishonest this black guy really is. I swipe my card and a recording says contract ending soon. I work out and upon leaving stop to inquire about this announcement. This black bald guy says you signed up for a month, with a strait face. WOW almost a hundred bucks for a month. He told me this was a down payment and it would be $25.00 a month. I refused to give them my credit card. I think this is why, they figured they have to cheat me fast cuz they could not in the long run.
